Got a level kit installed. Everything seemed fine until I took it to get a wheel alignment. And that’s when they found that the tie rod wasn’t even tightened.

Was very personable, down to earth communication, which is absolutely appreciated. Staff was not pushy, or tryin to get me to "buy" a product. I missed the turn into the parking area, google maps told me to turn right at the intersection and dmy destination ill be on the right... but, nope... I shoulda turned right b4 the intersection..just fyi to store.. more noticeable signage would be beneficial to future potential customers. In my opinion. I would recommend this store, and I will be a repeat consumer.

The customer "service" at this business has gone from average to worse in the span of a year. First time I went there a year ago to buy two tires, the guy at the counter tried to sell me 4 tires and when I politely refused and said I didn't need two extra, he seemed annoyed that I wasnt buying a complete set and made me wait for 45 minutes so he could look after those customers that were spending thousands of $ for their fancy custom tires, even after I had booked an appointment and was taking time off work. But I tolerated their attitude because it was a good price. After the work was done I noticed that my vehicle was not driving smoothly. I took my car to another tire shop while in Calgary and they told me that the balancing wasnt done properly and some lug nuts were loose endangering me and my family. When I called Custom works about this issue the guy on the phone was quite abrasive and told me I should have come to them to have the problem rectified. Despite this negative experience, I called them again recently to get winter tires installed. The guy thought I was wanting to buy the tires and started aksing me what tires I was looking for. When he found out I already have winter tires and just need them installed he didnt take much interest in booking me in and said they are busy the entire week. The tone changed from decent to rude very quick. Despite recommendations from couple of friends, I am going to avoid this place like the plague. If you cant respect the people who bring you business, no matter how small, then you dont deserve to take my money.

The most profficient service outlet for vehicular modifications from small mods to high end.... The best i have seen, heard of in the Okanagan..... Its not because they install quality "you can see that fom the start when the twinkle of excitement flash' from their eyes" nor is it all about respect "one of very few that treat the customer, and customers vehicle/investment LIKE THEIR VERY OWN" no, its a combination of all of these qualities, and its evident that this comes from the top to bottom insude this business.... Horrible place to get any information. Buddies lunch is more important than a customer I guess. Rims are posted from third party and they know nothing about the rims or deals they are even offering online. Do yourself a favor and keep your wheels rolling right past this place.

This is my go to tire shop now. Their prices are very fair for tires, mounting, balancing, etc. Employees are friendly. Its tucked away and has a smaller store front but its a no BS approach and proven to work better than many of the big tire chain stores in Red Deer.

If you decide to do financing think again got tires here thru driver capital the final bill was $1538 paid out the bill not even 2 weeks later I emailed driver capital asking my final pay out $2000 I asked why my payout was so much they said oh we ad fees on top I said there shouldn't be $500 worth of fees when your doing an early payout on a loan within the 90 days no payments they wont email me back or get ahold of me it's a joke dont do it it's a scam I'm not saying red deer autoworks is bad but the people they do the financing thru is a joke I dunno care what these guys come back and say your still a joke and over charge people and ya you don't run credit but you take what the value of the vehicle is worth and hold that above your head my truck was worth more then the 1600 I got approved for all day long so if I dont pay your getting a truck that's worth about 8 grand so ya you may not run credit but you still walk away with a person's vehicle in the long run

I am a "need" to get tires guy and when one blows and two are bald I look for cheap. Well running 22's I found it extremely difficult to find what I wanted for what I was willing to pay for just tires. In comes CCA-Red Deer, Kiel and the boys hooked me up with EXACTLY what I wanted, faster than I thought possible. CCA-Red Deer went above and beyond from the front counter to the shop. Not just tires but a full package, wheels, tires, level. From start to finish CCA-Red Deer had amazing customer service, they were straight up, knowledgeable, and impossible to beat in price. Ordered my tires from Dayton he had them studded for me i had my appointment went in and was comfortable for 1 hour and they were all done everything was perfect i would recommend them for tires and installation and all the warranties i have on the tires i am very happy with them. The only thing they dont have a coffee machine you have to bring your own coffee. Next april when i have to go back to have them removed i will let you know if they have coffee yet.

Red Deer costume autoworker is the Worst place to get tires and rims I had to go back 10 Times and waisted countless hours to get my tires balanced and they never got them right. Also the owner was telling me stuff like my truck has 1 ton suspension and thats why it was shacking and oh it’s just the road. Also don’t buy amp tires they are convex and grab every cup or dish in the road. I went to a different tire shop and they balanced the tires first time no problem. I am never going back!

