Edit 06.16.2021- Updated with a picture of my healed brows and no filters!! Mona is such a lovely woman! For years, I have wanted to have cosmetic tattooing done for my eyebrows! I didn't have much eyebrows to begin with and trusted Mona with helping me find the shape I wanted. She is patient, friendly and wouldn't start until I was satisfied with the drawing! Throughout the process, she ensured I was not in any discomfort or pain. My mom was always unsure about cosmetic tattooing and felt she needed permanent tattooing to fix her old & discoloured brow tattoos. After seeing my new Powder Ombré brows, she decided to have hers done by Mona and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!!!

I received the Powder Ombre Tattoo brow service by Mona and I have to say it was the best decision I've ever made! Prior to my appointment, Mona was very thorough and detailed in answering my all my questions! Walking in to the beauty salon, I felt calm and comfortable knowing exactly what the process I was about to undergo was about. Mona made sure I understood everything prior to beginning to plan/draw the shape of my new brows. She made sure I was happy with each step before proceeding to the next one. I have sensitive skin so topical numbing cream was applied. I was pain-free throughout the whole process, I actually rested my eyes and dozed off a couple of times! Leaving the salon, I was SO impressed, excited and happy with my new brows! I could not wait to show them off! More importantly, I couldn't wait to not have to draw them in every morning! Mona is super professional and patient. She's very good at making sure her clients are happy and taken care of. Her space was tidy, cozy and clean. Her tools were sterile. There's nothing more that I could have asked for. I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking to beautify their brows! Really good service and work. Got the casmara facial done and my skin was left looking and feeling great. I've also gotten the dermaplaning done which was a great experience too. Will be going back to try microneedling next. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for professional skin care services.

I have had a chemical peel + micro needling done twice with Mona. Both times she was friendly, explained the process beforehand, and answered my questions. She will work with her clients to create affordable packages that are targeted towards their skin concerns, and she gives them flexible payment options. Each appointment was about two hours. She would greet me at the front of the hair salon, guide me to her aesthetics room in the back, we would apply the numbing cream, wait for 20-30 minutes, and then start the treatments. With the numbing cream applied beforehand the chemical peel and micro needling are not very painful. I appreciate that she will do extra passes over my worry areas like scars and congested spots. Afterwards my face was very red, tender, and had a slight residual stinging sensation. Within 3-4 days everything is back to normal, but my face looks much more even and feels much softer. As with most skin treatments, a series of four or more spaced over months is needed for dramatic results, but I am already very happy so far. If you live downtown or on the north shore, I highly recommend getting skin treatments with Mona. You can also check her services on her website and Groupon.

I got a Yumi Lash Lift done by Mona and I loved it!!! I've had this treatment done before at other places and my lashes would always end up looking/feeling brittle and would only last a couple weeks. Now a month later and my lashes are still curled and I don't feel like they are damaged! Also the room was nice, clean and private just for one client at a time and I really liked that. Definitely will be getting my lash lifts here from now on! I also got a hydra facial done with her and i'm addicted!! She uses all these high tech tools/equipment to suction out all my pores..my skin feels amazing I will definitely keep doing this facial.
