I called a day in advanced due to a small tire leak and they found a spot to squeeze me in, even though at 7:30am. I came in a little late ( my bad ), and yet they greeted me with a genuine smile and not even a hint of annoyance.( awesome by the way - HUGE , in my books ) ????????????????And great sense of humour. Great way to start off the day, and thank you for being attentive and not offering services I might not need. Just doing what I needed done. Will be back , if I require your services. Highly recommend for any tire issues you might have. January 9.2019 - adding to this review. New visit, and I needed winter tires in January, due to a slow leaking tire, and could not fix and needed it fix right away. I called and a very patient gentleman answered the phone not only was he quick and professional, but extremely knowledgeable. I wanted a certain tire only seemed to be offered by fountain tire, it was the SAILUN ICEBLAZER WST1, and the price per tire you just cannot beat and it also has a great review online. They did not have any in stock, but they got me another tire, CHAMPIRO winterpro HP, and through his own recommendation informed me it was a great quality tire for the price. I paid $730 total plus tire install and so far, even though it is one day, an amazing tire. Only time will tell, but extremely satisfied so far with service, and pricing. You can not find another tire in this range offered at other retail tire stores, Kaltire only offer tires for people that have a lot of expendable money. if you do not believe me, try their website and compare the two companies. My friend referred me to go here. I should have taken it as a bad sign when he drove there from Shilo for his scheduled appointment just to find out that his tires were not there and no one called him to reschedule. My day came for my appointment and I decided to call and see if my tires were in fact there. Fountain tire said yes so I went and after sitting there for roughly 40 minutes they told me only 3 tires were there. They were curdious enough to put on a fourth winter tire (different brand) as a loaner while I waited for the 4th tire to arrive which was supposed to be the next day. So after 4 days of me calling to see if my tire was in (twice they said they had all 4 there for me which was impossible since I had 3 on my vehicle already) I finally got the last tire. That is also when I figured out they had put normal air in the tires when I specifically asked for nitrogen. After all of that and them letting my vehicle sit outside finished for who knows how long without telling me but me noticing and going up to the desk it was finally over. The staff were nice enough but just very unhappy and disappointed with how this went and how they offered me nothing to compensate for the hassle of driving there back and forth, taking time off work and just waiting. Will not refer anyone I know to go there but I will strongly encourage anyone to go somewhere else. This may sound mean but I work very hard for my money and when I make a large purchase such as winter tires from a company I expect better service and things to be done properly.

I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism at Fountain Tire Langley. Chris, the manager, recently responded to my being stranded at another location with an unrepairable flat by bringing out my winter tires and rims so they could be installed right away. Otherwise, I would have been stranded as my car takes specialized tires. I’ve never met anyone more committed to going above and beyond for his customers. Chris and his whole team are absolutely amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else for tires.

The absolute worst experience with any business hands down. We came to Fountain Tire in Hinton via a tow truck that picked us up on the side of the road with a broken Jeep. Arriving at Fountain Tire the manager told us that he couldn’t get anyone to look at it for 2 days but would try to do a diagnostic test later that evening. We called the next day and the manager told us that they did do a diagnostic test and it looked like a fuel injector port problem and will have a mechanic look at it tomorrow. We called the next day and the manager said it needed a tune-up and could get to the jeep right away. Believing he knew best we went ahead with the tune-up. Not receiving a phone call letting us know that it was done we decided to taxi down to Fountain Tire and wait. To our surprise is was done. I did mention there was no commutation that the jeep was ready to go. Paying over $600.00 for the tune-up we went to the jeep and immediately the check engine light comes on and the car shakes just as it did when we left it. Oh, I forgot to mention that the manager told us our Jeep “runs like a dream”. In truth it did not run like a dream. Back in side of Fountain Tire I informed the manager that we needed to have another look at the Jeep. His mechanic came out and hooked up the diagnostic tester and he said, “huh, I guess it was the fuel injector port”. Back to the hotel for a 3rd night stay while Fountain Tire repairs the fuel injector port. The next day we get a call from the manager informing us the mechanic has broken a bolt and has to run around town looking for a replacement. A $130 charge on top of the invoice for the port injector. Late afternoon we get a call it’s all done. Taxi over to Fountain Tire and paying the slightly over $500 and off we went. Car seemed fine but I thought I should check under the hood. To no surprise I found a 3 inch bolt that was dangling from the engine not even turned in slightly. Back to Fountain Tire to have them tighten the bolt back into place. This was not how we wanted to spend the first 4 days of our honeymoon so we hit the pedal and didn’t stop until we were in Calgary. Paying $600 for a tune-up (and it still DOES NOT RUN like it should) we didn’t need and $130 for a bolt that Fountain Tire broke I believe is taking advantage of out-of-towners. If you are being towed, don’t let the tow truck driver take to you to Fountain Tire in Hinton. Their communication is terrible and their reliability to properly diagnose and repair a problem seems to me, is far from professional.

