We booked our car in Ottawa International Airport for 10 days, our flight was delay so we arrived just before they closed,, me and my hb checked the car together and notice a scratch in the back light so we recorded a video with my phone and then he went to show it to the sales man called OBEH, he told him was totally fine we shouldn't worry about if it was less than 6 in, so we were fine, we trusted him and as it was very late and we have 2 kids we went to our destiny, everything went fine until we returned the car.
NICHOLAS SMITH went to check the car with my hb and he obviously noticed the scratch and my hb explained that OBEH told him it was fine and we have a video probing that was there before we drove it, unluckily my phone was not working so he could not see it until we sent it to him to his email, they made us waste our time, very unorganized and poor managed, they DIDNT FIND THE REPORT OF THE LAST RENT BECAUSE THE SCRATCH WAS THERE WHEN THEY GAVE US THE CAR, super bad information as OBEH said we were fine, and after all they still charge us, ALAMO RENT A CAR ROBED US, WE SENT THE VIDEO, NEVED HAD FEEDBACK, THEY JUST CHARGED US FOR SOMETHING WE DIDNT DO AND WAS THEIR BAD INFORMATION OR LAZINESS BECAUSE THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE, ANYWAY, WE HAVE THE VIDEO WITH THE DATE AND TIME PROOF THAT WE DIDNT DO IT, WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBED.
BY THE WAY THEY CALLED OBEH BY PHONE AND HE SAID HE DIDNT REMEMBER US FROM THAT NIGHT AND HE DIDNT REMEMBER ALSO WHEN MY HB SHOWED HIM THE VIDEO, HOW CONVENIENT ???
Had to give one star, but i would give -10 worst place to rent a car.
