I took my daughter to get her ears pierced, and I just can't say enough good things about the piercer. She is so great with kids! She was respectful, straightforward, and cheery. My daughter and I both felt it was a positive experience. I will be going back and taking my other daughter when she's ready. And the facilities, by the way, were immaculate.

I brought my teenager in for a nose piercing. The woman was extremely kind and professional. My teen's nose is healing very well and we have followed the recommended cleaning procedures. I highly reccomend this piercing shop.

I went there to get my nose re-done, the girl there was super nice told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions! My nose is healed very well! It was 55$ plus tax + 5$ extra for tip = 60$ gave me silt ion and let me pic my own color for my nose! :)

Ive gone to freedom for two separate piercings, and both times I had a great experience. the piercer was experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to while the piercing was being done. The shop is also confy and welcoming, I recommend going here for you're piercings for sure. They also do tattoos but I haven't really seen much of the artists work, but I have had good things. Another thing to mention is that they seem to try very hard to keep a clean and sterile environment for body modifications. I appreciated the attention to detail and friendly demeanor of all the artists there, go check it out if you're looking for some new piercings.

I've never had a better piercer than Amanda. She was personable , informative, and really awesome. I've had a few piercings over the years and nobody has tried to make it an "experience", I've been treated as any other person, but I had a great conversation with her and the receptionist. Got my nipple re-pierced and though it was painful, because of the scar tissue, it was momentary. She even realigned it to be straighter since the first attempt from another piercer was uneven. Pricey but worth it, the shop is super clean and I'm very pleased.

I wanted to wait to write my review to give my piercing time to heal before I decided on how I felt about it. So its been about a year, and this was the best decision. I got my daith done to help with migraines, and it has worked 100%!! Amanda was very professional and knowledgeable. She talked about how the piercing wasn't guaranteed to work (of course it depends on if they hit the sweet spot), therefore we decided on the side based on what was the most likely to work. It didn't initially heal because I had a reaction to the surgical steel used (totally individual based and nothing to do with what they use there, as I have other surgical steel with no issues). We swapped it for titanium and it has been amazing. Go see them for your piercing AND tattoo needs!!

I got one of the "get what you get" tattoos from the gum ball machine, and it turned out awesome! I didn't catch the apprentice's name, but she did a great job! My sister got her ears pierced while we were there, and Amanda, the pierced, was great too! Just in vernon for the weekend and I'm glad we went to Freedom. Nice studio and decent prices.

I had a 4-5 hour appointment booked for my tattoo on nov. 12th with Riley Armstrong. I am a repeat client and my tattoo was supposed to cover the majority of my forearm. When I got there he was unprepared and had ignored my requests from our consultation and had to redraw the stencil. When about to place the stencil I asked him if he could reverse the sides and rather then compling he simply left the room and then returned, slapped my deposit in my hand and told me to get out with no explanation. I was not trying to change his artwork, just wanted the ends swapped. He then explained that he is "done with prissy little flowers" and that it is not worth his time. I would have been understanding if he had told me that he was unwilling to do my tattoo upon my first request or even at my consultation, but instead has cost me 2 days of work and gas money since I am coming from out of town. When trying to discuss his decision, he then went on to canceled my friends appointment that was later in the month even though she has been a repeating client for over 3 years. We then had to try and communicate through the receptionist, since he would not talk to us directly. We were treated very disrespectfully and had a horrible experience. I will not be going back. I do not recommend!