I came back to the Victoria location and had amazing interacting with Justin. He had a diagnostic check completed for me due to the information I provided, and his response was honest and highly professional. I was very impressed Justin stated he will review the issue with my breaks and will followup after talking to his manager Tim. Justin responded a day early and new management gave me an amazing deal to fix the issue. Tim is the new management at the Victoria location and the changes that have been made are impressive. Great service from a local team! I had a problem getting a winter tire rim off of my car (changing them over to my summers by myself) and needed some help. Called a few local trie companies and all said to book an appointment another day. I get it. This is the way its done these days. Then called these guys. No problem, just bring the car over. When I get there, one of the techs quickly put the car on a hoist, removed the bolts and knew what to do to get the stuck wheel off. He then mounted the summer rim, and checked all of the other wheels with a torque wrench (but also checked on the correct torque for this car...nice). Then he checked all of the tire pressures and looked after the air. Finally he asked me to come back in a few days to re-torque the bolts. Wow! Friendly service you don't see to often. I am really impressed and glad to see a service centre like this in my neighbourhood. I will be back!

Bunch of clowns there. Even if you know what repair needs to be done on your vehicle they charge 50$ to diagnose. They say if you do repair there they will vawe 50$ of the bill.. hahahaha real thieves work there. Do not go there in any circumstances

Went in today in attempts to replace my serpentine belt, the staff were all incredibly friendly, and as a woman, and someone who doesn't know anything about cars, it was a super comfortable environment to walk into. Due to my car's model, they weren't able to find a belt for me, and after driving around and checking three different stores, they waved me out with no fees, as I had been sitting there for a couple hours. Everyone there knew their stuff, and were respectful and helpful to every other person who walked in there. Literally have never had good enough service to write a review about it. Thanks guys :)

Pretty good experience with this shop. ONly complaint was they changed my order to what they thought was appropriate for my vehicle after I placed my service request online. It was the right decision, but I didn't know they'd changed my tires until I arrived at the shop. It would have been nice if they'd have emailed or called to discuss the change prior to my arrival. Otherwise, great product and super service. Would definitely return.

Never go to this shop. Worst experience ever but they make you feel like it’s not. I brought my Jeep to have the tires change, and after driving with the new tires they installed, something didn’t feel right. So I brought it to another shop (VAF, highly recommend) and they had to redo all the work that Fountain Tire Langley had done. I asked for some sort of compensation but they do not want to help me at all. The manager/owner, Chris, that spoke to me said it’s my fault for going to their shop even though he never gave me a warning of what could possibly happen after the service. If Fountain Tire Langley had done their job right the first time, I would not be having this problem.

Getting flats patched here is more affordable than elsewhere. Getting tires from here is also more affordable than elsewhere, and if you don't know which tires to get, they will provide great suggestions not motivated by price. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Oh, and if you get tires from here, flats are patched free if ever. That's $55 saved at random. There is a waiting room for those who'd like to stay, otherwise nearby places include a thrift store, Superstore, several restaurants including Church's Chicken. Family owned, very respectful people.