I will tell anyone who wants the truth my experience with AutoWorks. After receiving four new tires I had a shake. They attempted twice to rebalance. I left my truck a third time only to get it back with FOUR brand new tires. These guys are AMAZING! Problem solved Kal tire rebalanced every tire...no shake at an extra $60 out of my jeans. DO NOT GO!!!. If I could leave a -10 star i would. Arrogant young guy working there Nathan. I had to bring our vehicle twice for a half hour job because of improper balance / lack of training or knowledge. The first time they left the old weights on and balanced and shook like crazy. The second time the vehicle was taken for an unauthorized test lap with no covid procedures taken(no gloves, no mask) thank you!! I was then told vechicle was fixed and smooth, it wasnt. I then checked the pictures i had taken of valve stem/sidewall orientation and asked if the tires had been shifted as i asked to reduce weight and was told yes but when confronted with proof for the second time was told they hadnt but was within spec and if i knew so much i should open a tire shop. I then asked to go somewhere else and was refused and told to give it a third try(dont live in regina but ok), even though the other shop laughed at the amount of weight and said that was way to much. Im frustrated with the blatant disregard for covid precautions and the way ive been treated supporting a small business. Ill spend a little extra to get it done right the first time, thanks Kal-tire

I had msged them on Facebook about getting new wheels for my 2016 scatpack Charger and they laid out 3-4 options for me of different wheels and tires that would be best suited for my car with the required fitment that I wanted, I even had them hunt down a wider tire option for the back, I literally locked down what I wanted and the price I was happy with without ever talking to them on the Phone, I got a call from them once the wheels and tires arrived and they got me in the next day, and I am telling you I couldnt be happier with the fitment, Found out it was Jayden I was dealing with and who nailed down the fitment and I highly recommend going to these guys, I have ordered wheels in the past multiple times on my end by doing tireless research to get the wheel fitment I want and these guys did all the work for me and honestly at the same or a better price then if I were to do it myself, Plus they were able to find a set of wheels I couldnt even find myself. everything showed up in a weeks time as well which blew me away, will defiantly be coming back to these guys again two thumbs up!

My husband ordered a rim for his suv from this company one and a half months ago and never heard of its arrival. We contacted them and they stated they never received it. We asked them for a full refund immediately and they said they would send an etransfer because their company was unable to provide cash refunds. We never received this etransfer so we contacted them again and they said they would call head office and call right back. They never returned the call. We called again the following day and he said he would send it from the personal account for the store and call right back. It has been two days and still haven’t heard back. Very disappointed in the service of a local shop.

Been dealing with these guys off and on for a couple years, always a easy transition. Last year I got a new set of rims and tires for my Cadillac and from the start they had a shake. Working back and forth with them we finally got things figured out. It was just a centric ring. When the car was at there shop unfortunately one of there guys hit something with the driver door. It wasnt a dent just a scuff but they still called me and told me what happened. Didnt they to hide it from me or anything. After discussing what I wanted to do about the situation we can to a agreement. I just wanted to put it out there that they 100% could have hid it from me, as it was a small scuff and I probably would have passed it off as a rock chip. But they did the right thing. Honest straight forward guys here!! Thanks for honest business!

Amazing staff there. Saw an ad online for tires here, came in, within 20 minutes I got a quote for rims and tires for my WRX. By far cheaper than any other shop I had contacted. Install was quick, called in and had an appointment booked within 2 minutes and the tires were changed over in 20 minutes. Had a small balance issue with them like you get with new tires, took it back and had that fixed up very quick as well. Very awesome experience, great positive staff. 100% would recommend them to anyone looking for rims and tires at a cheap cost but very high quality.

Good service to get the tires on. Just stay away from the Haida tires. They are cheap for a reason - just has one separate at 36,408km. They wear down quite quickly and are really noisy.( 35x12.50R20 Haida878R/T) Can't trust them so I'm already looking for new tires. A bad investment.

Worst custom service ever, rude and disrespectful. When I walked he gave me a very dirty look, I asked about Lexus tires and he was making a mockery of me and asking what's Lexus. I would say these guys only like doing business with certain type of people. It's definitely the most terrible experience I have ever had with a shop. Glad I didn't do business with them. I would avoid this place at all cost, save yourself the trouble and go someplace else.
