Hands down the best place for tires and rims. I ordered 4 tires and rims online, my tire selection was out of stock and discontinued but after a speedy notification email i responded with a request to change to a different tire. The customer service is so amazing they changed the order, had the tires mounted and wheels balanced plus shipped out before i was even done work! Tires were delivered and left where I requested and the wheels had 2 layers of bubble wrap as well as a piece of cardboard strapped to the face side to keep them safe during shipping. Great experience from start to fnnish. I was hesitant to make such a large purchase online but I received everything I needed and it was exactly as described. I didn't qualify for the free shipping promo but the extremely discounted shipping rate was 100% acceptable ($8) and I live in rural BC. Great experience ordering online. Included everything I needed to install. Loved that I could get the tire mounted before shipping so that I could install on my own as soon as they arrived. They arrived quickly and were well packed. Only disappointment was that on some wheels they used clip-on wheel weights in addition to stick-on ones. Maybe they won't damage the paint, but I prefer stick-on weights. (Or an explanation included with the wheels saying WHY the clip-on weights were "paint-friendly".)

Ordered 4 winter tires w/ rims for my Genesis Coupe. Great Prices, tires showed up as described (and mounted for no extra cost.) Only took a couple of weeks to come to BC. Update, I ordered 4 more tires for the wife's Hyundai Accent. Very reasonably priced, shipping was discounted. And they showed up 3 days later. 3! Over a weekend no less. I almost ordered the wrong sized rims for my SUV. When a service person saw what car I had he contacted me and got me sorted out with the correct sized rims. When the rims arrived, two were bent. My first experience shopping at PMC Tire was good. They had a week delay in my order due to a delay in the wheels supplier side, but in the end the set of wheels, tires and TPMS for my Tesla was delivered well packaged and arrived in perfect conditions. The wheels fitted perfectly and the bluetooth TPMS sensors worked out of the box. Apart from a certain lack of proactive communications regarding the delayed parts, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Mistakes happen, and pmc tire promptly shipped me another rim which I brought to a local tire store to swap the tire to. Pmc reimbursed me the cost and had the other rim picked up to return to them. This is the third set of tires I’ve purchased from this company. One set I had purchased with rims (winter). The first 2 deliveries had been reliable and amazingly fast. The last delivery I was more concerned as it was just recently during the global COVID-19 pandemic and I had the set sent to a garage instead of to my home. I wondered if they would be delayed or there might be issues. However the delivery was only a few days longer than the others and no problems with getting them to where they needed to be. I love the compare feature to the site as well. Being a single female, purchasing tires is not something we do everyday. PMC makes it easy with great prices. The only drawback was that the tires I purchased came with a credit which was not with the tires or there were not instructions given to obtain them. I didn’t select the tires for this discount but def would have been nice to use.

Yes, it was mostly good and I have already recommended you to a friend who also has a Tesla and is interested in snow tires. I noticed that one of the four tires was put on backwards (since they are directional) so it had to be remounted and also balanced. We decided to check the balancing on the other 3 and all of them needed to be re-balanced. Is your machine out of alignment? This was disappointing and time consuming. Attention to detail is what sets apart the good apart from the excellent. The rims and tires, however, were great.

I have now bought 2 sets of aftermarket wheels to install winter tires, for my wife's 2019 Ford Escape and my daughter's 2021 VW Tiguan. Both sets of wheels look better than the factory ones. PMC Tire website is great at letting you select your vehicle type, along with trim and options when they impact the wheel size. The VW wheels required a centering ring and bolts with smaller adaptor for installing the aftermarket wheels. I didn't even realize I needed these, but PMC Tire included everything in the shipping package so I was easily able to install without having to buy anything separately. Good competitive prices, great looking options (both sets look even better in person than online!), with quick and efficient shipping options.