I very rarely leave reviews but I just returned from having a tire patched on my truck. Went flat at 3pm, called this location and arrived at 3:45 (even though they close at 5), work was done in under 45 minutes. They even relearned my TPMS! Which the dealer took no time to do.. Craziest part is they did it all for free. I'm new to the area and really appreciate the kind gesture. Very rarely do I see businesses nowadays actually try to earn my someone's business by helping them out.. But these guys are my tire guys from now on. I'll be visiting again to buy some winter tires for my truck. Thanks again guys.

I asked them to repair a leak in a forklift tire. They handed it back and I returned to my shop. As I was rolling the tire in though the door, I could here it hissing. I phoned them right away at 4:40PM. Not willing to stay late to fix there mistake, Chris said "bring it back tomorrow". They skipped an IMPORTANT step where they should have dunked the tire back into there water tank and checked it before sending it. I returned the next morning and left it with them while I ran a few errands. When I returned, I asked Chris if they would consider refunding me for the $50.00 they charged me, for the 45 minutes i used returning to the store. My time did not mater. Chris did say "well I won't charge you for the second repair". I lost it. I hate to think what would have happened if it was a passenger car tire where the person was hitting the highway.

My daughter brought my flat tire to Fountain Tire to be fixed. We waited all day for a call to pick it up so my daughter went up to see if the tire was repaired. They were closing up, said the tire could not be repaired and when asked why they didn't call to let us know, told her she did not leave a number. The fellow she spoke to had been given the number, had in fact written it down himself. They could not have been less interested in providing service to her. Seeing as how I was in the market to get four new tires, I know where I will not be buying them.

So i call there this morning at (10:53 am Saturday November 4th) And ths guy answer and i ask if they had tires for a Lexus Rx350 so the guys says whats the number info for the tires so i say i never done this before but prior to the phone call i took a picture of the sticker on the inside of the car. The guy says whats the number so i tell him after that i say im looking for a good pair of tires so i ask him how much can you quate me out the door he says 1070$ i say ok in my head. I myself knowing nothing about tires ask him if there was any less than that he replies " Yes if you are looking for a cheap chinese knock off tire then yes we do" im thinking in my head did this guy really just say that? Its just the way he came off rude from tge get go. The way he said it was extremely rude as if i was poor or somthing and so i said i had to call my brother because he knows alot about car and to check with him first, However i decide to take my business else where. Anyone going to get new tires i cannot reccomend this place for customers service. I was disguised by the person who picked up the phone and treat me like that or and human like that. You tell me!!! What if a person who did not have much money call and they were trying to buy tires for their car so that their family can feel so what safe and have someone say that to them? Theres a proper way to talk and explain it. The sales man could have said we have tires on the higher end and tires that cost less however they were not as good but explain to the customer like a human being. Anyways i took my business else where which was Big O Tires. When i called them they were so helpful and willing. I would not recommend this place. It like when you go into a store and have everything ready to pay and they treat you a way you were low or a piece of trash or somthing which makes you just want to throw the things on the ground and walk out. Not Ethical at on on your behalf shame on you. I sure hope that was not the owner who treated me like that but if it was not i will i sure hope that person gets fired. Thats is why i put the time and date so you guys can know who was working and answered the phone.

After overfilling my oil close to their parking lot, I thought to call them for advice. They were closing in 15 minutes and they were kind enough to help me out on the spot and drain some of the oil. Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I will definitely be back!

I am from Edmonton and needed my brakes inspected last minute when we got to town the last week of July. Every shop in town was booked and couldn't offer any type of help. Fountain tire offered to have a tire tech inspect my brakes just so I could figure out what I was dealing with it the very least. They found I needed new brakes on the front of my truck. Their Mechanic came out and said he could help me out as he had 2 hours before his next scheduled service. They replaced my brakes and had mr running on the road again by lunch time. Would come back for service again if we didn't live so far away. Thanks again to the whole team for hooking us up when they barely had time to breathe! It is wonderful dealing with the staff at the Langley Fountain Tire! My daughter needed new all season tires, and the staff explained all the different options and answered any questions we had easily. I must also say I was impressed with how they kept me updated throughout the process and although my daughter's tires were not available, they upgraded her tires (no charge) to ensure that we did get new tires when we picked the car up. That was a very happy surprise! I would most definitely highly recommend Fountain Tire, and will be using them in the future, not only for tires, but for oil changes, or any servicing needed for our vehicles .

