I found the service great and fast. The workers were so very kind was going to buy one bottle of water for like 3$ and instead I got 6 bottles for 4$ I don’t exactly remember but they were very helpful super kind and definitely one of the best gas stations in Banff highly recommend this one!!

Very up to date service station. Very clean, staff are extremely nice, lots of selections for drinks and food, the restrooms are amazing (heated toilet seats, automatic lids so you don’t have to touch and I thing they are self disinfecting). It’s the first place on your way into Banff town site.

After an early morning and long drive I was longing for a place to empty my bowels. Then I came across this gas station and everything was made right in my world. I walked in to the bathroom and the seat lifted, welcoming me to the experience. When I sat down the heat kicked in and ultimate comfort was achieved thanks to a warm bum. When I was done my poop, the sink washing station was like no other. Soap, water, and a dryer all in the same area. No throwing water on the walls trying to get to a dryer or paper towel. 10/10 would poop here again.

Cleanest gas station I've been to. Also has the nicest bathrooms of any gas station in western Canada. I'm not even joking....they have heated seats and bidet's. This is Banff's #1 attraction imo.

I don't know why this place is getting bad reviews. Looks like it's the same person using different names... I go to this husky every day and I absolutely love it. The owner and the employees are very friendly and the prices are great. If I didn't have a full time job I'd %100 work there.

I work at this site.i have been there since the gas station opened. Ranji is an awesome lady she is always proffessional when it comes to her customers and her staff. I have never seen her yell at anyone or is never rude. She is very cheerful and always smiling.She takes pride in her store and as one of her employees I am also take pride in the look of our store. Our customers are our first priority and the look of our store reflects on that ,we keep it clean and stocked at all times. We have regular customers and they are always happy with the way the store looks and how cheerful the staff is no matter the time of day or how busy we are. All customers are greeted with a smile and a hello as soon as they open our front door. The pandemic of COVID-19 has been hard on all of us but we have worked through it and Ranji has made sure that all her staff is always safe and makes sure that we follow all the health and safety guideline that are in place because she does not want her staff or her customers getting sick So I can’t understand why Ranji is getting negative reviews

The brand new Husky Banff fuel station and convinenece store has the best passenger amenities. The store staff are so friendly (Renjini and Gandhi) and approachable. It's worth mentioning to say a few words about the universal sex washrooms inside which I would have no doubt saying "best in Canada". They are so ultra modern and hygienic .They are at par with any 5star hotel. PLUS THE COFFEE was so fresh. Thanks to the owner and staff in bringing up all the facilities to the customers. Hope you will maintain these standards in future. Wish you all the best and thanks for making our Banff trip a pleasant one.

This place has my favourite public washroom in the world! They feature smart toilets. If you enjoy a bidet at home you will be very happy to use the facilities here. Oh, and the rest of the gas station is excellent too. :)

Reading through these fellow reviews I was quite sad and disappointed to read some of the more negative comments, with almost no value to them. As someone who frequents this place often, I can say with full confidence that I have never had any issues with the staff, or their cadence. Especially the owner, I have never seen any staff mistreat customers and honestly the bathrooms there are on a whole other level. If you live in the area and need anything convenient, or are simply stopping by, I highly recommend visiting as I have never had any issues with this establishment and I can almost guarantee you won't either.

I don’t know why there are negative reviews around this place. The staff are lovely and are always trying to give me the best deals. I choose to go to this gas station over any others in banff because the people who work there are like a breath of fresh air in this town. Rajni always makes sure my experience there is great! I’m guessing the bad reviews are a bunch or bored losers trying to fill their time.

Stopped here today, Sept 05/21. Was denied use of the handicap bathroom because I wasn't handicapped enough. What?! I have a wheelchair sign, I'm on Long Term Disability, and I walk with a cane. I don't know how much more handicapped I could be.

So I went to this store about 20 minutes ago, bought some souvenirs, thought I caught the clerk ( Aug 4, 2021 11:30ish pm) double scan an item, I pointed it out and she said she didn’t and that I should just check the receipt AFTER I pay, like she couldn’t print a pre total beforehand. What ever; it was only about $7, so I said ok. I paid. Sure enough I was double charged an item, I was half way around the corner when I checked and thought it’s not worth going back for, which the clerk may have been counting on. Anyways, they double charged me, I believe it was deliberate and I’m not going to go back for the money, but I will leave an honest and accurate review of my experience. Do not trust. Nice bathrooms are a scam. Not worth it.

This Husky is really Convenient to get late night snacks, as their open 24 hours and everything is typically closed at 10 pm in Banff. Their prices are reasonable, and Kunal and his team are professional and polite!

I have been a customer at this exact location since the very first day they opened. I have been treated with respect EVERY time I walk into the premises, and more than that I am recognized personally as well are my preferences. Each and every member of the staff has been amazing. There is a maximum 5 stars on reviews on here, but I feel they deserve 6. If you pay attention to the 1 star reviews each and every review was posted within a very short amount of time and they ALL have the last name, Singh. This leads me to believe this is a personal venture by the “singh” clan (likely one person with different emails) and is not at all a fair reflection of this property, it’s crew, and how it’s run. Only the best to say. -a grateful customer

What an experience!!! I was biking from canmore to Banff and I fell down so badly and Banff Husky was the first gas station near to me. I asked for a little help from the staff (Rajni and Mehak) so they both provided me with the First Aid and let me sit there for 1/2 hr and gave me free Coffee. And the coffee was really fresh with high tech machine. I am so thankful to all the Husky team.

I just live across the street and loves to go there everyday for my grocery and late night snacks. The staff and the owner herself greets me everyday whenever I’m in the store and they’ve the best deal on brisk ice tea and i always end up getting 12 bottles because i love ice teasss haha....

Paid $50 for fuel go out to fuel they tell me I need to go in and pay. I say I already paid! They said no you didn’t, I go in show my face. Say I already paid! She yells at me, and said I paid for pump 7 not pump 8. I asked for fuel on the blue car. Lots of other fuel stations around, best avoid these jerks
