What a great, great, great time I had there. I was nervous to test drive my first car because I wasn't 100 % confident yet with a manual transmission, but our dealer, Kurtis Lemon, helped tremendously - he even took me one day after I got the car and we drove around for a few hours. If it wasn't for him, I'd probably be stalled on a hill somewhere, crying. I highly suggest dealing with Kurtis - the guy goes above and beyond to make your time there the best possible. He really made my first car experience enjoyable. No one was pushy, and at times I forgot I was even at a dealership, talking to sales people. Of all the dealerships I visited on my quest to find a car, this one was BY FAR the best. I highly recommend it.

The service.departmemt had the nerve to call me on the phone, then make snide comments when I told them I no longer own this vehicle. All they would have had to say is ok thanks . Instead the service advisor took it upon herself to berate and make comments as if to try to teach me a lesson. Could not believe the negative comments and negative attitude I heard. Usually I don’t post anything bad for anyone ! Others may find good ,for them , personally i had bad experience . Service department made me write bad review. I went for my car diagnostics,engine Light. Technicians took whole 2 days to find out nothing. After, Just gave me report says, we need additional time for 5-7 hours of labour around 700-900$ to find out what is the actual problem is in engine. Mentioning Shahzad Noorani , Not professional.

Terrible experience AFTER choosing the car that I liked. The price of the car online and the interest of the loan online were not honored on the day I was suppose to purchase a pre-owned car from them. My loan was approved, I was ready to go and then I was told by Karen (in finance) that "the online price of the car and interest on the loan is incorrect and that is where their online service falls short". The salesman Wes was lovely to deal with and I would have bought the car had I not been lied to and treated like a fool.

We recently bought a used car from Josh at Dueck GM and had a good experience throughout the entire process. We found everyone responsive, respectful and willing to listen and have a real conversation with us about all parts of the purchase. They allowed us to bring the car to a 3rd party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, they educated us about warranty and insurance options without being pushy, and they helped us make sure the used car we bought was properly cleaned and detailed before we took possession. Josh said from the beginning he would take care of us, and he did!

Not a great experience at all. We drove all the way out from Maple Ridge since their website said they had a number of vehicles in stock. When we arrived the sales rep. had no idea where anything was and persistently had us follow him around literally all three levels of this place (and I'm 8 months pregnant). Then he realized he couldn't find any of them so we went back inside where he spoke to someone else for assistance. Apparently all their stock has sold, has deposits, or the owner's daughter was driving them for personal use. They clearly don't update their website and didn't seem to care when it was discussed. Their attitude and lack of customer service was really disappointing. Previously we went to the GMC dealerships in Coquitlam and Langley and found MUCH better service, they just happened to have lower stock at this time. We will not be back to this location.

Brought my 2017 Cadillac ATS in for an electronic update on a small recall for one of the functions. Was easy to book my appointment for the update, when I drove in John took great care of me. Gave me an accurate timeline of the process and when I returned at that time my car was waiting for me. Not only was it updated but the inside was vacuumed and the car had being washed for me. Unbelievably great service. Wonderful experience.

Second truck purchase with the great team at Dueck commercial trucks and super happy! Building a custom truck can be difficult with all the options and not knowing what is needed and what is not. These guys take the time to run through what you are needing it for and get you in touch directly with the builders to make sure you get what you need and cut what you don't. They finance and lease in house and include the truck chassis and custom body work into 1 transaction. Streamlined pick up process, covid safe, super happy with our new roll off NRR and was off to work 20 mins after picking up. Keep up the great work and if your considerating a custom built Isuzu look no further!

