I came to Fastech because I slide into a curb and my tire was flat by the morning. I was able to add air to the tire but it was still low. The mechanic inspected the tire and filled all my tires he didnt find anything wrong with the rim or tire. The service was fast and I left feeling safe. They didn't even charge me for the service! The first thing I will say is that these guys will go above and beyond to help with whatever you're having done. In regards to tires/wheels and associated accessories, the prices are competitive and Cal and Sheldon are very knowledgeable. Getting new tires or wheels, or having tires mounted, or need hubcentric rings, wheel spacers, or lug nuts, recommended for sure. They cannot match Costco for tire pricing, but NO ONE can. If you don't have a Costco card, or a commercial account so you can buy from Discount, Fastech has just about the best prices in town, and the guys are MORE than helpful.

Fastech does poor quality work. They gouged one of my rims during a tire install then claimed the gouges were already there. They did nothing about the damage except deny. I have been to Fastech twice and been disappointed both times. I will not go back.

The staffs were friendly and the service was quick in general. But I wouldn’t agree with the term “professional” as it appears on other comments. The torque on the lug nuts was set to be somewhere near 180 ft-lb, which was recommended to be maximum 75 ft-lb by the vehicle manufacture. The over-torqueing result in the ripping off of paint on my new purchased summer rims. I found that out nearly 4 months later when I needed to put on my winter tires. A place I will never go back.

I have been coming to and sending my friends to Fastech Tire for well over 20 years now but, until now - only for wheels and tires. Last week I had a tire replaced and they noticed that my brakes needed work (and I knew they did but had been delaying as that job is not that straightforward on a Toyoto Sienna van). I wasn't aware that they now do brakes, alignment, etc. so I asked them to proceed and it was done the same day - and done very well. I can't say enough about Fastech Tire - twenty plus years of excellent advice and service and only getting better.

Having worked for one of these large corps for years in the past and seeing their steady decline in customer service has been stunning. What Fastech does not miss the mark on is genuine, caring customer service. The gentleman up front are incredibly busy, yet will go above and beyond for you without question. In house storage for winter/summer sets is a HUGE bonus! As a heavily disabled person, unable to do these tasks myself anymore - the understanding and caring from Sheldon was outstanding. Fastech went above and beyond what they needed to do in order to help me out. Bought new rims for my new Stinger from them and for some reason the after market TPMS sensors were not connecting with the car to show the pressure. Fastech did everything they could to explore and issue and even installed OEM TPMS sensors for me and refunded me for the ones they installed, with no extra fees. They were extremely diligent with all communications, had short wait times, as well as one of the best prices of all places I explored in the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I needed to mount some tires on my new wheels and was looking for a tire shop that I can trust to insure my wheels don't get scratched. Some friends recommended Fastech and a few other places. I contacted a few and Fastech was the only one that had a quick response about prices and how they could accommodate my schedule. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with Sheldon, went in and got it done quickly with no issues. They respected my car and tried to keep it as clean as they can. I did not find any scratches on any of my wheels and hopefully I don't get surprised with one. I can definitely recommend this tire shop if you want quality service.

I brought my wheels here during Spring to get michelin ps4s mounted. This was my first time using Fastech, but I have heard good things. When i picked my wheels up I noticed that the clear-coat/paint had been damaged on all four wheels. I e-mailed Sheldon regarding the damage and brought the wheels back to Fastech for him to inspect. I luckily took pictures of all four wheels before bringing them in as they were in mint condition beforehand and I am paranoid about damage. Sheldon agreed with me that the wheels have been damaged while at his shop. I mentioned that I got my wheels refinished about a year ago, he immediately used this as an excuse to why the wheels were damaged and told me that "whatever shop is swapping tires would have caused the damage because of the poor refinish job, not our fault". That statement is completely untrue as the shop that refinished my wheels remounted my tires after their job. Sheldon blamed the quality of the refinish job and called the shop that refinished my wheels (they have been in business for over 20 years and are very reliable). After e-mailing/calling Sheldon for weeks, I had to pay for the entire refinish out of my own pocket ($1,100). I think Fastech should re-evaluate their home page which states "We are not happy unless you are happy, and that includes after the job is complete" I would love to get this resolved as this has turned out to be an extremely expensive tire swap for me. All four wheels were damaged while at the shop, I believe the shop should be responsible, end of story.

Had an issue with tie rods in my vehicle that were "resolved" here. Passenger side inner tie rod was replaced. Less than a week later i was in another shop to replace the power steering rack, which included tie rods on both sides. The rack may have been an issue before bringing it to Fastech. SO either the power steering rack issue was missed by the Fastech employee, or it was caused by them. Bills went from ~300 for a tie rod to over 1000 for a power steering rack. Very displeased with this. However, the employee did stay late on a friday to finish my vehicle before the weekend.

Very fast service - they had the tires I brought in mounted and balanced on my wheels in under 10 minutes. They gave me a "deal" so it only cost $140 instead of $180. I'm not sure what the going rate is, but for 10 minutes of relatively low-skilled labor that seems excessive.

Went to 4 local places for wheels & tires. 2 never bothered to get me a quote, 1 was well above what I wanted with no other options. Sheldon at Fastech gave me multiple options, in multiple price ranges, then worked with me more to find a quality tire in my price range.
