Very good experience dealing with this shop!! Devin did a great job making me feel welcomed and appreciated. I got my new tires installed quickly, they also inspected my brakes, battery, lights, etc., and did it all for a great price too. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back! Thanks ????????

As I went through Kamloops on a Saturday a tire on my trailer disintegrated. I managed to get it back to the Tirecraft for them to have a look at it. Graham was right on it with a replacement to get me on the road again. When they pulled the tire off the mechanic noticed the reason why the tire gave out. A spring had broken. I left the trailer with them for a day and they sourced the parts needed, repaired it, and also did an inspection on the other tires and springs to see if there was any other concerns. Jay, a mechanic, found none. The service was professional, excellent and the price was reasonable for all they did. A great group of people there that I will support again if ever need when I am in Kamloops

I tried calling the 24 hour service to come help me get my tire replaced because we blew a tire on the side of the road and the person that answered couldn’t help because he was “in bed” and didnt think he’d have the tire size in his shop and didn’t find it worth getting out of bed to help. Worst 24 hour emergency service ever.

Got charged $50.40 for 2 (light truck tires) and they were off a Honda Civic loose that I brought in in my truck box so they didn't even have to pull the rims off a car or remount them I asked wye it said light truck tires on my invoice and the said they fall under that catagory they were 15 inch rims off a 09 civic but wow biggest ripoff ever I'll be going to Andreas tire buy the overlander for now on after that kinda treatment and been stolen from and ripped off Andreas was less than 20$ with tax for one change over last time I was there pretty sure going rate is around 15$ not 25$ or 100$ a set what a joke

I arrived not too long before the end of the day desperately looking for winter tires, needed for a trip to the coast in the morning. UPDATE: Do not go here. Went in for an estimate & they started work before I decided to go forward with it. Did not do it right the first time, was making very loud rattling noise the first bump it went over. Brought it back and the mechanic said it wasn't done right, but it was safe to drive home & bring back the next day, vehicle started vibrating and shimmying the moment it got to highway speed (and it didn't do it before I brought it in). Next day brought it in and told them about vibrating, they tried to blame mud in the tires for the vibrating (though there wouldn't have been mud less than 1km out of the shop and the moment it hit the highway). Charged a lot of money & had to bring it back twice, then thet tried to blame me for them not doing it properly? Not going back. Update: after third time it is rattling worse & making clicking noise when you step on brakes! Bringing back for FORTH time. Update II: They tried to blame a loose piece of plastic for a metallic rattling. Fifth try, they discovered that they broke something in the other 4 tries, and completely missed something during first inspection (and other 3) - told me it's going to be another $1000 to fix it. Paid $800 to bring it back 5 times for it to come back in worse shape & be told I need to spend $1000 ASAP to fix it.

Lack of communication, on Thursday 2nd November,2017. I visited tirecraft to buy winter tires. I had a chance to talk to Ian for tires, he explained everything about tires and how much time it would take to get the winter studed tire. As discussed we dropped our car at service center, at 9 am on Friday. I was informed that the car will be ready by 3 pm. So good so far. Then they made me wait for an hour to drop me back home and no one is communicating when our ride will be there or not. I got home, started my day as usual. To make sure, I called Tirecraft for a status update, I was informed that my car is ready. Hence I planned to get off work at 3 and leave to collect my car. Then I get a call from Ian at 3 that my car cannot be done because the tire hadn't arrived yet. Obviously, I went to visit them, I spoke to Ian about the issue and he said that there was a system error and told us that he wanted to make sure that he wasn't wasting his time and the tires are out of stock. I ain't sure if they ever had the tires in stock or they sold it to someone else. whereas my entireday was wasted because of their miscommunication and mismanagement. Now I get an increased quotation for different tires with one more day for the work to be done. Now I am stuck without any work done, wasted my entire day, had 3 trips to the service center, the only thing I received was eleventh hour news that nothing can be done until next day. Do take a written confirmation, you never know when an unfortunate system error they can get and they can't inform us beforehand.

Had an alignment done two years ago and it was worse when they were done that when it went in. Just bought winter tires for my truck today... first, they LOST the set of brand new P205 winter tires on rims that I dropped off as a trade-in. Then, they "graciously" gave me $120.00 trade-in value for the set. Never again.

Staff are always friendly, the usually can get a vehicle in quickly, they're honest with wait times. If they say it will be done "tomorrow" 9/10 it's done tomorrow. I use tire craft every time I can can for tire needs/vehicle maintenance.

I highly recommend the guys at Kamloops Tirecraft. They go way above to resolve an issue and take their time in looking into the problems. I took my 1 ton truck into another tire store in Kamloops to have the tires balance as I was having a shake in the seat and stirring wheel. The other company balanced all tires and sent me on my way. The truck was not fixed and the problem was actually worse. I had an appointment with the dealership to have them look at a couple of things plus the shake in the wheels. I informed them that we just had the tires balanced. The dealership informed us that my tires have separated and that I have one bent rim. I had the dealership put on the original tires that were brand new and try to balance the rims to the best they can as I want to think about the rims. When I got the truck back shake was even worse from the last balancing but we have new tires on. We took the truck to Kamloops Tirecraft, to have them look it the whole situation. They took the time and went through each rim and investigated to ensure there was no damage, clean them thoroughly and rebalanced all rim. The shake has now disappeared and my tires are not separated. I was just about to buy new rims and tires that I didn't need. I know were all my business will go. Thank you very much Kamloops Tirecraft for the Great Service. Highly Recommend you guys.

This business deserves a rating of 0 stars. I had the unfortunate experience of working at Kamloops TireCraft, and during my few years I not only experienced the expectation of performing unsafe work but witnessed countless people performing jobs that did not meet any safety requirements. I am lucky enough to have been trained by another company that makes safety a priority. They taught me how to do my job safely. Kamloops TireCraft was the most unsafe tire shop I have ever worked in. I personally witnessed a tire change over being done on a logging truck up on only two jacks with all 10 wheels off of the the truck. Because there were no jack stands, the truck fell to the ground almost rolling onto it’s side narrowly missing a technician, my co-worker. The next day, that same technician quit on the spot because he was so shaken from the incident he could not continue to work there anymore. On another occasion, after refusing to do a job that was unsafe, the general manager/co-owner called me insubordinate and told another technician to perform the same unsafe job. We were constantly expected to put ourselves in harms way. Young men without the privilege of proper training, trusted this company to provide them with a safe work environment. Had I still been working for this company I could have been the one performing the job that ended the life of Brendan Stokes. These people need to be held accountable for their actions in not keeping their employees safe. These people need to be held accountable for not keeping Brendan safe. He lost his life due to neglect and greed. PLEASE DON’T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Support those who make safety first and support their employees. I send my deepest condolences to Brendans family and loved ones.

Dont come here!! We had our tires balanced and the tech didnt put one on properly or tighten it. Not even 50 kms later the car with my 2yr old in it was shaking so badly i had to call a family member to help. The wheel would have litterally fallen off if i hadnt stopped and called for help. When we called the store they didnt care. Said to bring an invoice for labor, which their wasnt one because my Dad came to help. Really dissapointed they didn't care we could have been seriously injured. Won t ever go here again when Kaltire is right down the road. They d never treat a customer like this. Update; Graham the owner contacted and has made taken our complaint seriously and even wants to inspect car to make sure there is no dammage. Thank you for hearing us.

On the way to Calgary, there was a nail stuck inside the tire, because of the holiday, the whole tire shop was all closed, but there was this kind worker who was in the workshop who fixed the tire. Without him, my family and I couldn't make it all the way to Calgary.