Unfortunately had a REALLY bad experience today. Never have I ever had a bad thing to say until now. The fountain tire team has mostly always delivered on their promises. Today I called to be picked up from work at 2:05pm, as I was supposed to have a new tire installed on my car. I had a prior conversation with a guy who worked there saying it would be done by 2:00pm today. Finally at 3:19, after having to give directions about three times to their new driver, I was able to get picked up and driven to Fountain Tire. Although my patience were thin, I was never once in any way rude, but over the phone I could tell the driver was getting annoyed. This should never be the case in any given situation, and even if the driver did get frustrated it should never be taken out on the customer which i felt it was twice. After we got to Fountain Tire, I was informed that my car wasn't actually ready to go. It hadn't even been pulled into the shop. I'm not mad or angry with anyone in particular, I just found this to be a tremendous waste of time. Tomorrow I will drop my car off at the same time before work at 4:45am, and I will have my friend drop me off this time instead to avoid any hassle and hopefully I'll have a new tire on my car by the time I get there.

I had a tire that popped and needed a place that could mount and balance a tire quick. Initially I made an appointment at wheel pro’s, which is just down the street from fountain tire, but I would have to wait 4 hours before they could take the car in. So as I’m waiting, I decide to go across the street to fountain tire. The guy at the service desk was so nice, he told me to leave the car with him and he could have it done sometime in the next two hours. He even came out and took a look at it to make sure he knew exactly what I was talking about. Their prices are a little bit cheaper than at wheel pro’s and because they were able to fit me in (even though they had a parking lot so full of cars that there were no available parking spots), I went ahead with it. An hour and a half later (earlier than when they said they would be done), they finished up, we paid and we’re on our way! I definitely recommend this place. I had no issues whatsoever, their customer service was top notch and what I really liked is that they’re not the type of business that will keep your car for the full day instead of just for the time that they actually need it. 5 star service FOR SURE and I’ll definitely be back

I've been bringing my vehicles here since around 2009, and I have never once felt ripped off. I always get a call with an estimate before the work is started, and it's always the same price when I pick up the car. Unless something goes wrong during the repair, then they give me a call to give me a heads up that it will be extra. In fact, I'm so happy with them, after I moved to Squamish in 2011, I decided to keep making the trek to this Fountain Tire for all my non warranty service. 5 stars.

Rather than bagging the tires I had on, they tossed them in the back of the truck, bare, and buried my truck in the back of their gated compound. Never do oil change here. I did like a month ago and the engine starts making grinding sound. It never happened before. I knew it was because of their poor service. Then after 1000 miles I went to Mr.lube for the oil change and right after I left , the engine sounded like new. The grinding sound was gone. And also they make a remark that, skid plate bolts were missing. i don't know what that mean. If you bring your vehicle here they will do something to it and after some time you will think to come here again for repair and thats how they suck money out of you. Moreover I paid around 5 grand for my brakes of tundra . The manager said he had to change every part or whatever. And after a month my brakes started making grinding noise again. This is their service. Charging ton of money and getting same problem afterwards.

I went there to have my old summer tires mounted on rims and installed on my car. I showed up later in the day so they weren't sure if it would be done by the end of the day but they were done half an hour before they closed. They also offered to wait for me if I couldn't make it back there by 5pm in rush hour traffic. They were very nice, friendly and accommodating. I didn't need an appointment... The other tire shops I called all required appointments and were booking for three days to a week later and had higher prices.

