We had a driver of ours report that the vehicle was overheating on the highway. We had the vehicle towed over to Gustafsons in Athabasca and from the get-go they were very helpful and able to fit us in immediately which was extremely helpful as we were on a time crunch. They diagnosed and were able to determine the issue immidiately and order the parts for the next day. They got the vehicle completed right in the morning and even provided transportation for our driver to and from the hotel to their shop. Extremely happy to have found a shop that cares in a location we almost never would have imagined needing a repair shop. Thank you to the entire team there and respectively Ty and Taz.

Very friendly. Great service. However, they use "jobber parts"; to their credit, when I was left stranded out of town, they did offer to ship a new jobber fuel pump, free of charge; however, I elected to go with the car manufacturers brand name pump. Sadly, we paid over $2000 to get the same job done 2x because we did not a jobber part.

Gustafson's was fantastic, when I called, the manager knew right away what was going on. Gave me a quote and ordered the part that was required right away. The work was done ahead of schedule and at the price quoted. They did a great job, with fantastic customer service. They really went all out to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Very friendly, professional service. I had my tires changed over and oil changed. They offered to drive me home and come pick me up when it was done. They looked over my car and recommended a few things that may be future concerns. I will be back when I need it serviced again. Nice to have friendly, trustworthy techs in town!!
