Don't trust these guys when it comes to your safety. After the installation, they told me my car was "good to go" so I paid $400 for the used winter tires and left. A day later I find out that all 10 of the lug nuts in the front (5 on each side) was loose and not tightened properly. Good thing nothing serious happened while I was driving down the highway. I had to tighten the lug nuts myself. That is just pure neglect for customer safety because they did not even bother test driving the car for me before I drove it home.

Put the wrong offset rims on a friends car, then broke a wheel stud off after putting on the correct offset wheels. Then months went by promising to fix the stud, never happened just gave him the run around.

The man who took care of my tire that just needed to be changed and patched was very rude. I asked if he could put my spare tire back and all he said was he didn't know how. And gave me a face and walked away yet you work at a tire place. He also never even asked to at least put my spare tire at least in the trunk he left it on the floor and I had to lift it into my vehicle. And on top of that the tire that he patched had a leak in it due to him not carrying. I'm very disappointed on this service. I get everyone has bad days but there is no need to be that rude to people.

I dropped off four old tires to have them taken off the rims. Plus dropped off another four dead tires without rims for recycling. The boss was AMAZING- helped load the tires off my truck, very friendly. The shop was busy but the were VERY ACCOMMODATING in fitting me in within an hr with no appt anyways!! LOVED THE PLACE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I've seen some folks complain about these guys... but I've now had them install tires on multiple vehicles. Insanely good prices and always willing to work with you to get what you need done. Even when there was a glitch with some rims once they fixed it up right away and nearly bent over backward to fix it. I plan to buy more tires here.

While visiting Aldergrove, the low Tire pressure light came on the dash of my car. I drove 8km to the closest national chain tire store and asked them to check my Tire pressure. I was told I could make an appointment for the following day, or leave my car with them and they would "squeeze me in somewhere". I then drove to Buy Sell Tires where they immediately checked the Tire pressure and explained why the light sometimes gives a false reading. Hopefully my story saves you the time and energy travelling to stores that do not have the same dedication to customer service that BST does. Go to Buy Sell Tires first and be treated well.

I need 8 tires for a couple cars. I seen this place open and decided to give them a call. They said come down anytime and check out the used options. I went to check they have a huge selection of used tires I dropped the first car off. Then the next day dropped the the rest. They did the work fast and the price was great I will be back with more imports needing some good used tires.

Walk in the open gate and see buddy laying on the couch watching tv. Tried to get his attention but he was asleep and wasn't waking up. So I looked for someone else to help. No one in the front office or in the garage. Come back to buddy and nicely wake him up. He gets up and starts complaining of how I should be using the front door. Fair enough except for the truck parked in front of the front door attached to a battery charger. Like I said he was the first person I seen walking up. So I started walking to the front door as he continues to complain. This guy complained more than my spouse. Sorry for waking you up from your beauty sleep so your company could make some money. Open the front door and told him enjoy his day and left. Feel bad for the owners unless he was the owner.

Terrible service, not only do you have to wait forever while their employees buy rock during their shifts, when they finally get around to doing their job they can't even put the tires on your vehicle properly and they fall off half way down the street.... If you ever consider going here do yourself a favor and read all the 1 star reviews first. It's a miracle that they have lasted this long without a major lawsuit closing their doors for them. Not to mention all the fake 5 star reviews and they still average a 3.9... Just find any other place that does tires and go there instead, for the sake of you and your families safety.

Warning ! Dont trust these guys at all. They ordered Wrong tires for my pickup and installed them . My tire pressure sensor kicked in saying i need more air. They told me to drive around the block and wait for the air to settle, i did that and still the sensor was on for all 4 tires. My pickup takes 60 psi in front tires and 70 psi in rear tires according to GM dealer and also i need E rated tires for my truck. The tires these idiots ordered can only take 60 psi max ,are not E rated and also the front tires are touching my fender liners when i am turning. Called them and told them about all the issues , no help at all instead they are threatening me and yelling at me for their own mistake.They are refusing to refund my money and take their tires back ,this means i got ripped off for $1000. Lack of knowledge Not professional i would never recommend this place to anybody in future.