I went in to have my old car winterized and asked for reason check engine light was on. Most likely I was just low on oil. I did tell them about an incident with the car and magically they found an issue there. Supposedly a part was broken. I walked away after paying for the oil change, telling them I would be parking the car as I couldn't afford the repairs. I did keep driving the car because the oil light stayed off. When they couldn't find anything wrong they went looking for something. Told me my brakes were so worn they had damaged the routers. Friend checked them and there was still 50% brake pad and routers are fine. He also said that tires could have fallen on they were placed back on so loosely. They had only been torqued to about 90% and should have been at about 150. I had been driving the car for over 3 weeks including down the Yellowhead Trail and through childrens' crossings. The manager never mentioned the issue about the torqueing. I called about the fact that the light stayed off and that I was still driving. He stated that they "must have fixed the part" which is most likely not doable according to other mechanics. This company was good when I started going there but they look for work to do on a '99 car. Don't gimme brakes!

What an amazing experience i had at this place!!! Fantastic workmanship and customer service! You can tell from the moment you step into this location that their primary goal is providing excellent service with integrity in order to gain repeat customers. Well, that approach certainly worked for me! Short story: professional, quality work at a reasonable price from a shop that clearly values people over profit. Long story - worth a read: Tire shops are notorious for being absolute chaos heading into the winter season. I get that. Unfortunately, that challenge for staff often translates to long waits, rushed conversations, overcrowded waiting rooms and the customer generally being made to feel like an annoyance. Not here! When I first came in with a few different tires in mind, I was acknowledged right away and then the manager actually sat down with me to help me weigh the pros and cons of all of them. Chris was clearly not steering me toward the most expensive tires - he genuinely wanted me to make an informed decision and purchase what would work best for me, regardless of price. Despite the fact that the shop was busy, he was extremely thorough, even providing me with some excellent tips on how to minimize fishtailing in my truck (again, in depth information that cost him his time with no opportunity for financial gain whatsoever). My experience on install day was just as positive. Again, I was helped the moment I walked through the door. Chris remembered me from our previous meeting and made a point of coming over to say hi when I was speaking with Mo at the beginning of my visit. The work was performed as explained, within the allotted time and some great recommendations were provided. They pointed out some work that was needed but acknowledged that I just had the expense of new tires, so provided the premium solution but also some creative "work around" solutions. Really cool. At the end of my visit (they had my money already!), Mo made sure I was aware of the free rotation every 10000km and the free flat repair (again - no direct financial gain for them). The last think I have to mention is not only is this shop super clean and open, it has the nicest waiting room in town! That matters to me. I've been squished in between people in a row of chairs directly in front of the service counter at automotive shops before. It sucks. I always make these types of appointments on my days off because there is zero chance of getting any work done in this totally distracting, uncomfortable environment. Well the waiting room at Fountain Tire is awesome - it's completely removed from the service area. Spacious and comfy, complete with a large work table , free wifi, big screen tv, generously spaced, super comfy chairs, restrooms, a great kids play area and a snack and beverage station. (Keurig coffee with optional flavoured syrup and real cream - nice touch.) I set up shop with my laptop at the great work station area and got SO much work done while I waited! I think what this room said to me is consistent with the vibe I felt with every interaction here - "Fountain Tire, Langley Bypass values me."

