Called Ward tire to ask for price and availability for sending a truck to do a flat repair in a parking lot. My wife was stranded, I was at work, and I wouldn't be asking her to try to change out the big *** tire on my truck. Price was reasonable but the fact that they sent someone immediately was awesome. It was getting close to end of day for them on a Saturday, but they weren't worried. I was told that they are happy to help. The best part was when I told them that her and the truck are in the KAL TIRE parking lot in deer Run. Kal Tire Deer Run had told her to either tow it to Canadian tire or wait until Monday/Tuesday when the could get to her. She was IN the parking lot, tire flat as could be. Anyway....Ward tire has always provided fast and courteous service whenever I have called them. Whether it be for any of my business's or helping out my stranded wife. Thanks Guys!

When I ran over an item on the road and called Ward Tire, they dispatched a tech right away. Within 40 minutes, I had my spare on and was on my way to work. Sadly my tire could not be repaired but they located an exact match and the tech brought it to my office to install. Total time from him arriving on scene to having a new tire installed was about 2 hours. So very impressed!

I went to ward tire expecting good quality work but I got the exact opposite, I had 4 tires mounted on 4 brand new pro comp rims that I had purchased from another supplier. Unfortunately 3 out of 4 rims where damaged when the tires where installed. I only noticed this after cleaning my jeep this weekend! I will be going back into the branch tomorrow to discuss this issue with them and I will update on the outcome.

4,000 km from home our motorhome developed a front end shimmy that the Freightliner mechanics couldn't diagnose. We called Ward Tirecraft first thing in the morning. Dwayne graciously told us to come right over and had his team check out our rig. They diagnosed our problem, did an alignment and showed us why our current tires were causing the issue. He then advised us on the proper steer tire selection for our coach, had them mounted, balanced and we were out the door before lunch. I wanted to put a few hundred km on the coach before writing this review and I am happy to report the crew did a fantastic job! If you need motorhome or truck tires this is the place to go.

I would have given this a store a great review if all their customer service have the knowledge to work there. When I walk in the store I went straight to Anmol Brar a fellow Indian thinking he will be a great help but he is not. First of all he has no product knowledge and even simple question to him gets directed to his fellow salesman Jose who is by the way a great help. If it wasn’t for Jose I would have just walk away and go to Kaltire or some other store. There are lot of Indian customer at this store I believe they only hire Anmol because he can speak the language but other than that he is pretty useless. Do yourself a great favour if you ever find yourself at this store stay away from Anmol and go straight to Jose or the other guy you will be dealing with them anyway.

I just got around to getting my winter tires off and some summer tires on, after all it is only about 30 degrees outside now so it seemed like time. I purchased the new tires at Ward Tirecraft and I admit to dealing here before yet I am still impressed with their dedication to customer service and fair pricing.
