This Tires belongs to the category of Tire shop.
Best of both world. Fantastic mechanics and great customer service! Top notch!
He was fantastic with helping my friend buying the perfect car to make a stressful situation a breeze... great service from a great guy. Gotta love small town service.
I came to Randy's for an alignment on my work van. A 2004 Savanna. Haven't had one in years but as I recently got new tires I needed one. Normally it takes 1.5 hours standard. Mine had some issues and apparently a sleeve or something was on backwards. They were unable to get it done by noon and I had jobs booked. They apologized and asked me to bring it back next morning to complete the job. Had it all done in a few hours. Never charged me more despite the difficulties and extra hours. This is of the highest level of service I received in a long time. I couldn't be more surprised and amazed they didn't pull any clownery like some shops do, and try and charge me more. Louise was so friendly and professional as were all they other crew that talked to me and explained what was going on. Couldn't be more happy! Greg Leo
Stopped in with a low tire and they filled it up and sent me on my way - free
I checked around tsawwassen and found Randy gave me the best deals, been going there for years now
Had a look at my engine, loss wire, no charge Thanks guys
Super pro's. Saved me four new tires for $30. Go there, they can help you.
Randy and his team are great! We bring our personal and business vehicles here for all our tire needs.
Randy’s Tire and Auto Center is a true neighbourhood shop. Excellent customer service and prices - and they give you good options. There is no need to go elsewhere! #DeltaBC #buylocaldelta #sunnytsawwassen #Deltastayshome
A jewel of a automotive store in tsawwassen. Good values, good service and always a laugh.
They outsource rim straighening. Initial quote $175, but then revised to $350 per rim. Went for it, relying on best advise by the shop. Turns out 4 new tires on rims are $2,100 at the dealer. Do the math, I'm out a few hundred $$.
Fair and Honest
???????????????????? Asked for a good price for tires, got it and no charge to mount. ( trailer tires don't need balancing). Didn't turn off my vehicle before old tires off, new ones on as I spoke with a neighbour. Paid and done. It's a place where a hand shake means something. Thanks crew
We use Randy for both Tires and servicing our 4Runner. We've had great service and what I really appreciate about him is his honesty and flexibility.
SERVICE!!!! That is the best way I can describe what you WILL get there, I have saved money by going to see Randy and the boys, how???? Honest advice...period, my wife brought her mustang in to have her clutch looked at, they said it had to replaced, one of the boys noticed that her windshield wiper blades were worn out so he installed a new pair for free.... did he have to do that? no, even though it was free for her the cost of them and the labour cost someone else something, I will only go and see Randy from now on....you better not retire anytime soon lol
These guy were so nice and helpful. In less then 20 mins my tire was fixed and back on! Very reasonable price too. They have good sense of humor, if you can't take it then don't engage in conversation I guess.
great service-bought 10 michelins tires here in last year-cheaper than Costco my place for tires
Great mechanics, awesome, honest and straightforward advice
I took my car to Randy's Tire for new tires and they damaged two out of my four rims. When I complained about the damage, I was told by Randy that "these things happen in the industry" and "run flat tires are hard to mount" and to "just get some touch up paint". OF NOTE: I had literally just brought my rims to a professional wheel refinishing and repair shop less than two weeks prior and they were in mint condition, totally brand new and chip/dent free, because, that's how I want my wheels. So, I spent a lot of money to have them looking great and a $10 bottle of "touch up paint" is NOT the answer. Now, I have to get these brand new rims, damaged by Randy's Tire, repaired at my own expense because Randy does not care. Yes, he has admitted to the damage but refuses to fix it properly. I cannot recommend this shop, will never do business with Randy again and would advise anyone who cares about their vehicle to go elsewhere.
Honest and reliable - simply the best
Great place helpful unlike chain store repair shops
Randy needs to work on his customer service. It’s inappropriate to dress down a customer on the phone before get facts. Too bad lost a customer never go there again also left window down when it looked like it was going to rain I think he did this on purpose his way of sticking it to a customer he’s not happy with.
