Had a tire issue travelling down the highway from Alberta and was fortunate enough to make it to Tirecraft Sorrento on our spare. Pat was excellent in getting our tire repaired immediately and inspected the tire thoroughly. The staff installed the repaired tire back on the vehicle and put all the tools that we had used to put the spare on away for us. 5 star service and we greatly appreciated them getting us on our way in under 30 mins. Excellent experience.

I bought 4 wheels/tires in November. After two months one of the wheels started to rust. Owner said, "Maybe we could try to refinish it". I said no. He said, "Then take it up with the manufacturer - in China." I strongly do not recommend this shop.????

I had to purchased as set of winter tires for my plow truck, I purchased what Dustin recommended and they've been great for three winters. I've purchased mud tires and rims as well. Great service and prices are the same as out of town so no need to take money out of the community.

Excellent service from Dustin, James and everyone here. Car broke down on the highway and Sorrento was the nearest place to tow. Staff were clear and honest with us about the situation, did everything they could to help, went above and beyond, and got us back on the road faster than we could have hoped for in our time of emergency.

Had some work done here. Pat and Shaun were friendly and knowledgeable. Final bill was 100$ less than estimate which is rare to find. They won't treat you like a clueless person who can't turn bolts yourself such as dealerships do. Sometime we all just don't have the time/space/setup to be doing the messy jobs. Thanks guys!

last Friday my friend and I had an unfortunate blow out while driving from Calgary to Vancouver. We were about 20 minutes from Sorrento and droving on the spare when we came across Tirecraft as we drove into town. The guys at Tirecraft saved the day, to our surprise they had a tire in stock and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Great service! They saved our trip! Thanks!

I blew a tire just outside of Sorrento while driving from Vancouver to Calgary. Tirecraft didn't have the tires I needed in stock as they aren't a common size. But the guy there (Justin, I think) took the time to check our tires, call a couple places in Salmon Arm and find us what we needed in time for us to get back on the road. I'm incredibly impressed with his willingness to help when there was nothing in it for him. They would have won all my future business if I lived in the area!

We were on our way to visit family in the lower mainland when our truck started running rough. We stopped in at Tirecraft and despite it being close to closing time they took the time to diagnose the problem. It was a simple fix and they soon had us on our way. Very reasonable to work with and great customer service.

Came here to get alignment done and they came back with 2 additional things wrong with the vehicle, which estimated around $860 without alignment. Got a second opinion and found that although one thing did need to be fixed, the other part was fine. Everything was done by another auto body shop for $350 total, including alignment. Although they were honest about one part needing a replacement, they tried to upsell me.