I was driving home to Chilliwack from visiting family in Langley early morning January 19th (12:45 am). It was wet and rainy as I was coming down Fraser Hwy through Aldergrove when i ran over a huge rock or piece of cement in the middle of the road. Right away i just knew i would have a flat. I pulled into the first driveway and checked and sure enough my front tire was totally flat. I called my husband who was at work an hours drive away and he said he'd come as soon as he could. As i hung up the phone I noticed a lady at a car that was parked close by where i was. I thought i had better let her know why i was parked there so she wouldnt worry. She and her boyfriend had just come out of one of business there. And wouldnt you know it, it was "Buy Sell Tires"...lol. I told them what happen and the awesome wonderful people they are, owner of Buy Sell Tires said "I can change your tire for you". He left to get his jack, came back and got my spare from the truck and changed it for me, topping it up with air. I couldnt believe hitting that rock ruining my tire, leaving me standed at almost one in the morning. But what are the chances of that happening and the first driveway you pull into is a tire shop and the owner is just leaving. My apologies that i didn't get your names. You saved me and i am so appreciative for your kindness and service. From the time i pulled over till i was back on the road heading home was less that a half hour and my husband didnt need to leave work. Aldergrove is lucky to have a great family owned business serving them...plus those who drive through that need their service. Your mama would be proud of you. Can't thank you both enough!

Would not accept faulty workmanship done at his shop and blames the other shop for mistakes that they made. Last two tire jobs, Buy Sell Tires removed and installed a tire at their shop. Now the lugnut and stud is cross threaded. The used tire that was sold was also leaking. Blames the other shop on the problem when they had issues removing the cross threaded lugnut. Here's some friendly advice, if you want to be successful in the automotive repair industry, you should always investigate any workmanship before blaming other shops on work that you previously did. Being argumentative with a customer over the phone, being defensive, and blaming others is counter-productive. I was recommending people to your shop, now I will be warning them to stay away from people who can't even admit to their own mistakes.

Don’t go here!!! Installed my winter tires on incorrect rims for my car. Finally made that right by installing on correct steel rims. Then broke wheel stud on install. Now after over a month of empty promises to fix and schedule times to come to get the work done, still not done. Have to take to the dealership to fix. I don’t recommend this place at all unless you want to get screwed around.

They put my mom's tires on wrong and deflated within 4 hours, sent a guy out to our house to change them and that set was deflated by the next morning. So we go there and tell them to properly fix them and the tire tech starts yelling at my mom to shut up and asks me to tell her to shut up. These guys are literally getting getting high and doing work that when not done right can kill people, I don't understand how they have a license, they don't take accountability for anything. Don't go here...

Rorrie has thoughtfully, professionally, and knowledgeably recommended and changed the tires on my car, Matt has fixed my car when it had some mechanical issues as well as flawlessly installed some fun extras with professional accuracy and attention to detail, and Dustin has been so accommodating and answered every phone call and question I've had along the way. I have since recommended Buy Sell Tires to my own brother, mom and dad, and our experience with these guys has been the same every time: they are fast, friendly, accommodating, honest, and highly knowledgeable. In fact, Rorrie and Matt saved my elderly parents what another shop had quoted us as $2000.00 of work to the tires and rims of my mother's car. We came to Rorrie and Matt for a second opinion since I had had such a positive experience with them myself, and they discovered that the other place was lying to us about work that didn't need to be done and problems that didn't exist. Needless to say, we were floored and so thankful for Buy Sell's honesty and expertise. We took our winter tires here to be put onto some rims thinking we were getting a great deal (20$ a tire!) turns out- not only are this companies reviews fraudulent- so are their services!! 3 of the tires were leaking air and all around just not put on properly- we gave I assume the owner a call- and not only was he unwilling to accept any blame whatsoever answering that “it is not his problem.” And that we will have to pay another 20$ a tire to have them fixed. So what would cost 100$ anywhere else is now costing twice that because of this scumbags company. I would avoid this place like the plague if you like getting the service you paid for and not spending twice the amount of money you intended.