I had no wheels so Chris called up his rental place and got them to pick us up and get a car for two days and that he would split the rental cost. That was good service. People make mistakes. Fixing the mistake without trying to pretend like it didnt happen is the reason I will return and recommend this tire shop.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Especially if you require brake work. I dropped off my travel trailer here to get 4 new tires on, bearings inspected and brakes checked.They said all the bearings needed to be repacked. And they adjusted the brakes. When I pickup the trailer there is about 20% of the trailer braking power as when I dropped it off. I couldn't even get the tires to come close to braking somewhat significantly with the gain on my brake controller maxed out. I take it back and leave it with them overnight. They look at it in the morning and call to tell me that the brakes are acting funny... like it is a pre-existing issue that is outside of their scope of work. I tell them they worked fine when I dropped it off and I was even adjusting my brake controller a few days earlier and could easily lock up the brakes without maxing out the gain on the brake controller and that they need to make it right. The better part of the day goes by and they call and say the tech backed off the brake adjustment instead of firming it up; like it wasn't a big deal. When I picked up the trailer I asked to speak to the manager. I asked him if he was familiar with my experience and he said "yup". I asked how does a business like Fountain Tire, that mainly deals with tires, wheels and brakes, adjust brakes in the opposite direction they need to be adjusted . These are the same drum brakes that are on the rear end of many cars, trucks and suvs. His answer was "we goofed!". He said the guy who normally does brakes wasn't there so their mechanic did them. Umm... that's even more concerning; shouldn't a mechanic be able to adjust brakes properly?? He went on to say "everyone goofs! Even Justin Trudeau goofs! Like when he nudged that girl's boob!" Seriously... you let a vehicle leave your business with a faulty brake adjustment and you're actually saying it's okay because the Prime minister accidentally nudged a women's breast. So even the manager and owner didn't take the situation seriously and didn't offer an apology. All I wanted to hear was that what happened was unacceptable and everything would be done to ensure it didn't happen again. I didn't ask for a discount on my $700+ bill that I already paid even though now I'm questioning if all the bearings actually ended to be repacked or if they are just taking advantage of the customer even further. I'm thinking now that it is the latter. Before I stormed out of there, I asked why brakes aren't tested after they are adjusted and what if i headed out over a mountain pass to go camping or what if that was someone's car instead of my trailer. He just shrugged... Please do not support a business that takes this approach to their customer. They do not deserve your business and you do not deserve to risk your car and potentially your well being.

Every time we went in, they were incredibly busy and barely had time to answer questions. When we got our tires put on, we found out after a year of driving on them, that they put the front ones on backwards, causing us to hydroplane consistently. They fixed them, but never apologized for the massive safety screw-up. Been coming to here for a few years now. Mostly good experiences, but during my last visit, I had trouble starting my car, and after inspection they told me to replace my alternator to fix the problem. This threw me off a bit as my dealership previously said it was a crank sensor problem. I told fountain tire this and they insisted that I needed to replace my alternator to fix the ignition issue. Because something felt off, I went to 2 other repair shops and both said my alternator was fine. In the end it was a faulty crank sensor that was the issue. A little disappointed by my last visit because they were not able to figure out the problem. But overall still positive experience here

My parents were here from out of town, and their Lexus got a nail puncture. So, where to go? Kal Tire blew us off, disinterested serviceman told us 3 or 4 hours. Canadian Tire as usual were even worse. Then we went to Fountain Tire. The parking lot was packed, every bay was busy, but they took our punctured tire and told us to come back in 45 minutes. Wow! So we went for a bite to eat and came back, they were ready with the tire. They hustled to put it on, and for a very reasonable rate we were on our way. So impressed with the staff and the customer service. Highly recommended!

I purchased four new tires on 01 May 2019, and was in contact with Cory (manager) to ask for my brakes to be checked at the time of the tire installation and that I wanted to take my four old tires home with me. Upon retrieving my vehicle after the installation was completed, I had the following issues: 1. I had to ask for my four old tires to be returned to me, then wait for them to be packaged and placed into my vehicle. 2. My brakes were not checked. 3. I paid my full invoice promptly at the time I picked up my vehicle, and asked why there was no nitrogen in the tires (which I clearly paid for and is clearly indicated on my receipt). I was told that the nitrogen pump was broken. The manager called me later that day and said he would call me in approximately two weeks once the pump was repaired, and I could pop in to have my new tires deflated and then reinflated with nitrogen (which is what I paid for!). On 20 May 2019, I popped into the store to ask if the nitrogen pump was fixed, and I was told that it was not yet repaired. I have had no further contact from the store and I am perturbed that I paid for services which I have not received. Overall, not impressed with the customer service at this location, and I will not be back for further service on my vehicle. Thanks for reading this. ADDENDUM: I received an email indicating that Fountain Tire had responded to my concerns, but the email address I was given in the reply is not functional!!! UPDATE: October 2019: I contacted the BBB again after my initial complaint was not resolved, and I have finally received a very small refund for the lack of nitrogen in my tires (which I paid for originally!). Still have not received a letter of apology, but I guess I have to pick my battles.