Amazing service and attention to detail, glad I took the chance. I was looking for winter tires for my 2018 Chevy Traverse and hit up the usual suspects online (GM Dealer, Tire Rack, Costco etc.). I honestly don't remember how I stumbled upon PMC Tire, but I am very happy I did. It seems that the rim specifications for this particular vehicle are hard to find, my local dealer was able to provide me with a set (exactly what I ended up ordering on PMC Tire, but for over $1,000 less than what I was quoted at the dealer). Ok, I understand the dealership has a lot of overhead, but for them to try and charge $9 per lug nut is just a bit nuts to start off with, not to mention there was a $50 per rim charge (core price) as well. I even tried getting a friend of mine who has his own repair centre and he was not able to source rims in Ontario. Having not used PMC Tires before, I was a bit hesitant ordering a complete set of tires online and having them shipped from Quebec to Ontario. I am a handy person and I usually like doing the winter/summer tire change myself (this way you can clean things properly, do a good inspection of the wheel area yourself etc.). I contacted PMC Tire via email to start with for some pre-sales advice (rim/tire choice), their website is amazing but I still had a few questions. The customer service I received pre-sale, during and post-sale was amazing, they are on top of their stuff and take client service seriously. Their website is one of the best out there in terms of selection, and information, it was easy to create a set of tires for my vehicle, including rims, tires, TPMS, lug nuts, installation etc. I honestly think their website is better than Tire Rack. As I mentioned above, I was a bit skeptical about the shipping process, would they come damaged, how well are they packaged etc (please see pictures attached, everything was perfect). I did have an issue with their shipping supplier (FedEx), this had nothing to do with PMC Tire, the delivery dates were missed twice. I will say though and will do a separate review, I was so happy with this order that I bought a second set of tires for my second car (was an expensive month). Couldn't be happier, mounted the tires on my 2018 Chevy Traverse, programmed the TPMS with a $20 tool I got off of Amazon and away I went. I found this process so much easier than dealing with local tires shops in Ontario, especially this time of year when everyone is so busy, some places just don't seem to respond, get back to you, interested in spending any time finding things etc. I hope this review helps someone out there, I will be a repeat customer in the near future, other tire shops should take note, customer service really does mean something!

Frustrating, stressful, expense a lot and unsatisfied on TPMS issues. I order complete set of Winter tire, Wheels with TPMS hoping that anytime I can swap my summer tire on this without any issues. I note in my order complete TPMS code/ID for them to program all TPMS as per their rcommendations. I am satisfied with the tires and wheels, however, when I installed these tires into my car, TPMS warning light came out. I have TPMS scan tool, and later found out that this TPMS were aftermarket OE sensors way different from aftermarket Universal Programmable sensors as I expected. Tried to email PMCtire and contact through chat regarding this matter and will send back this TPMS to them but as of this time received no positive feedback.

All aspects of my purchase were great. I looked on line and wasn’t sure of a few things as my car has a performance trim. I called and they were very helpful in showing what winter rims/tires will fit the car. They were out of stock on the tpms sensors however I was able to sources them myself and send them to them. Have had two great experiences. First was a few years ago. Ordered some wheels and tires that didn't end up fitting over the brakes on my car. PMCTire was great about the return and offered an exchange. This experience was flawless. There was a delay from the manufacturer for the rims, but I did receive the tires and rims with pressure sensors a few weeks later, PMC had offered me a choice of different rims if I wasn’t willing to wait, but decided to wait and I am very happy I did. Purchased a set of Goodyear duratracks 285/70/17 in the 6ply. I received an email stating they did not actually have these in stock. In the email they gave me 3 options of other tires that they thought were comparable. The one suggestion was the same tire in 8 ply and that’s what I went for. They gave me the price of the 6ply for 8ply. Received my tires sooner than the expected date and the tires were manufactured that same year. This is a big deal for me as I do not drive lots, so my tires end up just getting to old before I wear out the tread. Great customer service and send the best quality product.

Poor customer service with no consistent replies to emails (sometimes few days to reply) and forever holding times on the phone. Placed order for tires but never got them. They use fedex for shipping and those are awful with delivery and if you ask for signature to keep delivery safe you may forget about them. Fedex attempted to deliver couple of times while i wasnt home and they asked for no signature which was not acceptable for me. Asked the PMC tire to arrange delivery on day that i am home.....spent all day home but not delivered. Eventually Fedex sent the tires back to PMC tires as requested by shipper without even talking to me. Not worth having business with: a bit lower prices do not make up for my lost time and gray hair they gave me.

