Great job, and I will elaborate. The guys reached out and helped me acquire special order rims and snows for my truck. They were swift, efficient and they did their homework. The morning of my appointment brought uncertainties as a snowstorm passed the eve before. My heart sank when I walked in, as the waiting area was jacked with all kinds of folks seeking various services. Yet, at my 11am appointment time, my truck was pulled in and services were swiftly completed. Two things I observed that showed their attentiveness; the use of a torque wrench when installing the lugs, and,..... care in loading my old tires in the truck bed. They consulted me prior to opening the tuneau cover (Due to ice and snow), and the guys didn't want to damage anything prior to opening. I was delighted. The guys at Conception Bay Tire have helped me across the years and I have always been impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Thanks again.