Took our van in for a estimate because our brake fluid was leaking. They told us that all our calipers were shot and needed replacing, all our tires needed replacing and all four rotors needed to be replaced, and of course the brake fluid. The estimate $3500. Which seemed really high. So i wanted a second opinion from a real mechanic. He said one caliper and rotor needed replacing and that was all, he even took pictures to show us where the leak was, everything else was fine. He did the work total cost for the parts and labor was $400. These clowns are crooks and take advantage of people who do not know any better. Do not take your vehicle into this fountain tire, not saying all fountain tires are con artists but this one was just brutal , thank god i got a second opinion or i could have been $3500 in the hole.

Very unsatisfied with this business. Took my vehicle there and told them I wanted a full inspection done, and for them to fix anything that was wrong with it. I let hem know that the power steering was leaking, it needed an alignment, and that the brakes needed to be replaced. I spoke with a storefront worker on the phone and told him these things, then I spoke with the owner when I dropped my vehicle off the next morning. When they were finished I find out they only did the brakes. When confronted with this mistake they did nothing to apologize for their mistake, just make excuses. Don't bring your vehicle here. What a joke and a waste of time and money. Still unsure if they are going to offer a discount on shop time to bring my vehicle back. Ugh

Usually don’t have this issue. I arrived at my appointment at 10am, they pulled up the details and I clarified it was my mom that made the appointment but I was obviously the one dropping it off. I sat in a chair in plain view of the front desk for two hours when I finally asked about the status. They told me it had been ready for an hour…. I never left the building for the whole two hours. They straight up just said nothing and let me sit there. They said they called my mom but I was the one that dropped it off and sat down straight away after check in. Really frustrating when today was not a day I had an extra hour to spare… Hope this never happens again since we usually have no problems here.

Bought 4 continental winter tires in October and 1 of the tires went flat within 3 Weeks! brought it to them for an inspection, in which they failed to provide an explanation as to what caused the tire to go flat and immediately said that another tire would need to be purchased! after relentlessly asking about the tire they called back saying there was a small puncture from inside the tire and that it can't be repaired under warranty because the car was in motion when the puncture happened?? Took my car in for a wheel alignment and was told I needed my tyrods replaced. $600 later I had to take my car back because my steering wheel was totally off center and my breaks were shuddering. So they fixed that. Then I had to take it back because something was rubbing on the left wheel when I turned a sharp right. Fixed that. My husband then took his van in for an alignment and they told him he needed tyrods replaced. He said he would wait and come back. He then took it to our regular mechanic who checked and said his tyrods were fine. Now I wonder if mine actually needed to be replaced. We will never go back!!

Today I had a flat tire in this -20 degree with the wind chill & fountain tire was amazing! They took my vehicle in with no appointment, drove me to work & picked me up when my car was ready, then to top it off they said "Merry Christmas" and didn't charge me for the repair to my flat tire! Strongly recommend them they always are friendly & very helpful when needed! Thank-you Fountain Tire!

If you're in need of afterhours tire service, best drive on to Edson. Save yourself a lot of time and headache. Their call center can't even get these guys to answer their phones! So, if you're cool with sitting around their yard all night waiting for the tire guy, this is the place for you! If want to get the tire repaired, just keep driving to Edson.

I'll try to make this story short. - Went in to get my transmission fixed and payed an arm and a leg to get a rebuilt transmission, I get it back after a week and drive about 5km before the new transmission breaks in heavy traffic. - I get it towed back to the shop and they charge me for the tow truck and the extra work to fix the transmission that they should have got right in the first place - 9 months later my transmission fully fails on me again except now I've moved to a new city. I phone them up for the warranty and they explain I need to take it into a local transmission shop and have it shipped to them. I do this which costs me $500 to have it ripped out only to have Fountain Tire tell me it's not under warranty anymore and now I'm stuck with another $500 bill. All this time these guys contradicted themselves and lied to me about what they would do for me. My final advice, beware the friendly stranger as they will greet you with a smile then gladly take your money and laugh at you when you are gone.
