I’d been following their social media account as well as individual artists for a while now. I spoke to an artist several times and set an appointment. I wasn’t sure if it was set for that week or the next, so I came in the following day, and told the artist that when I came in. I was told once she had finished her current customer that she’d be free for the rest of the day, and I could get it done then. I along with a friend who also wanted tattoos waited for 3 hours as people who came in after us got serviced tattoos and piercings. On top of that, once she was asked why we were waiting so long, she said she had no knowledge of talking to me, and joked about not remembering me. I left shortly after. Sucks too, I was gonna get 3 tattoos and 4 piercings myself, along with my friend getting 2 tattoos. As well as planning future work

I went in to have a tattoo cover up. Ralph, was the tattoo artist that serviced me . He's a very respectful and polite person. Ralph, had a very clean and sanitized job area. He washed his hands several times before and after services. He was able to explain how to properly take care of my tattoo after was he done. Went to get my daith piercing and the bar ball fell off! I might lose my piercing....????Now I have been trying to reach them since Saturday to no avail... I want my piercing fixed or a refund. I got this piercing for accu-puncture not just fashion. It was supposed to take away my headaches. I need answers because I have never received such bad service from a shop before. And I had planned to bring my daughter in so we could get matching tattoos, now NO THANK YOU. UPDATE: I had to go to Inkslingers to get the ball replaced and tightened. I will never go to this shop again.

If I could do no stars I would...EXTREMELY unprofessional, my sister and I flew out from FL to get a tattoo done, paid a deposit, we were told by our artist (Mike) that our tattoos would be sketched up by the time we arrived (weeks down the road). We arrive to Michigan spend the weekend and 45 minutes before our appointment we’re told that we would have to reschedule because Mike didn’t realize how “realistic” they actually were... mind you we placed this appt weeks prior and he was suppose to have been working on sketching our tattoos. Super heartbroken and disappointed
