Stopped in with a slow leak tire puncture, and they were very quick to fix it. Every other shop I tried in town was swamped and these kind folks were the only ones to squeeze me in! 10/10 service, fast, cheap, and friendly!

We snapped the suspension on our tent trailer just down the road road from this repair shop while passing through Bancroft from Ottawa. It just happened that the shop owners daughter was passing by when it happened. She immediately turned around and made sure we were ok. She offered to let us pull the camper off the road and onto her property. It was Friday evening and they were closed for the weekend, but her and her family stayed with us and tried to find other help around town. She then let us put up our camper there and spend the night. Luckily our friend was able to deliver a set of springs that night, but not before the owners son stopped by and helped us remove the final bolt at 3am!! We were back on the road by lunch the next day! What an amazingly helpful family and community! Thank you SO much!!!

I drove 30 km to see Bill from my cottage with engine light on. He quickly went through possibilities narrowing problem down to spark plugs. Changed spark plug connector wire and advised me about future work once I got back home. Very friendly and explained issues clearly.

Called about a week ago regarding a slow leak in the front passenger tire. They squeezed me in that afternoon, found the tiny leak and fixed it up quickly. Friendly service, and very affordable too! So while I was there I inquired about a metallic rattling sound I'd been hearing and expressed worry that it was the exhaust system. On the spot they did a thorough check underneath, and then around the vehicle, testing various components for looseness or "give". With a keen eye they noticed other work I'd had done (suspension) and reported that it looked like quality parts and work. The exhaust system was said to be in fine order and they noted the rattling was probably from a loose brush grill mounted on the front of the car. No charge for this inspection and feedback!! Needless to say, I'm going back there next week to have the brush grill tightened up and will consider this shop to be my "go to" place in Bancroft!
