Purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 with Rambox and Split gate. This was all done sight unseen and have never even visited this dealership. That being said, I was well taken care of and felt that my business was much appreciated. They delivered the vehicle to me from Bancroft to Stouffville and took my trade in back. Lots of trust and commitment for such a deal and I am very happy with the result. I would definitely search them ut again when it is time to make another change!

3hrs for a 9am scheduled oil change and hitch install the mechanic said was the easiest install he'd ever done. Loosen 6 bolts, install, tighten 6 bolts. I value my time too much to return.

I have to say michelle and the owner of Vance motors are the most accommodating dealership i have every dealt with. We traveled over 3 hours to see a used truck. Michelle arranged for us to see it at the owners house after hours. Truck was a little rough mechanically. However michelle explained that it still need some work for certification. They went over and above what I would expect with truck from a dealership. They even met the time line requirements. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs and will definitely purchase from them again.

Be careful at this place. My mom just bought a used vehicle at this dealership only to find the air conditioning is useless, the stereo and GPS malfunction, and the windshield wipers weren't even the proper size (she found this out during a storm). She paid in full for the vehicle. I would rate this minus 10 stars on her behalf if I could. Scam artists.

On the way up to Bancroft the heater stopped working during the deep freeze after Christmas. Called Vance Motors and Karen was very nice and accommodating. Told me to come in and in a couple of hours the heater was fixed. Very well run place. Highly recommend them.

I’ve purchased two vehicles now from this dealership. I’ve dealt with Charlene Nulty on both transactions. She is an absolute delight to deal with, and so helpful! I must have had a hundred small requests and she never seemed annoyed or bothered and always had the answer I was looking for. When making such a big purchase it’s nice to feel as comfortable as Char made me feel, there was no pressure or stress. I actually bought my truck without even going to look at it, just what I saw online because I live three hours away, Charlene made it feel as if I was in the truck smelling the new car smell without even being there. She was available every single time I called her. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership and ask for Charlene you won’t regret it. When it came to finishing the transaction I dealt with Gloria and she was also phenomenal! going through all the final financing details was a breeze and she made me aware of certain add ons that I could get but never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable which I really liked. Charlene was a great … I contacted her a couple of weeks ago and asked her to be on the look out for a used car for my family as we wanted an extra vehicle. I gave her my wish list and she had me fixed upright away with test drive. We were sold and on the day of delivery Char realized the touch screen was not working and she promised to follow through and get it working. Today I went to get the diagnosis and it was a much $$bigger job than expected.
