One of the worst experiences ever!!!I bought the item April 23 and got it home it was broke I immediately brought it back and they told me after paying 57.5 there was nothing they could do I had to deal with the company they bought it from I said even though it has never been used or even charged for that matter and less then 24 hours old they said yes nothing we can do!! I spoke to the company they bought it from and was told it is a very old product so not only did they sell me a broken product bought also charged me top dollar for an old product. When you go to a place like this you depend on the staff being knowledgable, honest and helpful. Instead they try to dupe the unknowing. I feel bullied and ripped off. I spoke to the owner of pipers and puffs and he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that the cameras could see there was nothing wrong with the product when it left lol what a joke!! Never again I have been to Mary Jane's and had things happen to products they returned it for another or gave store credit what pipers and puffs has done is unacceptable and I would hope they will change their mind and do what's right!!

Bought coils for my Vape here a few times now and they are complete garbage. Not sure if they get them from another vendor than other vape shops around here, but they don’t last more than a day or two max. Don’t have issues with coils any other time except when I buy them here. Waste of money!