My family and I have been going there since before it was Randy's own. Always great service. Always reliable and honest. They just do a good job and don't try to charge you more for no reason. I still commute from East Van for this place. ❤
Not recommended. Took my car in for an oil change. Left with a car that leaked all its oil over the weekend. Their response "oh yeah the oil pan screw was stripped, the last place did it". Sure, it lasts months without a drop before I take it here and now.. Now I know you are liars and now I know not to risk taking my car here ever again.
in and out in minutes, keep up the good work
Randy's was the third place I took my Toyota Yaris, to check why my clutch was squeaking. The first two places told me to simply replace it, Randy's said the boot had come off, they put it back on and said it doesn't need replacing at all. Always been very happy with their service, honesty, and price. I would highly recommend to ANYONE!!!
They were able to fix my Mazda's front axle and passenger side bearing issue for a better price than the competition. At no point did I feel pressured into having more work done on my car. I am very happy with my experience at Randy's. I will definitely be coming back here for automotive maintenance/repairs
Very helpful and a reasonable price.
Had my tries done. Great service.
Very honest.. I was told by anouther company I needed a wheel alignment ( in Vancouver). Randy's checked it out and said nothing wrong. They could have easily said they had done something, I would have never known. So in short I believe you can trust this Company
Great tires
Went for a pre purchase inspection of a vehicle, nothing came back as needing immediate attention. Purchased the vehicle, went to my local garage for them to check and they found almost $2000 worth of work the vehicle needed done and said they all should have been spotted with a basic inspection. I wouldn't advise going here.
This is, without a doubt, the most amazing customer service I could ever hope to receive. These folks helped me out of a jam with so much kindness and humour. I am very grateful that I chose them. Cannot say enough good things.
Great experience! Randy and the team really go out of their ways to accommodate customers and their needs! Had a pretty complicated repair and it was done within 24 hours because I had to use the car the next day. So Randy brought the part to repair it himself that morning to make sure it can be done on time. Above and beyond, thanks so much Randy's tire! Will come here for all our mechanical needs now! Thanks again!
Randy and his team are the most wonderful people on planet earth. Randy is always super up front, honest and manages my expectations. I bought a death trap bait car and he fixed it all up, let me know what to expect from it, what to plan to save for, and now that car is so good I’m going to drive it until the wheels fall off. He goes above and beyond, has taken my car last minute in an emergency and him and his team are always super skilled, quick and lovely.
Excellent customer service! Hard working team, fair prices, and cleanest shop I've ever seen. We were travelling through and in dire need of tires. They fit us in and knew their stuff. Really appreciated the quick service.
had my oil changed, the added value was that they also checked my brake wear. The information is more than what I get at other oil change spots. Prompt, informative. I'll keep coming back.
As a long time resident I thought I would support a local business when I noticed my tire had a slow leak. I told the girl at the front counter it was the drivers side rear tire. I mentioned this twice as she appeared distracted. After waiting the mechanic told me they could not find a problem. They were working on the wrong tire. After more waiting they repaired the correct tire. The low tire pressure light was on but I was told to drive the vehicle and the light would go out. Drove 10K and light would not go out. I checked the tire pressure and it was 7psi under inflated. I went to a gas station and filled it up and the light went out. The next morning the tire was almost flat again. I returned and explained the problem. I left the car and was told it would be an hour and half before they could repair it a second time. I asked if they would call me when it was ready. After two and half hours later and no call I walked up and picked up car. My son had his tire repaired across the street at Brian's for $23.00 just the day before and I paid $30.00. I understand somethings go wrong when doing repairs but customer service is lacking. Not happy about the big price difference between two shops across the street from each other. Sorry you guys just lost a customer.
I recently bought a used car from Randy And am very happy with it.I also had him do some work on two other vehicles and was happy with the work done by Andrew and the price.
I have used Randy for all my automotive needs for 7 years, he has been incredibly fast and service was done right every time.I would recommend going there for any of my automotive needs.
Great job done on my car! Thank you to Randy and his staff for sqeezing me in for a wheel alignment, new tires, sensors and brake pads.
Great people!
