Very accommodating service department. Had a battery issue come up and so dropped in on a Friday afternoon. They could have just replaced it but took the time to check everything out. Not the battery but thorough testing to send me on the way for the weekend with some confidence to make it back to the dealer near home after the weekend.

Nice new place good selection of vehicles but the sales staff is just not for me. No people skills what so ever. Feeling sorry for the owners. Or maybe they are part of the problem. Lack of supervision.

As a dealership.. I guess they are like any other, they want to sell the cars on the lot. Eric from the service dept is fantastic, very helpful EVERY TIME ( and we are talking about every 4 weeks from date of purchase ) our 2017 Traverse ( purchased May 2018) went in to be fixed. Warranty was up first week of Sept 2019.. side mirrors stopped folding in properly 2 days later???? Now my nice CHEVY is sitting frozen in my driveway... and it seems to be more than the battery! NEVER will I purchase a CHEV/GM car again. Have a wonderful drive to work everyone ... the walk from my place in Tory Hill towards Wilberfore was chilly at -25.

Great place for sure, was 1 hour into our road trip to Cochrane on a Saturday morning and picked up a nail in Bancroft they managed to fit us in and get us all patched up and on our way in less than an hour!! Thanks to the great service team here!

???? Booked an oil change and a check for a suspected wheel bearing squeal. They took me on time, found it was 2 wheel bearings, determined it was under warranty, fixed the problem and had me on my way quickly. Staff are friendly, engaging and efficient. I used the free wifi to get caught up on some laptop work while I waited in their comfy lounge area. The only thing that would've made it better is a footrub-while-i-wait service ????

Just a basic GM dealer. Nothing fancy, just simple sales and service. Polite staff, prices are same at every dealer. Drawbacks are none of the extra services that make city dealers much more attractive. For example, no car wash, no 40 point inspection, fluids aren't topped off as part of service, and not much in the way of parts.

Got a face to face verbal and written quote on a new vehicle. One working day later, we phoned to accept the deal only to have them phone back half hour later to say they undercharged us and need $2000 more. We were sooo disappointed and shocked and offered to split the difference and pay $1000 more than original quote, but apparently we were'nt even worth a phone call back to discuss our offer. Will never darken their door again as they have no integrity. Bought at another dealership, same vehicle with more options for same original price. So their loss was our gain.

I own a New Buick Encore AWD! AWD doesn't work! Brought it in for service here! No parts! Will take a week to get part to fix awd! Now going on 3 WEEKS!! STILL WAITING!!! They don't like to do warranty work! Especially if you got your car somewhere else! Next time I need a New Car I'm buying a Dodge!

Did a needed job for me but when the part they put in failed I had a long and difficult time with getting my money back. The service person was polite and friendly. It was the way things are run over all that was of concern. I am used to my GM dealer in Kitchener being run much more efficient. I have had other work done in Bancroft when I needed to and had no problems.
