It is such a small and cozy place. The staff/owners are just so nice and courteous and professional. Prices are so affordable, you want to keep coming back every time you are need hair-needs. I used many places over the last 10 years and Michael's (, Victoria Ave in Niagara Falls) is the place for me, but I also recommend these sweet ladies that just feel so warm and carrying and you cannot have any complaints. ????