Not good customer service go across the street to big o tires way better service :)
Randy and his staff have always treated me well
I have bought several sets of tires from Randy. The prices are good as well as the service. Recently, I had a bulge in the sidewall of my winter tire. Being that my truck is AWD, there was the possibility that I would have needed all 4 replaced, and on top of that, my tire size is rare and sometimes hard to find in stock. I live near by, so Randy was able to drive up to my house and quickly check out my tire. He found tires for me, ordered in 4 and was able to get them in same day. When he had my car at the shop, he further evaluated the tires and determined that they were new enough without much wear and was able to replace 2 instead of all 4 And had me back on the road. I highly recommend Randy’s Tire for all your tire needs. Ramon
Great service
Always friendly and great service
Honest, fair, and simply the best car care
Excellent service with a smile.
My recent visit to to Randy’s tire shop wasn’t satisfactory. I asked (Andrew) I think if slow leak in one of the tires could be fixed without damaging my recently redone rims and he assured me that it could be done no problem. At the time I dropped the car me and receptionist inspected the rim and found the rim be perfect (like new ).Sure enough when I came to pick up the car I found the rim damaged in few places .Spoke to Andru he said that run flat tires hard to get off the rim.(I guess he forgot to mention this to me when I asked him if it can be done without damaging the rim) ?.In my opinion if you not sure that you can do it without making any damage inform the customer and I’ll go where it can be done . I live in the neighborhood and the shop is very convenient for me but I will not come back there again.(pictures attached )
I cannot recommend this shop as I was quoted one price with service taking just a couple of hours, but on the day of service all of a sudden my quote doubled and it took the whole day to do the service. I understand that sometimes issues come up but in this case they had a couple of weeks prior to the service date and were given exact specs of what was needed, they even confirmed the quote on the morning of the service. But later the same morning they told me that they had mis quoted me based on checking the computer (they had 2 weeks to check the computer). On top of it all they put in the wrong type of oil and oil filter for my car. I have contacted them twice regarding this issue and to date they have not bothered to contact me back. So I cannot recommend this shop.
Randy, the owner, YELLED AT ME! I'm serious! Earlier in the week, I made an appointment for this morning @ 10:30 to have someone look at a slow leak in one of my tires. When I arrived this morning, the customer service person could not find my appointment in the book. She called Randy in, Randy treated me confrontationally when I said I had made the appointment: "If you say so! We're booked a week and a half in advance (etc., etc.)" I turned to leave, saying I would go elsewhere. Then he yelled, "YOU CAN'T EVEN WAIT A HALF HOUR ..." Today is my only day off this week, so I reluctantly decided to stay. Some time later, Randy found my appointment in the book, and the customer service person said she had had trouble reading Randy's handwriting, which is why they couldn't find my appointment. They seemed to find this amusing. I have been a customer of Randy's Tirecraft since 2010, and was always happy with the routine car maintenance provided, as well as a set of new tires I purchased there last year for a previous vehicle. But I've never been treated as poorly ANYWHERE as I was today -- I've certainly never been YELLED AT, especially for something that was in no way my fault. And at no time was there any apology for anything. I wonder if I would have been doubted and hollered at if I had brought in a Mercedes or Porsche instead of a Subaru hatchback ... The mechanic found the cause of the slow leak (hence the one star), and the charge was $30. That $30 will be the last money Randy sees from me. Tsawwassen is a small town, and word of mouth has influence. I'm just sayin'.
Professional, friendly, and fair. In and out at the exact times they said I would be. No surprises.
They don't hesitate to h help and service us. Replaced my headlight when i went in to ask for an appointment. I would highly recommend them for all your car services. Great local dealer. Only wish Louise was still there...but anyways. They are great!!
I do not recommend. When I came to pick up the car, they left the key inside the car with window wide open for hours outside the parking lot after I told them I won't be accepting their service. Service desk they have is not so full of service nor provide much useful information. They could also definitely use more smile.
Great service for all your automotive needs. Thanks Randy!!
They were fabulous and took me right away
Great, quick and friendly service. Thanks guys????????
Randy has always gone above and beyond for me! He is the most honest and trustworthy car guy around. I strongly recommend!
Randy & his staff are always so helpful! They are community minded. Highly recommend Randy's Tire!
