Thought I could trust this company but then I went to get my brakes fixed. First time in order wrong parts, even though I had previously been in with the vehicle. Second time in only did half the work. Seriously who say do complete brakes front and back but not replace ANY of the hardware? Then confront them on it and yup that's normal? This is negligence and zero acceptance of error. Second rate shop for work other than tires you've been warned!!!

These people provided me with a low initial estimate on tires and then upsold me on services I didn't require. They had a couple of different people telling me I needed this and that. Finally they told me one of my rims was bent and it was going to cost $500 to repair, which was a flat out lie. Best to take your business to an honest shop.

We had a tire warning sign and had to stop to check at this random tireshop on the road. The technician came up courteously, checked all our tires and advised us the correct pressure. They pumped the air and was very nice to assist to turn off the warning signal. All that was done and we were offered a free but warm and heart assuring service. Thank you very much! ❤️

Great tire place for both new or used tires. They also are fast and efficient at repairs. Fair prices and family run. we use them both for work and personal vehicles and always recieved top notch service. I brought my sister's vehicle in just before closing and they did an emergency job to get her back on the road quickly. Whether it's a scheduled appointment or a last-minute job, they are the best tire place around. Highly recommended.

PERFECT!! I have been buying my tires here for more than TEN YEARS. If money is no object they can outfit you with THE BEST (still at a price below anyone else I've tried in Vancouver). MORE IMPORTANTLY: a couple of times when money was tight & a tire was damaged beyond repair they were still able to find SOMETHING I could afford and get me SAFELY on the road within an hour or two -NO APPOINTMENT!! THESE FOLKS have been here a long time & have never let me down. I recommend them without hesitation. NOTE: I live in the neighborhood so time is not an issue for me. I don't know if they make appointments or if it's first come first served or if they would accept money to bump you up the cue. I have never asked.

I know most people would knock on business that don't offer great price and great service. Fortunately this business offers quick fixup your tire without costing an arm or a leg. If you have nail in the tire, they will patch it up for under $30 or more expensive service for around $50. I wish we have more of these business offering quick fixup instead of mechanic shop that charge you dubious price over some oil filter change or you need to replace all tires just because one tire has a nail in it.

This place is great. I bought snows from them last winter for my car and when I had a catastrophic blowout on one of my summers a few weekends ago, they were able to get a brand new set of 4 in ON A WEEKEND and installed same day. Good price, easy to deal with - this'll be my tire shop from now on.

I get mixed reviews from family but whenever I go there, I always feel a little ripped off when I leave. They always push for Alignment service which I doubt is needed. I had two tires replaced about a year ago; when I went today to get a tire repaired they offered to sell me one of my old tires. Today's the last time I go here.

The only thing Costco has on these guys is the shopping and food court while you wait...but wait...these guys don't make you wait 4 hours to replace the tires! A great place where I got my rims and tires for the best price! Had nice rims and great tires for more than half the cost from OK tire & Honda locations. Also great service and super fast speed for delivery and installation of the tire to the rim with balancing. Done all that in 15 mins for all 4 wheels +no scratches on my new rims at all

Great local family owned and run place that can find what you need at a great price. I bought snow tires and rims there 5 years ago and they are still in great shape. My brother just bought snow tires there last week. Great price and quick service to get them installed. Definitely recommend them. Much better than OK Tire or Kal Tire. Update Aug 28-19...I came back to purchase a set of all-season Toyo tires and I had another fantastic experience dealing with the guys here. Darren was very helpful and knowledgeable and their price for the tire was cheaper than the other places I looked at. The installation of the tires took less than an hour and the car drives smooth and very happy with the tires. I once again recommend this place to anyone looking for tires. Great place and great service as always!

The owner is dishonest and has a poor attitude. He will quote you low initially and then try to swindle you with additional services, this was my experience. There are other honest tire shops in the area. Response to the owner: Perhaps you have turned a new leaf, however it is too late to have me as a return customer. Use at your own risk!

They are my new go to place in Vancouver to get my tires! Not only are they prompt, they have an excellent supply of new and used tires and they provide outstanding and honest service that companies like OK Tire and Kal Tire cannot compete with!

I called in and they were able to order and install my 21 inch tires within 2 days. My tires are a special size and Costco quoted 14 days before the tires would arrive. The pricing is very competitive. Derek and Darren assisted me and they explained everything that they did and showed me photos of my tires that have nails in them , which I wasn't aware of . I will always support this local family business ????
