Im from Halifax and was heading to Sydney on delivery as Im a courier, Just a little past half way my battery light was coming on and off, when I was about 45 mins out from Sydney it was on and wouldnt go off, I called Master Auto and Spoke to Rob he was wonderful, I told him the situation and he told me when I got to sydney to pop by and he would have the boys look at it! So I did that! they took my car right in even though they were extremely busy and my issue was I needed a new alternator. Everyone was very helpful and friendly Rob was extremely accommodating. A special thank you to Brent as well He tried very hard and worked late on my vehicle. They had me back on the road next morning by 10. wonderful, friendly,honest and efficient service! Would definitely recommend! Thanks so much guys! You came to my rescue!

if by any chance that i can give lesser than one star, i will. Two cars i have had turned into master auto, for regular brake issues. First car, after all, noise still there, and i need to change steering wheel rack which would cost me 2000 bucks. Second car im driving now still was about some regular small brake issues. they had had me changed all brake rotors and 2 pads, and nothing got fixed after that, noise still there, and now, im hearing two different new noises that ive never heard. my recommendation, if you hate your money and your car, turn it in to those gentlemen, they will "take care of it" for you. other than that, find somewhere else. One of their mechanics told me hes been dealing with brake issues for 14 years and never heard the type of noises came up on my car, so why they didnt tell me they cant get it fixed. then i can have some other options to try. now nothing gets better, more problems had been brought. worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!

After paying a bill for over 700$, problem worse, they checked it again, same error as before they fixed it the first time, told to take it somewhere else, have a good day... won't be seeing my truck again Didn't even check after part replacement, would have known t wasn't fixes Not happy
