I was blown away by the outstanding service provided by Grandview Tire, and most especially, by Cory. A long, drawn out fiasco regarding my snow tires led me to call them if they had a hub centric ring that was the size I needed. The centre bore of the wheels I purchased was too large for my VW's wheel hub. I get off work late and Cory stayed behind almost 10 minutes after closing so that I could pick up the parts. Wow! Turns out I measured incorrectly and ordered a size too large. So I brought one of the wheels in for them to measure the bore and order the right sized part. Cory said it might come in the next day, but sure enough it arrived the same day! Way to underpromise and overdeliver. You guys have earned a loyal customer. The next time I need any service for wheels and tires, they will have my business for many years to come.

Broke down with a steering pump failure. Limped my truck into the garage unannounced and was told that they would do the best they could however they were very booked up and a mechanic down. Within 24 hours they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 48 fitting me around other customers. I have been well informed about what is going on, they were up front about options and fair prices. This is a garage with integrity and honesty. Happy to recommend.

What can I say, these guys are awesome. I had a tire blow, and went initially to Kal because it was closest. They offered me 3 quotes, not one of which was even for my car using their own website. All of the options being very expensive, one option not even being for a car. I went to Grandview Tire & Auto, met with friendly, informative, and honest staff. Quick turn around, professional and prompt. What's more, $150 cheap than the half wits at Kal. If you need tires or auto service, these guys deserve your business and you deserve their work. Don't get fleeced by the chain crooks.

If you make an appointment and they say to expect an hour, make it 3 hours. 30 minutes? make it 1.5 hours. Every time I go, it typically takes 3x as long as they say it will. They do good work though, so I only ever make appointments on days where I'm not expected to be anywhere immediately.

Watch out! Quoted me $1300 to replace fuel pump on my golf. Phoned around....everyone else quoted me around $600 including the VW dealership! Also told me I needed a new battery but my battery just needed a charge. They could be malicious with intent to defraud or incompetent. Either way it's not good.

I had taken my car in a few months ago and was told I needed to replace both my tie rod ends, even though I had just got one replaced a few month prior. I took it to another mechanic and said that one of my tie rods was new and the other one was in fair condition and would needed to be replaced in a few months. Additionally, I had asked about getting an oil leak fixed, and the price they quoted me was quite a bit higher ($700 vs $400) than another reputable local mechanic I ended up going to. It was really disappointing since the people who worked at the desk and the mechanic we're very nice to me when I was there.

These guys really treated me well. My alternator blew and I had my Matrix towed to them AFTER hours. The manager (I think his name was Soren? Sorry if I got it wrong), accepted my vehicle qualms with open arms, even after the store was closed. They clearly put their customers first. They got the car back to me as soon as they could and were extremely transparent and fair in their pricing. My new go-to for auto issues! Thanks gents!!

They told me the tire would have to be replaced, but instead of selling me one there they advised that I probably had a warranty through the shop that I bought it from originally, and suggested I try that before spending money on a new tire. I was happily surprised by such honest and prompt service!

I was told my car needed $1000 in unnecessary repairs. The right-rear caliper on my car was seized. Grandview quoted me $1000 for new all new rear calipers, pads, and rotors on both sides. I said no thank you, paid them $35 for their time and took my car to another mechanic. The other mechanic replaced only the right-rear caliper - the pads, rotors, and left caliper were all OK. Final repair cost at the other mechanic was $200. I would stay away from Grandview.

I had my winter tires installed and was told I needed new front brakes on my 07 mazda with 40,000 k, not unexpected, the estimate however was a bit over the top, $1000, when asked why so high, the explanation was that I needed new calipers because they were rusted ( the car was not used for 5 months) and that I needed new rotors as they were worn too thin, I tried to keep a strait face, and replaced the pads myself a few months later, calipers were fine , rotors within spec, total cost $50

Dropped by this place in the morning coz I had a punctured tire, and was first told by the towing guy to move my car because I was in his way. Moved my car around and parked infront of the bay and was told rudely again by a mechanic to move my car somewhere else. After circling around 2x and finally managed to squeeze in between 2 cars, I walked into the office and was told they were too busy at the moment and had to come back in the afternoon. Total waste of time!

Jordan and Ed were a fountain of knowledge when it came to buying track tires for my 1992 Nissan 300Z. I could have probably saved a hundred bucks and ended up with tires that I didn't like but the service at Grandview Auto is worth 10 times that. I met Jordan and Ed racing autocross and they are great down to earth people who love cars and driving. I trust them completely and will be getting my next set of autocross tires from them as well.