The Service Department is a sham. We brought our second GM vehicle in for regular service. on the Workorder it said the Tires were rotated, tire pressures set to 35PSI, and the TPMS reset. After driving the car home we noticed a Low TPMS light a few days later. Mind you, the car had only been driven to the dealership and back.After my wife sent me a screenshot of the TPSM readings on the dash. i was in shock. nothing close to 35, and all tires were at significantly different values. we brought it back, i agree could have gotten a puncture on the drive home, possible slow leak from the stem but unlikely. they checked, no puncture. they claimed due to the temperature is could have dropped. 12PSI ?? I don't think so. the left front at 23, left rear at 37, right front at 33. They obviously never did the job, but said they did. and made me question the entire service if the tires were even rotated and what else wasn't done. Pencil Whipping those "100 Point inspections". I also inquired about 1 box that was yellow (engine leaks) and my service advisor brushed it off. I said i want to know where, he said just "swelling" well from where? HG? valve cover? oil pan? couldn't tell me. You would think as my service advisor he'd be ready to tell me what they found, and why its yellow. I expected more from a dealership shop.

Bonnie took absolute care of me, she is absolutely the best at her profession and really cares deeply about the dealership which you can tell she treats like her second home. Friendly helpful service , especially since I arrived at 7:30 am - with no appointment, to buy new tires. Staff, also arriving about the same time, invited me to sit in the customer lounge where there was a large screen TV, and a coffee brewing station. At 8 o'clock, I wandered over to the tire department service desk, where I was told I would have my new tires replaced in about 11/2 to 2 hours. I wandered over to Superstore, right next door, and picked up a few things, and got a call that my car 2ad ready! It took about 70 minutes and I paid my bill and drove away on a cloud ☁️ of new rubber????

One step away from being criminals. My brother is looking for a decent used car. We found a 2014 Camry for for $14000 with 108k km on it. It seems like ok price for what you get. On the description they had no hesitation on mentioning all the options and how Toyota is good and reliable but they sure didn’t mention anything you actually want to know. Went on carfax and found that the vehicle was in kansas USA at one point. That is not the worst thing. The car has been in 3 collisions. A repair of $7,847, $3,426 and $896. That’s more repairs than half the car. This vehicle is not worth $5000. Pure ripoff. I’m sure they ask for 5 star reviews after they sell a vehicle and people have no problem giving it, however a lot of people don’t check these things. I would go to a different dealership

I was a long time client of another GM dealership, and I got was I thought was acceptable service, so I stayed loyal to them. Then I got my last truck, and it had major issues, and that is when they showed their true colors visible as they treated me like garbage. When it was time to lease a new truck, I decided to try somewhere else, and I saw an ad online with a phone number for a sales rep named Edgars Neilands. I messaged him at 9pm on a Sunday thinking he'd get back to me the next business day. Nope... in less than a minute I had a response from him. He asked some great questions to find out what I really needed from a truck as far as features and didn't pressure me or try to upsell me, and by the next morning he found me exactly what I needed and for an incredible price. I didn't even have to haggle with him. He took care of everything and when I went to pick up the truck, he met me there personally even though he wasn't working that night, and went through the whole truck with me. The truck was polished and ready. This was honestly a whole new level of experience in buying a new vehicle and I'd rate Edgars a 10 out of 5 if possible. Absolutely terrible experience, do not buy a car here. We had an appointment to look at a specific car and Mike agreed to have the car ready for us. We arrive and the receptionist tells us that mike will be with us in a minute. 15 minutes later a random salesman asks us if we need help, we just say we are waiting for Mike to show Car X. The salesman tells us that that car is actually being driven by their parts manager and he isn’t in today. The salesman goes to speak to mike and mike says “oh yes he’s here to see that car but it’s not here”. To add, he says this from his desk without acknowledging us or getting up to talk to us. Mike is a terrible salesman and you should not buy from him, clearly doesn’t understand his job enough to know that a car should be at the dealership when a customer is coming in to see it. Finally the manager, Doug, who we spoke to afterwards, had absolutely no interest in our situation, basically brushed us off as if this was a normal practice. Moral of the story, but your car from any dealership other than this one.

