These guys are very friendly, and go above and beyond to help a person out. As a woman who clearly doesn’t know much about cars, I have been “taken for a ride” on more than one occasion by mechanics who will tack on as much unnecessary parts and work as they can get away with, knowing I don’t have the knowledge to catch them in time. These guys have made me feel 110% at ease by showing me that they aren’t in it to make a quick buck. They are there to do what’s best for your vehicle and your budget, and they must know that this brings more business in the long run. Because I can count on getting an honest assessment from them, I will now always bring my vehicle to them and recommend to all.

We pulled in here on short notice due to the engine light going on in our new RV. They were able to help us as soon as possible. They checked the engine codes, assured us that it probably wasn't anything to worry about, most likely due to low gas tank and hot weather. They gave us the codes just in case and we haven't had any problems in 8,000 miles. Honest and friendly bunch.

I was in jasper on vacation and my battery kept dying on me so I went to Jasper tire as soon as they opened and everyone I talked to was extremely nice and very helpful. They were out of the kind of battery my car used but one of the mechanics walked down the street to Napa to see if they had one, luckily they did. They had my new battery installed and I was on my way in about an hour! If you're ever in a fix go see the guys at Jasper Tire!

Can’t thank Josh enough for bailing me out of a jam on Tuesday morning this week. I had left a cooler plugged in to the power outlet of my truck overnight and it completely drained the battery. We managed to get the truck boosted but couldn’t move the truck due to the electronic parking brake that wouldn’t release. We got Josh’s name from Dwayne at Block towing and once Josh got there he quickly diagnosed the issue and got us going. So grateful!!!
