I have been going to this auto mechanic shop for all my service needs. The quality of work has always been top notch. What really stood out about this repair shop was the customer service, the staff has always gone above and beyond to get the job done right on time and on budget. There billing has always been transparent and and you never get that bitter taste in your mouth for over billing that you get at most other shops.

A friend of my recommended I go to the Midas shop which is now Cochrane Garage. Same staff that have been there for years. It's rather refreshing to get service. I have been to many shops before ended up at a few that was good on one aspect but not the other. They booked me relatively quickly. They checked with me as they were looking at my vehicle to tell me what they found and did I want to proceed. I did and I got great service at a fair price. And they did it in the time they said they would. All and all I would highly recommend this garage if you need to vehicle serviced or repaired.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Took Moms vehicle in for a simple oil change. Upon 1 hour of picking it up on the HWY heard loud scraping from engine, long story short, they forgot, or for some reason didn't bolt the engine skid plate back on. Went back to fix the problem they created and they were very hostile, saying My elderly mother must have taken it off. VERY LOW!!! Then they didn't bolt it back up, rather put plastic ties in place. This place has been around too long, built customer base and takes customers for granted. I would NOT reccomend this place. Poor workmanship, No customer service. (The photos of me hold onto the oil pan they forgot to bolt on.)j

I always trust Greg and the guys at Cochrane Garage. They are honest, up front, and never mess around with your vehicle. They are friendly too, which makes asking questions easy and safe. I don't go anywhere else for service, I know who I trust to keep my investment safe.

Any vehicle repair shop who does what they did for my 6-year old daughter deserves 6 stars! I can't tell you how awesome this is. We brought in our daughter's little electric ride-on jeep because the front axel broke off. To my surprise, not only did they fix this for free (Merry Christmas they said), they provided my daughter with a real multi-point inspection of her jeep including their findings/recommendations and even provided a couple pictures of her little jeep up on the hoists. See the attachment, the repair order# is HOHOHO. How cute is that! My favorite on the inspection report they provided is their post-fix test drive quote "Little shaky on the curves, handles well on the snow". Way to go Cochrane Garage! Can't recommend them enough, great bunch of guys there.

Car was brought in with no start issues was quoted a large estimate when I declined their services my car was sabotaged under no circumstances would I recommend them to even work on my wheelbarrow

Been using this location for a few years now and have always had a good experience. I purchased personal winter tires and get them swapped every year. Works well because I can coordinate with an oil change/service. I also use these guys to maintain our fleet for work vans. The guys in the shop make it pretty easy for me. One less thing for me need to worry about. Thanks Don!