Been going to Grandview for last 10+ years. Last time I went was after the change of ownership and, unfortunately, have lost trust in the work being done. During this service I was told my engine filter is dirty, something that was mentioned at my prior service as well. The only problem? I changed my own engine filter in September 2020 between the two services. There is no way it could've gotten dirty in sub 6 months. This made me question whether the service was completed as it should be, because they either didn't check all the things they should to notice the change of filter or just decided to roll with it. I doubt I will be back.

My 2002 Nissan Pathfinder wouldn't start a couple of weeks ago so I had it towed here just because of all the positive reviews on Yelp. Never again will I believe Yelp reviews. They told me the problem was the fuel pump so they replaced that (at a cost of $500) but the car still wouldn't start. After a week of sitting there and getting nowhere, I had it towed to the Nissan dealer. It turned out to be a problem with the immobilizer - which shuts off any electrical spark to the fuel pump, so Grandview Tire put in a fuel pump unnecessarily. I had my car for 5 days after that when I ran out of gas on the Knight St. bridge even though the gauge read 1/4 tank. I had it towed back to the dealer and found out that the mechanic at Grandview Tire had put the fuel pump in sideways and had jammed the float downward and bent the arm so it couldn't properly read the gas level. I spent another $200 correcting the wrongly positioned fuel pump and another $400 to replace the bent arm/float because it was not reading the gas level correctly. Avoid this place for any mechanical problems as they obviously haven't got a clue how to fix anything other than a flat tire.

I can't say enough positive things about this shop. I've had to take my car in a number of times over the years as it is an older Audi. They have always done a great job. My husband didn't listen to me and took his car to another shop closer to our home. After getting it repaired, he heard noises that didn't sound quite right, so took his car back to the shop (they couldn't find anything wrong). I persuaded him to take it to Grandview Tire and they found the problem right away and charged him a minimal fee to fix the problem. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I've had major and minor repairs done with Grandview Tire & Auto and been very satisfied every time. Their rates are competitive, especially compared to getting work done at over-priced dealerships. I have a 2003 Subaru and they are knowledgeable about the make and model. They bent over backwards to get in some parts which had worn-out on my car. They are good about calling with progress or if further issues arise when doing the service. Also, they are a quick walk to the Expo and Millennium Skytrain lines which makes picking up your car before or after work easy.

Update: Oct 7th: Had a leak in my valve, Andre, Jordan ( who dropped and picked me up) and Soren were great and honest as usual. Fixed my valve, along with other nails and gave me a fair service. My go to place. I had brakes put on under the original ownership and per the original reviews, they were great. Honest, good price and timely. Fast forward almost 7 months later - and I discover my brakes were squeaking. I bring in it and although it was under new ownership- they treated me like VIP customer. They fitted me in, checked it and cleaned it, plus did a quick visible inspection- all at no charge. What a relief to have this level of customer service to carry on the legacy. They are also fixing a flat and again fitted me in. Totally recommend them Kudos to Chanella ( Front office), Andre ( Foreman), Soren and Harout

Made an appointment by email in advance to get new tires installed on our vehicle. Was assured in the email it would be finished in 2hrs. Unfortunately when we dropped off the vehicle we were told we didn't have an appointment in their system and they couldn't guarantee the 2hr install time which meant we had to take transit home and pick up the vehicle later due to other commitments. Later at pickup we explained our disappointment to the clerk and they offered a very genuine apology for the mixup and multiple generous compensation offers until they found one that worked for us and we were very pleased as a result. I'd recommend calling a day or two before an appointment to verify they still have it in their system for the time being but their 'above and beyond' (and an actual genuine apology!) response to our scheduling hiccup left me with no reservations to use their services again or recommend them to others.

Need help . I was trying to change my tire but was having issues' SO i phoned this company and the guy that answered the phone tried to help as much as he could , then replied . Hey , Corey used to drive one of those trucks , I will let you talk to him , maybe he can help . Thumbs up . Good service Corey does what he can over the phone , but something is wrong and I need to get my truck there . He squeezes me in , and fixes the problem , Puts my spare on , finds out that my real tire is done for , spare has a problems , he takes care of that . in total , they where messing with my car for over and hour . They charged me less than $40. Great service , nice team there . I had what could have been a really shity day , but thanks to people like Corey and his team , my flat tire on such a cold rainy day was not bad at all

It was my first time to this shop. I brought my Jeep here to have tires, rims and TPM sensors fit. They outlined everything about the job clearly and completed the work quickly. They were knowledgeable and friendly with how they approached their suggestions and worked with me to achieve the specifics on the install that I was looking for.
