Person working behind the computer couldn't be bothered to look up from the screen and talk to me about the cool snowbike build behind him. Tried twice to talk to him and he was not personable at all. The snowbike was about the only decent thing in the store which had a poor selection of mostly tshirts and souvineers. Only got one star because I couldn't leave a review of 0 stars. I'll take my money somewhere else where the employees will actually engage in a conversation with you.

We've been to many HD stores around the US and in Canada, but this one was among the absolute worst. Upon entering, we passed 3 others who were just leaving so we were the only people in the store. He barely made eye contact let alone greet us. When I asked if they had poker chips, he sarcastically responded with, "No, we don't have poker chips." I've never been to an HD store that didn't have poker chips. No inexpensive token to add to our HD collection?? We bought shirts, but the only options in women's were V-neck and men's was limited. The selection in clothing and the rudeness of the clerk made for a pretty rotten experience. I would definitely not recommend this store.

T-shirt H-D location. Overpriced souvenirs compared to regular dealership prices... $5 a poker chip, $50-60 T-shirt’s, $18 shot glass, $16 location sticker.

Helped make sure my girlfriend is gonna get a nice surprise after I disappointed her by not getting her the vest she liked. So now she’ll happy at christmas and i’ll be out of the dog house. It’ll be a tough month in the meantime. ☹️

Good place for tourism! However, not too much this store can do for the riders living in Bow valley. Had to go Calgary for ordering gear which this store will not do.

The women working in the store seemed nice but the man behind the counter was rude. Didn’t make eye contact or even acknowledge us, even though we were standing right in front of him about to make a purchase. A lot of things were over priced. Would not return.
