The very first place I went to when I moved to Quesnel last August (to fix a stone chip) and the last place I went before moving this summer (full windshield replacement). Exceptional customer service both times. Everyone who works here are just so kind and you feel in good hands. Special thanks to Rachel for all her wonderful help and inviting our dog in multiple times for love and pets. :)

After catching a rock in my windshield, I drove to All-West Glass on the chance they might be open. They were closed and I checked the door to see what their hours would be the next morning. The owner came outside, looked at my chip, and opened up his garage to fix my chip personally. He was clearly passionate about his field, answered my questions, and made me feel confident even though I was a woman in an autobody glass garage. He politely refused my payment several times, to boot. I'm sure I will be back.

After having someone come out to measure our porch for a quote for windows, we never heard back from this business. Six weeks later, after two phone calls, email and message, we still were not able to talk to anyone about the quote. It was disappointing and very unprofessional. A simple call to say he wasn't interested in the job would have been sufficient.
