Poor experience. I stopped twice at the store today. Promised me an oil change but both situations they didn’t fit me in. First time I was early, no go. Second time I was 10 minutes late. Still not let in. Really hurt me as an out of towner that needs service done on the day I am in.

Service was fast, Duane very courteous. When all other shops were telling me 3 weeks to get in for tire change Entire was able to accommodate me within a couple of days of checking in with him daily. Waiting area with big screen TV, warm fireplace and a happy dog to keep you company, can't ask for much more. 5 ???? stars.

The employees of Entire are friendly and knowledgeable in terms of customer service, and efficient and thorough in performance. I didn't have an appointment, but they squeezed me in last minute. My car was in and out of the shop in 25 minutes, if not quicker. Definitely will be going back to them for my automotive needs.

Excellent customer service, I pulled off the highway with a screw in my tire that leaking steadily and they were only open for one more hour. The guys went out of there way to get it fixed for me. Would highly recommend this company!!!

First of booked online to buy and get new tires fitted, they state "will get back to you in 24-48hrs" this was 3 weeks ago. Tried to call them several times during business hours - no answer. Tried to book a service last week, again, no reply within the promised time and no answer at their business. Needless to say they have lost my business (would've been $2000 plus)and any recommendation to my colleagues and friends.

I scheduled an appointment for a simple job on Saturday morning. When I showed up for my appointment they told me they couldn't do it until Monday morning ans she said she would have called me but forgot to write down my number. I told them I wanted to leave town Monday morning but I would wait till after. I showed up on time for my second appointment and they told me they couldn't do it till that afternoon. (Once again not even a phone call.) I asked her to call me when they could get it in and she said she would. I never got a phone call.
