Jack's Tire Sales & Service has helped me out more often then I want to count. I live in Bamfield and the gravel road to and from takes a toll on my tires. I have had to pull into Jack's on several occasions looking for new tires and they have always helped me out even at the last minute. Very friendly and courteous. Great job!

I was only in town on business for a few days with caliper issues and 3 tires with leaks. They were so helpful, quick and accommodating to help get me back on the road between my meetings. My husband (who was not on this trip) was pleased with the cost and the great service I received, has decided that we will now be ordering future tires there from now on, and provided we can make it there safely, will be doing any other tire services with them despite the 5 hours of traveling to get there! That's how great it was!!

I called on Thursday morning after realizing I needed winter tires to go over the hump by Monday. Moira (sp?) Went above and beyond for me, finding great quality tires, that were available Friday morning, at a great price (the same as or better than others in town). I was treated kindly, the service was handled while I went to a nearby appointment and about an hour later, I was on my way. I even left with a calendar. I'll definitely be having them care for my tire needs in the future.

Avoid this shop like the plague!! They will crack your rims then avoid accountability even though the damage is obviously their fault!!They will also steal your old tires from you! They ruined one of my 20 inch rims making the most novice mistake a tire shop could !!!

Professional and friendly; they had me in and out from a flat tire to my spare and charged me only for the rotation. I popped in later and asked them about the age and condition of the spare and they patiently walked me through how to tell how old my tires were; I asked them for quotes on replacing the tires - no pressure - just knowledgeable and down to earth.

The best! My car loves Jacks so much, it seems to always be finding reasons to visit ????. Very efficient mechanic shop and a great place to get rims and tires! I've ended up in a few pickles puncturing the tires on logging roads, leading to temporary repairs, driving straight in and they have always been able to help! Thanks for being so awesome!

These guys are pros! Super friendly and professional, explained everything to me, got my work done in 6 hours, reasonable prices and all around excellent service!! If you're in Tofino or Ukee, don't bother with those shops there--it's well worth your time to swing by Jack's on your way in/out of town or make a day trip of it! You'll actually save money and time and get better service than in Tofino or Ukee. Better prices and exceptionally better service here at Jack's! You'll get treated better here and won't get charged for extra stuff like in Tofino/Ukee :) The tire guy even informed me about my tires with honest recommendations and options. Especially when traveling, it's important to be informed and educated and these guys offered me true customer service and genuine kindness. I really appreciate the staff at Jack's and I highly recommend this business!

If you need wheels from sportscar to bead locks they got em all. Customer service is 2nd to none and price is always best in town. Too shelf tires from cheap ones to get you back on the road again. Or fancy z rated speed tires these guys handle it all. Usually fast as hell To, The boys actually work hard.
