They used to be really good when Paul (the owner) was still there. now that its ran by some bigger Caucasian guy with a beard. he is not really good and does not care about anyone. charged me like $96 cash just for rotating / rebalancing 4 tires which paul used to charge me $60 after taxes. He did the worst job ever, my tires clearly said 47PSI max and he pumped all my tires to literally 51PSI. Even ruined one of my tire bolts cause he was too lazy to just change the socket to an impact one when he found out it was siezed. He did change it after 3 minutes of jolting and figured out that he couldnt... but it was too late. horrible experience. PLEASE BRING THE OLD MANAGEMENT BACK

I had a wheel alignment done here.. They use a laser alignment system.. After the work was done the car was still not aligned properly. Service is not the greatest and wait times can vary.

Asked these guys for a price on new tires and couldn't believe the mark up when I got a quote from elsewhere. It was a $30 difference per tire, only thing their good for is tire punctures and used tires.

#1 of the best tire shops in Surrey. Good prices. He sold me a tire and mounted it for less than 50 dollars for my BMW..the tire was a pirelli. They don't oversell you and they don't damage your rims. If you have 8000 dollar rims you worry about..... Any ways like I said. 1 of the best or the best tire shop in Surrey.

I came to tire city and was helped by Paul. I requested a caliper paint for my vehicle and he matched it to exactly how I wanted it. In addition he also threw in some extra stuff, and gave me some great advice with my tires. Overall, it was a really great experience and Paul really took the time to provide some very quality work. Do they even deserve 1 star? Not really, I got some kid telling me 10 minute wait for my car... 10 minutes goes by. I see a BMW in the bay being worked on. I asked the kid, you said ten minutes and now he tells me its another 30 minutes. I'm thinking... do I have to be East Indian to get helped? Yea, these guys only help their own. Its pretty pathetic that they put their race over business. Just go to any Kaltire, I would gladly pay extra for equal treatment of customers.

Fastest service possible. Any time I go in with a flat I leave in ten minutes, and just had my seasonal change up done.. took about 30 minutes tops. And the boss is a straight up business man, you can tell there is no upselling, just facts.

I had called in early in the morning to see if I can purchase 4 new tires from them, for I had a friend that recommended this place to me. They said they didn't have my specific tires in the shop available at that moment but would call back when they get it from their warehouse, for they had it there. Didn't hear back from them for the rest of the day. Called back again the next day to follow up and I had the employee say that they'll check. I was on hold while they were checking and could still hear their conversation. I heard someone in the background staying "no just hang up" and that's exactly what the guy I was talking to did. Didn't end up getting tires from them. Their rudeness and lack of customer service was enough for me to turn away from there.

Highly recommend this place, the owner Paul knows his craft very well and treats me fair anytime I go to see him. It's my go to place whenever I need a plug or patch because I'm back on the road within 10minutes (I'm surprised I don't see more cabbies at his business seeing as how they're normally so concerned about getting the problem fixed and getting right back on the road) & If you are in to higher end rims I'd advise you to stop by. Anytime I'm at the shop the windows are full with beautiful rims ( out of my budget) but beautiful nonetheless. Great selection of new tires and even his used tires are in such great shape, you can tell he doesn't mess around with the cheap & only wants to sell safe and quality product

The service is really bad no social distancing or safety the workers are drinking beer and alcohol and are not wearing steel shoes they are working in flip flops the service is not good because the employees are yelling at each other the owner drinks at the job as well so really bad service I don’t want to give them a star.
