These guys are great !!! I've always loved Yamaha since my first YZ back in 1984. So, when I purchased my 2014 WR-250R it was a pleasure to find a dealer on par with the brand. Of course stuff happens, So when I needed a set of handle bars and yeah a new mirror, the Parts Dept. was exceptional....Their knowledge was bang on, very courteous and shipped my parts in a very short time frame which was great, Saved a drive through the pine pass !

I live 6 hours away but PG is the closest place I can get MC tires. I made an appointment 6 weeks ahead of my 2 week summer bike trip, my one vacation this year, to make sure I could ride through and get tires as I wouldn't be able to do my trip on the current pair (all of which I communicated when making the app and in all subsequent VMs). After 5 unreturned voicemails over 3 weeks I finally get a call after one VM finally reached an executive and am told that my tires were never ordered. No offer for alternatives or solutions. I'm now scrambling to find tires in less than a week or the trip is cancelled. The worst part was the guy lying about calling me. He had no information about me or my bike so hadn't even looked up my file. If you dropped the ball, just admit it. Honesty is the best policy. Checking and returning customer VMs is also pretty good practice.

I come to sleep inn every month. I can always expect a worm welcome. The staff do what ever they can to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Especially Kacena in the breakfast room and Wendy at the front deal. Those two are the best. The work out room is a joke.

I'm riding a 1995 Goldwing 1500SE on the road to Alaska. Found a split in the rear tire so called around for tires and installation. PGM didn't have a tire, though they could've ordered one, but I was able to get it elsewhere and PGM was able to get me in quickly and bent over backwards to give the best price they could. If had had to pay full price for tire and install, it would would've left me stranded, but just a few hours after deciding I needed to bite the bullet and get'er done, Brandy and her crew had me back on the road with a new Elite 4 rear tire. Thus far everything is working right so I believe they remembered to put all the parts back on the bike... which is aways a plus. :-)