Inexperienced, shady crack head run shop. They refuse to use torque wrenches because it takes too much time, wheels fall off, and aren't accountable for putting people's lives in danger. No accountability. I wouldn't send my enemies to this shop. All the 5 star reviews are either fake from their friends or from last year when they had a great mechanic working there. Read the 1 star reviews. They are all accurate.

Worst tire shop I’ve ever been to! Went to them to get my snow tires taken off and my regular tires put on. I was on my way to chilliwack when I heard a rattling noise coming from the back end of my car. We took my car back to the shop, and after 10 minutes of the guy trying to figure out the problem, another customer pushes on the tire to realize that they didn’t tighten the lug nuts.They didn’t seem very apologetic at all, and in no way tried to make it up to us. They don’t take responsibility for their actions, they just tightened the wheel and sent us on our way. We have had other instances with them as well. Spend the extra dollars and go find a different tire shop. They are brutal.

Walked into the business property headed towards the office entrance and was greeted in welcoming and servitude manner. I assured the fellow that I was just there to make some inquiries and understood if he didn't have the time to answer my questions it was busy throughout the yard and shop. These guys were selling and installing wheels and tires and in an orderly well organized manner. Like a well tuned machine. Even though they were that busy the fellow who greeted me took the time to satisfy my inquiries but did so in a timely manner never giving the impression I was wasting his time. Turns out he was the manager. I have yet to actually do business with BuySell Tires but will definitely be doing so in the near future. Great place, great selection, great staff.

I contacted the owner through his Facebook Marketplace ad for a price quote on tires. I provided the specs needed, indicated that I was looking for something "middle-tier", and specifically stated that I was not interested in Chinese brands. The owner responded with a price quote and a picture of a set of Chinese branded tires. *** ASIDE: I'm somewhat knowledgeable about tire tech. My reasons to avoid Chinese branded tires include a bad personal experience, negative online reviews, and poor Chinese factory quality controls. These factors, however, aren't the points I'm trying to make. *** My needs, which I specifically and simply stated from the get-go, were immediately and completely ignored. Adding further insult was the shop owner's crude defense of his actions when I questioned him about the information he sent me - he wanted to "provide value" to his customers (explained sarcastically through a hypothetical situation he created). He made no apologies and didn't even try following up with information on non-Chinese branded tires. I actually received ZERO information on non-Chinese brands from the owner, which is curious and laughable at the same time, as the owner even claimed his shop carried all makes of tires. For the record, I understand that the owner's intent was to inform me of cheaper alternatives. The manner in which he did (and didn't) address my needs, however, lacked professionalism and tact, and spoke volumes about his business practices. I suspect the nature of these practices is linked to some of the other complaints (and the manner in which the shop responds) on its Google reviews? Take that story how you will. I, for one, am glad to have quickly learned more than I needed to about this shop over a few text messages, rather than dealing with him in-person after a 40 minute drive to Abbotsford. It's unfortunate that I've discovered yet another independent tire shop that has done nothing to improve the reputation that these shops already have for being manipulative and inconsiderate towards customers and aggressive hawkers of sub-par tires. On a separate note, stay away from Chinese branded tires. Your safety is highly dependent on tires while you're on the road and you always, always, always get what you pay for. *** UPDATE: See owner's response below proving my point *** Hey buddy, thanks for helping show the public what you monkeys are really about.

I met an awesome guy named MATT and he helped me fix a caliper last minute before I needed to drive to Anchorage.. He charged me about half price of that other place I went in the US earlier in the day and he was super nice and honest.. I really had a good vibe about this place and I'm usually a little paranoid about my car.. But I wasn't at this place and I felt I could trust the guy which is the #1 most important thing in an auto repair imo! Thanks so much I highly recommend that place and Matt is the best!

