Phorn is amazing, honestly he is the best tattoo artist in Windsor. His artwork speaks for itself, its second to none but even just as a tattoo artist his hand is so gentle he can make the most painful of tattoo areas painless. He's very clean and sterile and uses very high quality ink as it doesn't fade much even on hard areas (I had my hand done and it still looks incredible 3 years later without a touch up). I wont see anyone else, he is that good!
