Owner/mechanic, Norm, was nothing but great customer service! When big chains need appointments and all, I called, went down, 20 mins later my flat was fixed. What more do you want? Great customer service!

Norman literally saved me, I don't know where I would be without him, 830 at night with a punctured tire and had to be on the road first thing, nobody could help and everything is closed. Got it to him and in 20 minutes he had me fixed up, plus does very thorough work and proper patch jobs(for the life of the tire). I can't thank Norman enough, what a good guy! Highly recommend him.

got a flat downtown vancouver and did not want to drive back home to abbotsford on my spare tire. kal tire had a wait of 5 hrs. called c&w and got in right away. awesome service.

Customer service..Don't know cause he basically didn't talk.. But he did help me fix a screw in my tire in less than 20 mins. Cost $40... A bit much compare to other place I go before...And they don't fix run flat tire.. The thing I dislike the most is that he didn't bother to re-balance the tire before putting back on my car...He use white chalk to mark the tire to rim position and that's all.