Asked if they had 4 winter tires in my size and one of the guys rolls one tire out to show me and said they were 80%. I agreed to have him install them as they looked quite decent. Buddy then said he was finished, backed out my car and because he couldn't drive a standard he drive it sideways off the lift and tore my front mudflap off. Then as he was about to hand me my keys, he realizes that ONE OF THE WHEELS WAS NOT BOLTED ON. He starts swearing and cursing while he runs to get a jack to bolt it on properly. I asked if he was sure the others would not come off while driving, so he double checked. Then I realize the mudflap and asked him to fix it. He told me to come back in the morning. I said no you can fix it now, i'm not coming back. He puts it on with two wood screws and continues swearing and cursing. It has since come off.. Next day I realize the tires he showed me were only in the back and were only 50% not 80% like he said. And the front are totally different and only 30%, and that they dented my car above the wheel well. I phoned to inquire about the tires, and I could hear them in the background on hold saying I was "greedy" and whining. Sorry but it's not greed in asking to receive what was agreed upon. It's fraudulent and a SCAM and shows this place has ZERO integrity. They will screw you behind your back, and probably right to your face as well. STAY AWAY. The good reviews are guaranteed FAKE.

Roll until your wheels fall off which usually happens around 5 miles from their shop. 200lb torque and snapped lug nuts is not acceptable have fun being sued. Not to mention one of their tire techs buys rock out the side of the shop.

This business is the tire store from hell. Should not be selling used tires. They clearly don't check the condition of their tires. Before mounting them on customers rims. First tire already had a nail in it before it was installed on my truck. With in an hour of being on my truck it was flat as pancake. Replacement tire had three nails or screws in it. Demanded a full refund. And surprisingly recieved it. Don't buy used tires from this outfit. Unless you enjoy a lot of aggravation, stress and grief. But I'am sure you will do fine buying the brand new ones. This happened a year ago. I'am surprised this outfit is still open for business. But now there seems to be more poor reviews.

Expensive service My tire keep going flat because a small air leak. My friend told me to try this place. He said it only cost him $15 to fix his van tire. But when I came here this morning, it was my mistake not to ask for the price. The guy did it in 2 minutes & charged $30! Double the price for a smaller car. Never come back!

First off the very first time I dealt with this place the one guy was absolutely amazing . Second time all with in weeks of one another took a different car there cause we were heading up north to move . And got 4 winters took 2 hours mean while the guy new we were needing to go N decided to eat N Apple instead of remembering to balance and tighten our tires. (Which we found out the next day)Mean while had to get another hotel room cause it was to late to drive by the time he was done. As we r heading out of town my car was practically jumping down the road. So I took it back and the guy was shocked that my front passangsf tire was so loose it woulsve flown off at any time. That's safe. Not to mention every tire was a diffent weights so I. The road we went again after tire was tightened and filled with air. Then Im approaching hope and low and behold the car feels like it's about to head to space again. So with no other choice I had to stop into kaltire which they said there was absolutely no wieights on the tires or nothing 100.00 later and another hotel night and talking to these guys about what happened I got told come back in the am and they will reimburse me for it. I show back up there and the guy is very very rude to me telling me he's not paying for it now and that the price is one guys wages n he's not doing that . So he rather put my children's safety at risk and risk a huge law suite or pay 100.00 for there screw up? Looks like I'm gunna cancel the credit card payment of 400.00 guess he shouldve honored his word origionally rather than be a complete jerk. Thanks buds maybe consider the fact that people trust those who work on the vehicles they carry there children and families in to be safe and not almost cause a huge in necessary accident

I stopped over to ask buysell tires if they could fit me in some rubber before the winter season!! Figuring i had no chance to get tires for my 1500 sport ram. Well..... This place scratched all around my entire rim. I did not see it because of the soap and water they sprayed on it. They do not torque wheels to spec. Was told used tires had 85% when I show up tires are only about 50% or less. I don’t recommend this place unless you don’t care. If you have painted rims stay away.