Update 05-24-21: Order number EN00093370. Interesting that you respond to a public review but not to the the internal review that I sent 5 day before posting this. So many positive reviews. I guess I'm just the lucky one? Website implies that they have product in stock and ready to ship from Quebec, as noted by the AVAILABLE status. However, after you pay you will find that this may not be the case. I received an email the next day stating that the wheels I selected aren't available from any of their warehouses but provided three options that were. Or, they could order my selection for me. This comes across as a bit of bait and switch? At the very least it is super irritating after I spent a long time carefully selecting the wheels that, I think, will look just right on my vehicle just to find out that of the hundreds they show only 3 are actually available? I responded to that email immediately stating that I wasn't interested in their selections but added a few of my own selections. No response. Tried again next day, no response. Got to them by using their chat function. agreed to order the original wheels, 2-3 weeks for them to receive and about a week to ship across Canada. Received an email verifying this, and stating when the items ship from Quebec I would receive an email with tracking info, also stated that if anything changed I would be notified. 4 week pass with zero update. send email, no response. Next day send another email, response stating that they just arrived as would be shipped immediately, really such a coincidence. Next day I did received shipping email that hey had been shipped from American Racing in Brampton ON? Weird but whatever. Great, long haul but can final take my winters off. 4 days later product arrives without the hub centric rings. Send email, autogenerated response, we are busy. Next day send email. Response, sorry will we ship rings. I asked for rush shipping. Nope, its standard fedex for me. Great, thanks PMC! The only thing PMC is fast at is taking your money.

The initial delivery was delayed by about a week due to backlog and need of new production; when they finally shipped a week later, all but 1 rim came in good condition. The 1 rim, which came in damaged (looked like poor freight handling) was reported to them, which they swiftly corrected the problem by immediately shipping a new replacement rim the very next day. The swiftness in resolution and the great customer service was very appreciated, and was honestly not something I was expecting. Although the tires are great and we have no issues with the wheels, the wheels are not the ones I originally ordered. After placing my order, I received an email advising me the wheels I selected are discontinued and was given a "better" wheel to select. However, the better selection cost me more than the original wheels I selected. I was given a discount but it was still more expensive than my original selection and was not given any other option. To make things worse, the discontinued wheel was still being shown as available.

The Genesis G90 is a hard car to find 18" rims that will clear the large front brake caliper. The new rims and tires fit perfectly. When I sent in a set of TPMS sensors, I did not realize that they were sold without the mounting nuts. I asked Dominic Vaillancourt to see if the local Hyundai dealership had them in stock rather than waste time mailing them from Toronto. I was not even charged for them! I was also surprised that they they came via overnight shipping via Fedex. I am so happy to keep my business here in Canada too.

So, weirdly, my car has different size tires front and back. The PMCtire website allowed me to choose my front tires and put 2 in the cart, then the rear tires and put 2 in the cart. Most other online tire sites make it very difficult to do this. Because of the sizes my tires shipped in 2 different shipments from 2 different locations. They arrived within a few days of each other. The tires were fresh having been manufactured midway through 2021 and I got them in October. I would definitely order from PMCtire again.

It's great to have a company here in Quebec that matches and even beats the low prices of tires and wheels in the USA. I recently bought winter wheels for my wife's BMW. It's a 2018 640i GT, a bit of a rare model differing from a regular 640i. I called and spoke to a sales rep named Pierre. He was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me which of my choices would fit the GT. I placed my order a few days before Christmas so it took a while to receive my Replika R198 wheels but they were worth waiting for. Perfect fit and they look amazing. Thank you PMCtire.

We ordered our tires online. We ordered four snow tires, on rims, balanced, shipped straight to our door. What am amazing experience. First, when I inadvertently ordered the wrong rims,I was immediately contacted by staff telling me they would be happy to change and update the order because they noticed it wouldn't work for my car. And then that saved me 100 bucks! The tires on rims were magically in my driveway a short time later. So good. We are super happy with our PMC tire experience and our Subaru WRX is now winter ready!

Good information on the website. Good selection of tires and rims. Confirmed my order choices by email to insure compatibility and if items were in stock. Placed order, delivery was fast and received a set of 4 tires (Bridgestone), rims (Art Replica) and TPMS (tire pressure sensors) all ready to mount on my vehicle. Installed the package myself and saved again on installation. Only needed to adjust the tire pressure. Now I have a set of tires and rims for winter and summer. Great to do business with a Canadian company.

Opposed to another tire company i ordered from 3 weeks before i had to re order from PMC and they came through without a glitch where the other company didnt even have them in stock... Simple at PMC placed the order they came as i wanted and when i wanted, unlike the other company who sat on the order 2.5 weeks didnt notify me in any way and when i phoned them was told out of stock 1500$ order ignored... PMC no problems good business practice will buy from them again and would recommend others go there too, dont let the other guys talk the talk without the walk PMC does both so save the time on others...
