Wonderful customer service by Ken in the service department. The battery in my 2020 equinox had failed a few times, and after getting it checked and charged, turned out it needed to be replaced. So Ken drove out from Canmore to Banff where my vehicle was, to bring it in himself. And when the work was done, drove it right back to my house for me. Amazing experience! Definitely recommend getting any work done by Wolfe Chevrolet in Canmore!

All I can say is wow! Dec 23rd at 4pm I called and needed 2 new tires due to flat tires. They closed at 5pm. They did not have my size of tire in stock but that didn't matter. Jenn Cumming went out of her way and drove to another shop to pick up my tires. She and her staff stayed late to mount and balance my new tires and get me back on the road to BC. While traveling to Canmore from out of town I had a issue with my 2020 Silverado. Contacted the dealership I purchased from and got less than helpful service. When I contacted Wolfe, I was put through to the Service Manager Ken. When he was unable to solve the issue over the phone he actually came to my location with a code reader, got my vehicle driving again. Then, even though they were booked up for the week, he told me to bring the truck by the next day so they could make sure everything was running correctly before my 800km drive home. Amazing service! And if you're ever go to the Wolfe dealership make sure you say Hi to Indy, the owners Golden Retriever. He likes snacks.

I cannot express enough gratitude towards Judy, Coy & Steve at Can-Bow Motors. While driving from Jasper to Canmore last weekend I experienced car troubles along the Icefield Parkway about an hour and a half into my drive. With no cell service and limited knowledge on diagnosing a car, I began to feel the stress of driving the rest of the way to Canmore with a car load of friends. When we made it to Lake Louise we began calling every shop in Banff and Canmore (and even a few in Cochrane) to see if they could take a look at my car, being the long weekend and such short notice, no shops were able to accommodate until Tuesday. I walked into Can-Bow Motors and was greeted by a friendly face - Judy. Judy instantly sensed my anxiety and empathized with me with such care and compassion. It was a busy day for everyone at the shop with no availability to service my car, but when Judy spoke with Steve and Coy they were so kind as to hoist my car up just to take a peek at what the problem may be. While I waited, they offered me water, tea and chocolate and told me to relax on the couch while they did what they could to assist me. As I waited the friendly staff that walked by were all so reassuring, compassionate and despite having a busy week continued to smile and provide exceptional service. Judy came to tell me that my car was ready and that Coy was able to make a few adjustments that would help me get back home to Jasper. She said that he felt confident sending me off with the car and that I shouldn't worry about driving it back home. WHAT A HUGE RELIEF and a tremendous weight lifted off my shoulders. THANK YOU to the team at Can-Bow Motors (and especially Judy, Steve & Coy), your warmth and solicitude eased so much tension and anxiety during this stressful road trip. I highly recommend Can-Bow Motors to anyone needing a service to their vehicle.

After recently purchasing a second hand Chevrolet, I took it to Wolfe in Canmore for a insurance check and general service. Staff were friendly and helpful and was generally happy with the service. However, after picking up the car and paying over $550 in labour fees. As soon as I turned on the highway my engine management came on. Phoned the garage immediately and took it back In the next day. Got told it had been reset and to put more fuel in it, and got sent away again!!! 15 minutes after leaving the garage it came back on. So for the third time took it back. At this point I’ve lost two days of work due to this situation. On this occasion it came to light the air filter I had paid to be replaced and installed had never been correctly installed. It was loose and flapping around. Instead of sincere apologies, they laughed it off and fixed the problem. Not the best experience and now left wandering what else hasn't been fixed or done correctly on the car. hardly worth the $550 in labour costs

I can't say enough good things about my experience today. I was driving from Calgary and had recently gotten my truck serviced at CMP. All of the sudden my truck started shaking violently so I immediately pulled over to check what the problem was. My lag nuts on my tires were so loose one fell off in my hand!!! So I limped my truck to Can-Bow Motors. They immediately took my truck in to make sure there was no additional damage to my tire mounts. Drove and re-torqued my tires FOR FREE. Not only did they service my truck in a timely manner, they made me feel better after I was scared, shaking and crying from the experience. A big thank you to Jen the service advisor and to the mechanic who re-torqued my tires that CMP should've done in the first place. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would.

Terrible service! We made an appt at 1PM to get my spark plugs fixed. They didn’t get to the car until 4PM and called and told us it was ready for pick up. Instead of fixing the car, they just charged me $70 for a diagnosis and then quoted me $800, having not fixed anything. There was also no explanation of the issue of the car and no apologies for taking so long to do absolutely nothing. I will never return. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Got my truck towed there, told them what was the problem cause I know mechanic... then they called me back at the end of the day just to repeat what I told them... they charge me almost 400$ just to do the parrot... !! Maybe they are just good to do oil change... even for that... they've drain my 0km clear oil even knowing than I did change it right before sending it there... and they've charge for new oil!!