The receptionist is honestly the worst I have encountered. First time I thought maybe she was having a bad day. But I’ve been there multiple times, and have heard plenty of horrible things about her from others. I am surprised she hasnt been terminated. Please treat customers with kindness.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My partner purchased his GMC brand new, after a few years he received a recall which he brought in to Dueck. They informed him the recall was not relevant to his vehicle but after another year the car began experiencing problems. Turns out the recall was relevant but Dueck then explained his warranty had run out and he was to pay $10k to repair the engine. After months of back and forth he ended up having the price reduced and paid for the repairs. A few months later the transmission went with only 115 000kms on the vehicle. Dueck is offering no trade in value and a ‘reduced price’ on the repairs which was quoted at a higher rate then other service centres. They have been difficult to get a hold of and have offered almost no support trying to navigate this process. I seldom speak negatively about a business but I feel taken advantage of and cannot stress enough how poorly they have handled this situation. I would not recommend this business to anyone and would suggest purchasing your vehicle anywhere else.

Not a fan, bought my truck here and got a decent deal but the service center is horrible. Washed my truck and scuffed all the paint and only waxed, it which fixed nothing. Also, installed a whildsield which leaked and caused a lot of damage. They also charge 30 dollars for a rental which is tiny. You can get a full size from enterprise for the same price.

I have bought 4 trucks over the last 8 years from Dueck on Marine and have found them to be an exceptional dealership. Unlike so many dealerships who are interested in fitting you up with a vehicle(s) and try to 'seal the deal' before you leave the showroom, I have found each and every time that Dueck's staff are attentive to your needs but not bloodhounding you for a sale, and when you have questions they are knowledgeable of their product, and if they're unsure they immediately focus on getting you an answer. I also found their ability to locate what you're looking for quickly and their 'can do' attitude to be refreshingly satisfying, and when going through the purchase or lease process they don't play the typical dog and pony show of going back and forth to their manager to ' negotiate a price but actually seem to be advocating for you as a customer without pressuring you for the sale on their terms. Dueck's after sales service, whether in administration, parts or service, have all been an amazingly attentive, satisfying and customer oriented experience. Perhaps its their huge inventory to select from or how they're trained, but their service-minded instead of sales-minded attention has made every experience I've had with them so far a real pleasure. They always seem to give a better deal than their competitors (without denigrating them), and I have found them to be more knowledgeable and unpretentious. After owning more than a dozen new vehicles and a dozen and a half used vehicles personally and for business, I find Dueck on Marine the most reliable and satisfying dealership I've experienced in my 40 years of vehicle ownership and I highly recommend them and look forward to future dealings with them. P.S. I do not, nor ever have worked for Dueck, have not been paid or 'benefitted' by Dueck, and was not asked by anyone there to endorse them. I almost never review or reccomend products or services publicly, but even I'm surprised when every 4 or 5 years I shop for a vehicle, that Dueck remains principled and consistent when I dwal with them. I haven't really experienced that with anyone else in my buying experiences.

Bought my 2007 Escalade new at Duecks. Last few times I went back the service got progressively worse. 2 of the top service advisers quit leaving some very aggressive commission sales persons in charge of service. On 3 occasions they attempted to over bill by hundreds of dollars on service calls. The last time i went in I brought a new battery in to have installed along with other repairs. The vehicle broke down the day after it was picked up and left my wife stranded. After raising the hood to give her a jump start i realized that they had not installed the new battery. Instead, they did take it but used it somewhere else. I had to go back and convince them by way of notes on the service advisers documents that indeed the new battery was there. They reluctantly installed a new battery and attempted to overcharge me by $ 275.00 on my service invoice. After a couple of hours of arguing with management they reduced the invoice by $ 75.00 for part of the overcharges. Never again. Stay away, criminal charges and all service staff are on commission. The more they shaft you for the more money they make.

Bought a brand new car in 2008 got life time oil change with the deal every 3 months after 6 years they wanted me to trade in only 70000 kms on car still new as I am 82 years old when I refused they tried to cancel free oil change and told me because I am not servicing the car there they can cancel at any time was told by the manager there prices are double the price of other shops if you shop around now they will only change my oil every 6 months and I have to call them to make an appointment I went in for oil change my tires where low on air and they tried to charge me $80 dollars for air and I refused to pay wow buyer beware