Very bad experience. Customer service was way too bad. Bought 4 winter tires from them with a specific size. They said they have some in stock but when the tire tech install it, he gave me the wrong size and insist that its good. They broke my stud and replace it with a wrong one and even re align my rear brakes. This is such a disappointment. I let my own mechanic fix my car instead coz this guys didn't do great job. So unsafe to drive. Will not recomend this shop to anyone. I got evidence on how this techs did to my ride. I spent more than for what i expect!!!

I really suggest to him to fix mistakes and realize you are putting peoples lives at risk when not done properly . They told me the snows that were on it were still under warranty and gave me a smokin deal on some summers. As always roll up get served and leave. The guys working there are high on crack, they litterally look like crack heads with their rotting teeth. Never trust a crack head to install tires. They over torqued all of the lug nuts causing damage to the aluminum rims. Should have ran when i realized they were crack heads.

Worst place. Came with 4 winter tires to sell and needed 2 summer tires. They took the 4 winter tires in exchange with 2 summer ones. We were on a rush so we accepted to be ripped off. They installed tires that were NOT the same size as the ones we had on the car, and of course they didn't tell us. (Super annoying when you need to buy a spare tire for rough gravel roads... Which one do you choose, one with the dimensions of the front ones or of the back ones, etc.). In the process they also broke a lug nut, said they couldn't fix it and that it'd cost just a few bucks. It ended up costing 200 dollars. In other words, if they notice you're not an expert, they'll take advantage of it. They're just a bunch of thieves.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I went here to get my winter tires installed on my vehicle and first off the (1) employee that was working was 15 minutes late. They were short staff as only one employee was working on the vehicles, speaking to all the customers, answering phone calls and taking the payment. After installing my tires, he never checked the tire pressure or balance. I just wanted to get the heck outta there so I headed straight to Jiffy Lube next door and had them check my tire pressure and to make sure all the bolts were installed properly as I was not comfortable with the work that was done by Buy Sell Tires. Note to self, in the future find a reputable place to take your vehicle and avoid this place, as it will cost you more in the long run. All these 5 Star reviews are FAKE and if you go here you will see for yourself. Consider yourself warned & save yourself the time & stress.

I would just like to share the amazing experience I had with a mechanic here named Derek. My boyfriend and I were in the area from Kelowna for the weekend as we were flying out of Vancouver early Monday morning. On Sunday at around 4:30 I realized that we had gotten a screw one of our tires, we called around to a few places who all refused to help up because they closed at 5. Then we gave Buy Sell Tires a call 15 minutes before close and explained our situation, Derek said he would be happy to help us. I would just like to thank him so much, he saved our trip and saved us a lot of time and money. I will always recommend this business to anyone!

Zero complaints. After wasting my time with Pick-A-Part I called these guys for a pair of used tires, and they had them on my car in about twenty minutes, at a totally fair price. Friendly enough service and a nice waiting area. It's a little tough to get into the parking lot if you're headed East on Fraser highway but it's worth the effort to go an extra half block and turn around.

Do not go here! My tire came off as I was on the road on the way to my destination. Four out of the five lug nuts snapped in half and the fifth was not even put in properly. These people don't realize that it is their responsibility to ensure that my tires are on properly. This is a genuine warning, avoid this place at all costs.

Do not go to this place. In the hour I was there not one tire was changed. Super slow service, there is no receptionist either so your trying to get customer service from a guy chain smoking and chugging coffee in the back of the garage. All they do is take your tire off and slap it back on, and your left with a feeling of "has this been done properly"? Sure some of their prices are cheap but they are cheap for a reason and it shows. Just do not go unless you want to be there for most of your day standing in a bottle depot parking lot, wondering what went wrong in your life to be in this position.
