Not happy! Brought my car in with a flat tire. Got a patch done. They sent us home and 4 hours later my tire was flat again. Took it back, and they found 2 more holes in the tire. Service techs clearly aren't trained properly or they would have easily found 2 more holes in the tire. The tire needed to be replaced so we replaced both back tires. Afterward my tire sensor light would not go off. I had an oil change at the dealership scheduled so I asked them to reset it. Turns out the sensor was now missing from when the tire was changed. My warranty is void since it has been removed and it will cost me $250 to put a new sensor in. I give the go ahead as it needs to be done. Call the Manager at BC Tire and tell him the situation. He proceeds to tell me that "they don't remove sensors so it wasn't them". He says "bring it back in and we will look at it". I said "no clearly you guys don't know what you are doing, I don't want you touching my car anymore. Train your guys properly". He then says "Well if all you are going to do is call here and start bitching about it then too bad". I was appalled. I told him I would write an online review of this overall service. He then started saying "bring it in. I will buy a new sensor. We will replace it for you". After his foul mouth I would rather pay the $250 and never let those people touch my car again. If you do get new tires There, just make sure your sensor light is working.

Not great. Been here twice before and both times they have done extra work without calling me and slap more money on a completely undetailed bill. But what really does it for me is they finished a 500$ control arm job with alignment ( did not replace ball joint) and had the gall to say they wanted to order 2 more bolts at 100$ a piece. Flash forward to 8 months later suspension is still wack and ball joint is going. Got it all replaced and aligned for 600$ somewhere else.

Excellent quality work. I showed up unannounced and they treated me like a priority. That kind of service is hard to get in this day and age. I had my brakes serviced and an oil change. Worst place to get you tires change. They card way more then Kal tire without the service. Staff isn't trained well they over torque the tires every time. Getting tires off your self with out an impact gun is almost impossible.

I went went to get my flat tire fix, they took $30 and 5 hour of wait time.i called them twice to get update they said another 2hrs. After total 5 hours I went there and they just handed me tire back saying we do not have time to install you do it yourself.if you come tomorrow you still have to wait hours and hours. I found these guys 4-5 years ago when I needed new tires asap because they are close to my work. It helps that they are open late as well. I have replaced my summer tires twice and my winters as well with BC Tires. As well, I have replaced my wife's tires here. Their prices are actually the best for tires. I used to comparison shop to make sure, but I no longer need to do that. I trust Kent. Him and his sons always give great service. Because of their great prices and service, they do get busy at times, but they always strive to help me out as quickly as possible. I have had many nail punctures fixed here and get me tire rotations done as well. BC Tires is the go to place for your tire needs and I highly recommend them.

Got my front brake pads and rotors changed on his recommendation while getting changed my wheels. Next day the front passenger caliper fell off and damaged front rim, brakes, roter and backing plate. Brakes were failed. He did all the work except the wheel. And told me that i can do whatever i want but he will not get the wheel fixed. I was with my relatives when the brakes failed. Never going back there. He overcharges and still do a poor and dangerous service in my case.

In March 1018 I had $1700.00 work done at BC Tires & Automotive including rear brake rotors, calipers and pads. 7 months later, one of the calipers started leaking brake fluid, a lot of brake fluid. I had to have a weekend emergency repair done close to home, rather than risk the 20+km drive to BC Tires. One caliper, that should be under warranty, was replaced. Calipers are warrantied for 1 year, but since I couldn't get to BC Tire, the only warranty they would offer was a new caliper. Since I just had a new caliper put in, what good is this to me, I am out of pocket for another new caliper. A single caliper sitting around my house for 4-5 years before I need it, is not a real warranty, considering I would never be able to pair it to another of the same if & when I might need it. Other shops will go after their suppliers to refund at least the money for the caliper, even though they didn't do the repair. If you want a parts warranty to hold up in all circumstances, like an urgent or emergency repair, then DON'T have repairs done at BC Tire & Automotive. There are many other choices who will offer real warranty compensation.

Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I took my car here to have my summer tires mounted and balanced, and these guys not only scratched up my wheels, but they also did a piss poor job of balancing. I was getting a lot of vibration at highway speeds. When I called them up to let them know, they told me that my tires just need to "settle in" for a week. As soon as I heard this I knew these guys were bad news. I took my car elsewhere and had them balance my wheels, which they did and my car drives perfectly smooth now.

Super quick and helpful service. My tire had a screw in it and was completely flat when i got back to my van at the skytrain stationanfter work. Spoke to a young man while waiting for the tow truck and he said as long as I could get there by 7:30 they could get it fixed for me. Got quoted $3300 for brakes at the dealership complete with new rotors. Kent reprofiled the rotors and did both sets of breaks for just over $900. Lifesaver, and haven't had any issues with the brakes in a year.

