I found it false advertising when she quoted $499. for a lip blush. The reality is that you keep paying for every 'touch up' visit. I have had a lip blush and permanent lip color a few times over the years in Toronto and Europe and not once was the second visit charged. It has been a few weeks now and I still have a deep scar on my lips which I hope will heal over time.

I had to unfortunately cancel an appt 8 days prior to my appt and had only made the appt a week prior due to Covid, I informed Jenna that due to something coming up I couldn’t attend. All working the guidelines of her 24 hour cancellation policy. She then informed me that prior to next appt I must pay for the full service in advance which is against better business practices. She then decided to cancel My appt in aug??? She is very unprofessional and selfish to say the least in her interactions with me, she has no policy stating full payment snd is making the rules up as she goes, before booking make sure to discuss her cancellation policy as it changes at her convenience.

Her after care was fantastic and my brows healed beautifully. She did an excellent job reviewing what to expect with fresh versus healed brows, she paid special attention to detail and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure which didn’t go unnoticed ????. She charged for 2 appointments and would not refund my money for the second appt when I refused to pay the exorbitant extra charge she wanted. I have never had microblading and the home care program you suggested is so wrong. You are not supposed to use any water or cream for 10 days. You told me to wash them right away. There was no scar tissue?

I would absolutely recommend Jenna for your cosmetic tattoo needs. She is incredibly talented, kind, very detailed oriented and professional. I was very nervous about tattooing my eyebrows but Jenna did an amazing job reassuring me and making sure I was completely comfortable with the shape and look of the brows before starting. She was so amazing throughout the entire process from start to finish - from coordinating/scheduling to explaining the process, to keeping me informed while tattooing and guiding me through the aftercare.
