Got my winter tires put on here. It seemed like the only did semi trucks but I have had the best service there I had a slow leak on my tire and they fixed it for no charge and I had a concern with my valves stem they replaced it today with no appointment. Very thorough work

This place is not a good place to bring heavy duty units. We have been coming here for 2 years. They cannot get rid of the the front end shimmy. Had the truck back numerous times for this issue, it cannot be resolved. 3 times to fix the horn. The last time it took 8 hours and it still was not fixed. Mechanics take short cuts. And I find problems re occurring. Our last return we took the truck to have them fix up their blunders, they poked a hole in a $2000 radiator, now a 2 day job took a week. We will never recover from the down time on that. This will be our last use of this repair shop. We will not even buy tires here again. People there is lot’s of competition out there in these slow times to pick from so my advice is is shop around, there are honest businesses out there!

Wow, just wow! I can't begin to express how impressed and satisfied I am with the service here. Chris and his team have definitely over-delivered not only once, but twice!! My wife and I and are definitely mind-blown at how courteous, helpful and efficient they are as a company. Maybe it's because we've had your standard "in and out" experience at other places that ranged from sub-par to average. But, we've never had a company do the job only well, but to go above and beyond in help, communication and just overall people skills. I would definitely recommend anyone who is in need of their services to make them your go to! We personally had some tire repairs done just for reference! Great people, great service!

I would have to start by saying ward tire has exceeded my expectations. I have been bringing my trailers, trucks , cars, and quads for tires to Chris for install balance and repair for years now , with many options for your individual situation. We also have a small trucking outfit where some of the best diesel/ trailer mechanics in the city can be found . Repairs and inspections for commercial equipment are done timely with every repair, the shop manager or even at times the actual mechanic calling to work with you closely on options for repairs. Ward tire will take care of you just like family. With the better part of 5 years using them I can’t say one bad thing about the owner and the team he has servicing Edmonton and surrounding area . Ward Tire will be JZ Truck Lines main support system. THANKS WARD TIRE !!!