Do yourself a favor and never shop here! We purchased 4 new truck tires from here for over $1800 at the recommendation of a friend and they damaged all 4 of our rims. All 4 had tire machine gouges all around and one of them actually looked like it had been dropped or hit with something. When we pointed them out, Kent and one of his employees spoke to each other in their own language and then the employee told us the damage was there before! We just installed a lift in the truck and had some before and after shots of the truck from a couple days before so we showed the side profile pictures to them proving there was no damage prior. (The person who installed the lift also witnessed there was no preexisting damage as well as the friend who originally recommended us to this shop!) They asked if we had a picture of the other side. When we said no, the employee had the nerve to accuse us of swapping the rims! (Trying to discount the one rim that was more damaged then the other 3) Kent then proceeded to tell us they wanted us to go to a local rim repair shop to get an idea of how it happened. When we told them we didn't care how it happened, it happened in his shop he proceeded to tell me to shut my mouth and walked away. We went to the rim shop anyway and had 2 different opinions that the damage was definitely caused by a tire machine! We got a quote to fix the rims for over $1000 and brought it back to Kent who then took the quote and said he'd call us in the morning. He didn't and when my fiance followed up with him he denied everything and said the damage was caused by another shop! It's a 2014 F150! We had never had the tires changed before! After 3 days of arguing and threatening to take him to small claims court, he said he'd pay half! Right there acknowledging the damage was done by them! We refused and argued further at which he finally agreed to pay for 3 out of the 4. Seriously? 1 rim wasn't worth going to small claims over so we agreed and had them fixed and paid for the 1 ourselves. Not only do they owe us for the 1 rim, they also owe us for the car rental we had to use while our truck was being fixed! Another $265! Save yourself the hassle of working with these scam artists and don't shop here!

Kent and his boys are honest, fair and friendly and I am always confident I'm getting the straight goods. They do the job in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with the work. I saved money by choosing this route instead of going to the dealer. From my very first visit I was impressed with all levels of their service. It's a wonderful family business and every-time I come I feel like I'm part of the family. I've referred many friends.

I don't recommend bad experience I took my car for tire rotation and enlightenment they damage sensor and told me bad sensor unreasonable price for repair one hour work turn few hours and hassle . Very bad experience they told me working on your car but I saw my car was parked in outside the shop.

Amazing customer service and affordable prices. I hit a pot hole driving home from work and needed a tire change. Took my car into the shop, they had a quick look and told me they didn't have my tire in stock but could have it the very next day. I came back the next day and within 15 minutes I was out of the shop. Time is very important for me and I love how quick and easy it was for me to order a new tire and have it changed. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who values time and money.

Warning.... People stay far away from this place.....operated by east indian.Kent is owner operater an 2 young retards at front desk are probably his uneducated son. While getting tires replaced they tired to scam more money by showing other repair which I did not require also I observed 2 other customers buy tires for $129 when those tires cost $70, when those customers left the store, i over heard KENT asking how much an the young guy replied $129 for $70 tire an they both smiled at each other......this was my first time there an after observing those 2 customers I know they scam money of me too.

Highly unsatisfactory customer service - had a simple part to install and they failed to do so properly, then would not own up to their mistake. Blamed the part when clearly it was their installation mistake. Save your money and headaches, go elsewhere.

Horrible! Horrible experience! When we took the car to the shop, they said at the beginning they will call us and give us estimate price before they repair it. An hour later, they told us to pick up the car with $350 on it. Just did battery change!!! And give us a really crappy battery and charge us $140 for labor. They told us $90/H and 1 hour work for battery charge!!! I don't know where they learn the math!! This is really really unfair business. We told them, we are gonna tell the truth on the web, they said they don't care, It seems 5 stars review is all fake, created by themselves and while sitting in their shop putting fake reviews and over charge u.

I am really disappointed for this tire shop. I went there to buy set of 4 tires. I told him the size I was looking for, and because he didn’t have them, he suggested to me a different size. He showed me a no name brand tires and told me that they will fit my Van. So, I believed him and told him to put them on. And I paid him a high price for each tire compared to brand name tires. Guess what now, my fuel is draining so fast that literally I am filling my Van twice a week. I went to Honda and asked them to check my fuel injector. I was really mad and disappointed to found out that, my fuel usage is high because of the tires being the wrong size. I don’t know how these people sleep at night knowing that they ripped someone off and took their worked hard $$$. ShAME!!!

This guys are waste of time and money. I came to replace my rims and tires at this store, asked them if my new rims are going to fit the car, he confirmed to me that yes it will. Then I asked them to go ahead and put them on. They said said they were going to charge me $ 200 deposit since I am buying tires from them, I agreed and made the deposit. They tried to change the first tire and then they realized the rims wouldn't fit my car, I asked for my deposit they said they can't return the entire money that they will have to charge me half of my deposit. I am like seriously dude this is your mistake, I asked you if would the rims would and you confirmed to me it would. Anyways they are just a waste of time and money.
