Great experience. Had 4-5 things done to my car so Ryan gave constant communication and updates on what had been done so far and what they still had to do. He gave me prompt new quotes for work that will need doing down the track, was very personal and patient in explaining everything while answering any questions I had. Something I find a lot of mechanics prefer not to do or don't have time for. He even attached a series of photos of parts they worked on with descriptions to help with understanding on my invoice. Will certainly be back to these great guys!

OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALS WITH EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! ALL AROUND 10/10 EXPERIENCE <3 I cannot express enough how incredible Micheal and Ryan at Dj's Garage have been when it came to taking care of me and my two vehicles. I brought my 1984 carbureted GMC Vandura Van into the shop and could not have been more pleased with the customer service straight from the get go. It was a breath of fresh air to find Micheal in the Bow Valley. With my dad being a mechanic I am always hesitant to trust mechanics and at this point I consider Micheal my Banff Mechanic Dad!! He is an honest man, very experienced, knowledgable, detailed, thorough and overall an awesome human to work with! After he partially rebuilt the engine on my van, corrected and installed new electrical outputs and rocker guarded the rust panels, I trust his opinion and know he will deliver quality work. I now take my 2013 Mazda 3 in for any repairs. On top of this, Ryan's constant communication and detailed emails are another reason why Dj's Garage is worth your time and money. Nothing feels better then having quality work completed in a timely manor and also someone taking the time to explain to you what they have done.

We've arrived with our german MAN RV truck a few minutes before the garage closes for the weekend. Michael and his team were more than friendly and helpful and they've fixed our wheels in a professionel way. And they've done that half hour taking work for ... nothing. This is unbelievable and we've never had such an experience. Professionell and friendly and hospitable team. We can recommend them 101%. K&J

Highly recommended! A great experience and great service! My husband and I drove to Banff for our Christmas holidays. On Christmas eve afternoon about 2:30 we noticed that our Land Rover was not running properly. We called and drove around to various garages to get the exhaust and turbo looked at. All the garages were closed/ closing up. We were fortunate enough to meet Michael Melville at DJ's Garage. Despite it being Christmas eve he kept his doors open for us that afternoon and fixed our problem so we could make the return trip home. Thank you Michael!

Turned up with a big rv with a loose mud flap hitting the back wheel. The engineer came out and was under the van for atleast 15 mins removing it, and then didn't want to charge at all. We left a 20 tip at the desk so I hope this hero got it :). Yet another friendly Canadian!

My truck lost power on the side of Highway 1 just outside of Banff because of a suspected fuel line failure. Had the truck towed in that evening and the next day they were pretty quick to diagnose the actual issue and provide me with a well explained write up of everything they had found and were planning on doing, and they had a very convenient website that allowed me to approve / disapprove whatever work they suggested and showed me what each part of the repair would cost. I did have to wait a few days, but that was entirely not the fault of their parts supplier. All in all for the parts and labor that went into getting my truck came out to a fair price and I didn’t feel pressured to do anymore work than I thought was necessary. They also provided pictures of the things that were wrong and the tech was kind enough to explain to me. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanics shop ever!

Had four tires balanced, good price and fast work. Tech (missed his name but the "new guy") went above and beyond and even cleaned up all mounting surfaces of corrosion rather than just slapping them back on. They also did a basic wheel bearing / diff inspection in the process and passed on the info. Thanks guys.

Nice to see a new shop in town. We needed more options especially in the summer when the shops all book out weeks and cannot help us or the tourists. They are friendly and super helpful. I am a local but they treated me and the tourists that came in with respect and did all they could to help us. They only have two guys in the shop but seem to do a lot. They stayed almost a hours late to help get me going that day. Thanks again

I called DJ's on the morning of Christmas Eve to do a emergency check on my car. They were fully booked and recommended two other garages. 15 minutes later they called back and told me they rearranged the schedule to fit me in, so that I could drive back to Calgary that day. I already made arrangement with one of the garages they recommended (which was great), but I really appreciate the effort they put in to help me.
