On a trip and my truck broke down near Quesnel due to a fuel pump failure. Had to be back in vancouver for work asap. They were busy but squeezed me in to help me get back on the road the very next day. I was super grateful of them helping me out in a jam, and if this was not impressive already... the story doesn't end here... Fast forward over a year later back in vancouver, my truck once again broke down due to the fuel pump that was put in was defective (not because of the install). Bill at Tirecraft went above and beyond to help me once again and made things right, for something they repair long ago and the pump failure was not even their fault. I have nothing but good to say about Tirecraft Quesnel. Good people, good shop, standup business. Highly recommended. Go to these guys for your auto needs period.

Story: I am a US Soldier and was on a PCS move to Alaska. My car had broken down and they were the only shop in all of Quesnel that was willing to look at and work on my car on the day that I called in. They produced a solution in less than 24 hours, to include ordering parts with overnight delivery and working on it first thing in the morning. Their service goes beyond expectation of any mechanic. Their leadership indicates that they are in the business of PEOPLE - not only do they serve their community, but also a potential risky foreigner (guy traveling from the United States). They work for the needs of people, to include their own employees, as management communicated clearly to their employees and emplaced risk-mitigation factors to ensure the safety of their workers. This shop is top tier.

These guys made me cry. But good tears. Having a really really hard time, my husband had been in ICU all weekend and they were shipping him to Kelowna by air ambulance that day, and I hadn’t had time with everything that’s been going on to put my winter tires on. I called around but as soon as I explained the situation to the lady at Downtown tire, she told me to come straight up and I was next on the list. They had my winters on in 45 minutes so I could be on the road to Kelowna to be with my husband. I am so grateful for this amazing kindness. For making sure I could travel safe with no delays ❤️ Thank you thank you thank you. These guys have my business for life .
