The counter staff are always at the counter waiting for a customer to help. I saw drivers running in and out a side door trying to get the tires and parts out fast. Everyone seems to help each other. When one person can't find my part they ask another coworker to help and they do. Good work place and great parts people. Management is awesome by all.

Made a quick, first-time visit to scope out the store - found a big parts warehouse with friendly, helpful staff. The display area could really use some help. I am giving Benson Autoparts a 4-star rating, because I believe (despite the lame website and lackluster display area) they have, or can get almost anything you need.

Driving from Toronto to Belleville to Toronto on a Friday afternoon. Almost turned back as my tire was losing pressure. A friend in Belleville told me to keep driving - that Bensons will take care of me as soon as I get into town. I had to fill that tire 3 times on the 160km trip! And true to their word as soon as I rolled up to the door they were waiting to take a look at my tire. Chris the manager mentioned that everyone was on lunch but he was going to change clothes and take a look at it personally - even showed me what was wrong with my tire. He ordered the parts as I left for my own lunch and an hour later I was on my way. Now THAT’S GREAT CUSTOMER service. It may be worth the drive to Belleville to get service like that again. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure this Toronto driver got back on the road safely.

Favourite auto parts store! I have a 1993 Mustang and it’s hard to get some parts for it because of the age but they always seem to be able to get the parts I need and get them here quickly and for a good price. I’ve ordered parts from a few places, but I’ve ordered most of them from here and I’ve been totally impressed with my experience!

Manager has no mehanical knowledge at all and doesn't even know how to do his job such as searching up parts. I even asked for trailer lights over the phone (iirc they're to the left when you walk in) and the manager said "we don't stock anything like thathere." All the old managers knew their stuff and practically knew the store inside and out. Won't go here again until management changes. The staff is great and friendly but management isn't.

Said I had to put a deposit down on the tires I ordered three days before my appointment. This company expects its customers to make a special trip so you can pay twice for a service. Only shop I have ever seen do this. Also their tires where $50 more per tire than other shops. Last time I was in they wanted $150 to replace a turn signal. The only thing they care about their customers is how much of your money they can screw you out of.

Excellent service, staff is super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I dealt with the manager Rob and he knew exactly what I needed and had no problem finding where to get it. When I bought wipers for my civic one of the employees came out with me and helped put them on. Easily the best auto parts store in town.
