Worst customer service I've had. Booked an inspection several days in advance while let me wait for 4 hours on spot. The oldest technician did the inspection for half hour and failed it. He said the heater stuck on cold. I showed them the heater is slow to heat up (after two minutes) but they insisted the one year old new car has a problem. I don't suggest anyone to this place.

I’ve dealt with this shop twice over the past few years with charging and cooling system issues (on diff’t vehicles), and have twice been impressed with the service. What was promised was produced, and Kevin even went out of his way to show me the issues with the parts replaced

This is Fine

I went to a few different shops and they all gave me differing answers to change my tires. Kevin and his team were able to quickly identify that my back tires were the wrong size. This is something every shop including the dealership missed. I find this shop very ethical and from looking at the different clients coming in, community oriented. Will be back for any future repairs.

I was trying to get a wheel alignment done on my car for 2 days now my car is lowered with coilovers and all the service shops I visited told me they could not perform the wheel alignment because my car didn't meet the height clearance of their drive on ramps so I was turned away many times, I was very disappointed and frustrated so I decided to try one last shop in my area so I went there to see if they would be able to service my vehicle the manager/owner took a look at my car and told me he would be able to do it and took my car in right away even though the shop was very busy and almost closing time about half hour later my car was fixed I was relived these guys really came through and they really put their customers first and profits second I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants fast honest and reliable service I will be going to this shop for all my cars service needs in the future ????

I went there 4 years ago and bought 4 wheels, then he offers me 4 used TPMS which he cannot program, went to dealership and they replaced it, turns out he sold me a broken ones. Then I went there to repair a flat tire and they scratched my aluminum rim, it's scratched everywhere, I complained and he said he's gonna fix it professionally, he don't.... he just spray paint it, and now the color is not the same and it looks uglier than the scratched rim, don't ever try to go there for any car repair.

Brought in my Audi suv for a wheel patch as it had a hole in the tire. They removed the rim and tire and repaired it. Brought it home to find it scratched up. Called them and asked about it , said bring it in and will look at it. Brought it back up and they said there machine could not have done it . I had taken pictures of the wheels previously before them removing with time stamps. "we don't guarantee not scratching wheels " But your a wheel and tire shop ? this shouldn't happen. "itll polish out" no itll be a 200$ bill from panther for a resurface. Will never ever do business there again.

I can't say enough about how helpful the employee's are! They really know their stuff.. they took a temporary tire that was stored on the under carriage of the SUV and changed it... and when the tire was fixed, they also put it back! I will not hesitate to return.

He is very trustworthy and his staff are great. Same employees with little turnover. l was looking to get a set of K02 tires so I browsed the Facebook marketplace and stumbled upon a smokin' deal for a brand new set (I was not able to find anywhere near this price for K02s anywhere online). I made an appointment and my tires were installed quickly and professionally. Kevin and his team are top notch. I highly recommend this shop for tire and other various vehicle service needs.

Called in 1st thing in the morning for change over, spoke to kevin and he said in an hour. 2hrs later I called in to ask if its done or almost, same guy was rude on the phone and said that they havent touch the car even. I ask if around what time and said " I dont know what time is it I'll call you in an hour" was very rude.

Got a set of tires mounted and balanced with TPMS sensors. First thing I noticed was that the yellow dot on my tires (mark to show the lightest point of the tire) was not where they should have been. And as expected, I noticed that the car shakes at high speeds on the highway. Couple this with the fact that it seems as though they ruined 3 of the 4 TPMS sensors (probably overstressed from too much pressure while inflating the tire). Not even gonna try and ask them to redo the job, since this level of incompetence shows that they're likely to screw it up again.

I’ve always had a great experience at BC Tires Auto Pro. They are very busy, but are so accommodating. I had issues finding winter tires this year with the shipping delays everywhere, but Kevin was able to get my tires air delivered in 1 day and installed the day after. I’m very happy with the quick, friendly and honest service here. Also, the prices are fair and usually the best that I can find, which is definitely a bonus! I highly recommend them :)

Always great detail in service. Kevin always listens and asks questions about the problem you are describing. He never thinks he knows more about your vehicle and you don't. I have had three brand new vehicles so unless repairs are under warranty, all repairs are done by Kevin. A 95 Chevy with 280k. 02 with 224k. 2017 which just replaced the 95 because my company pays for it now. Can not ask for a more honest repair shop.

After arriving first thing in the morning I went to the counter where I waited several minutes before finally being greeted by Cam. I asked him if he could assessed my tire for a patch and he told me to go back to my car and wait as it should be about 15 minutes before someone could look at it. I asked him if it was possible to have a quick look but he replied no and instructed me to wait. After waiting nearly 20 minutes and watching them serve 2 other customers I left and took my business across the street where I purchased a new tire, had a wheel alignment and oil change done. They are clearly too busy for more business!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! THEY ALSO HAVE A SHOP COURTESY CAR AVAILABLE!! I am a single woman and this place could have easily taken advantage of me but instead took care of me 100%. I had a major oil leak in my VW Passat TDi that they had suspected was worse than it actually was. I was given an estimate of $1500 plus tax and they would need my car for a few days to complete the work. I was worried about not having a car to get the kids around and right away they offered me the shops courtesy car for no extra charge while they had my vehicle. A few days later Kevin called me saying the car wasn’t as bad as they suspected and the total was only $701! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had already agreed to pay up to $2000 and they could have easily ripped me off and I never would have known the different but they didn’t! It’s been about a month now and there is no more oil leak. BC Tire in Fleetwood is HONEST, RELIABLE, REASONABLY PRICED with QUALITY WORK, and FRIENDLY STAFF.

(BEWARE) Went to get my car fixed cause it had a leak took them more than a week to repair it, as soon as I got my car back I noticed a chip in my tail light and I asked them about it they said things happen it probably happened when they were taking out my bumper to find the leak and they said they can order me one which I have to pay for it for something THEY BROKE, fast forward to a couple days later it started raining again but it was still leaking in the trunk so I brought my car back and they looked at it and they told me they forgot to seal it..... a couple weeks later now, my bumper is now coming off like they ripped it to open it and they broke a latch or something very unprofessional workers and business would rather go somewhere else such a waste of time and money

Great to have a place that accepts walkin tire changes. They are reasonably priced and honest. I accidentally brought in mismatched tires and they caught it, called me, waited for me to arrive with the correct tire and didnt change me extra. Very pleased. New tires are priced like costco, good deal and kind people who work there.
