This place was recommended by a good friend and man was I impressed. 2015 Arctic White GMC 3/4 HD. My truck was a mess of "rail dust" (orange spots that look like rust but are metal particles trapped in the clear coat from brake dust) I let this get really bad and Dwayne assured me he could bring the truck back like new. Absolutely wicked good job! Not to mention going above and beyond by cleaning sills, washing the matts, all the glass was cleaned as well. None of this was expected as part of an exterior detail. Lastly price... Auto Nexus was easily 30-40% lower than anyone I've had look at it. I'll be back with my son's sweet GTI very soon.

We had our truck detailed here, it came back cleaner than expected. Their detailing is better than you see done for used vehicles on most dealer lots. If you want your vehicle detailed this is the place to go. Highly recommend them. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The pictures are just to give an idea, they do not really do justice to the difference.

I was very skeptical going to a used car lot again. I had a terrible experience at a dealer in Cobourg, but I saw an ad online for the exact vehicle I had wanted for a while, the new generation Honda Civic. This car had very low km and was on sale at the time I filled out an application. Brad was a very great person to work with. There was no pressure, he reached out to me via email the same day I filled out the app. He was straight to business, no monkeying around. He didn't bombard me with 12 phone calls a day and multiple emails. He simply answered my question as soon as I asked. Dealing with in person was a delight. He took great care of me and the vehicle looks and drives like it's brand new. This place has been the real deal so far. And to top it off, he even delivered the car to my driveway after hours on a weekend!! Even though I live 1.5 hours away! Now that is what I call service.

I cannot rate these wonderful people highly enough! We were passing through Bancroft on a 7 day trip when our battery light came on. After stopping at a couple of other places in Bancroft we found this establishment. They immediately took our vehicle into the garage and a few minutes later came out to say it was fixed. The gracious mechanic showed me the problem and suggested I leave it with him for 15 minutes to make sure all was ok. Then he returned the vehicle to me and after paying an extremely reasonable fee, we were on our way. I have never dealt with more pleasant and helpful people!
