I've had a few piercings from Vish at pure pain parlour. They business is very clean and well organized. My piercing healed the fastest than any I've had done elsewhere. They are knowledgeable as well which really heloed with effectively taking care if my piercings at home.

Terrible service. I had an appointment at the opening of the business day. I was the first and only customer. I arrived on time, keeping my appointment, but the establishment didn't seem to want to do the same. I ended up standing inside the front door of their lobby listening and watching the staff compare social media posts on their cell phones with each other, bragging about how many viewed hits they've received for those posts and talk about how their social media popularity has grown. After 15 minutes of that unprofessional nonsense, I left. It was until about 10 minutes later that I received a text message from them asking where I had gone. I had made time in my schedule to come in and yet the staff wanted to waste it by playing on their cell phones. Not what I would call good customer service.

I had an appointment with Vishal the Piercer today and was very happy with the service I received. I'm having a medical procedure done and had to have all piercings removed. I was unable to get my daith out on my own so Vishal did it for me. He explained all my options to me going forward for my piercing and how he could help! I'll be booking a consult as soon as I can and will definitely be using Pure Pain in the future for all my piercings! THANK YOU!

I just got my first tattoo with Amanda and I had the best experience possible. I was full of questions about everything and she was patient with me. She has great talent, especially for line-work, she's passionate about her art and the application process. I've also had questions afterwards as the healing process goes, and have been working with John to iron out the wrinkles of some misunderstandings on my part, and I am very pleased how easy it is to talk to him about it. Everyone at Pure Pain is friendly, easy-going and ready to give you their best. Thank you very much Amanda for the beautiful tattoo!

It seems to be pretty difficult to get good customer service here. In the age of technology not responding to online messages sent is kind of disconcerting (especially after sending multiple). Which is only made worse when you go in to enquire in person - and they are trying to yell over the music - and cant answer your questions because they arent the piercer. To top it all off, when you do get lucky enough to catch him in, he's rushed so you forget half of your questions. Really needs a dedicated and knowledgeable receptionist instead of the current run around system. It really shouldn't take over 3 months to get info and book an appointment for a piercing that probably takes less than 20minutes to complete.

If you're looking for a perfect place for a well thought out and cared about tattoo. Check out pure pain! The staff is incredible, with such a wonderful environment, clean tools/space and beautiful artwork everytime. If you're looking for a specific thing drawn up they're willing to speak to all the artist and find out who would work best for you. Or even if you bring something in that you want. I've done both and have loved the turn out each time! I've been tattooed at many shops and this is the one I will forever recommend and continue to go to ????

I came to Pure Pain to have my arm sleeve completed. Jon graciously took on the job of completing another artists work, which is a difficult decision to make. My first of hopefully only 2 sessions on this arm was amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere yet professional, and clean. Everything was set up in front of me, sanitized & constant glove change, a few short stretch breaks in my 6 hr appointment. I am VERY happy with the work done so far. Jon really listened to what I was wanting to create. I can't wait to go back in 3 weeks to finish this up. I am excited to show of my sleeve this summer! 1st session before & after picture...

Made an appointment, Then waited for over an hour after arriving before someone even inquiring if I had been waited on. Finally, Edwin showed up, apologized for how long I had waited, said he had been busy working on another client. Why did I bother to make an appointment? Completely unprofessional customer service. Pure Pain Parlour is the only shop I trust in all of Norfolk County. Not only are the staff beyond talented, but the shop is clean and accommodating, and the atmosphere is very inviting. I've been going here for all my piercings and tattoos for a couple of years now and every time I am greeted warmly. They even offered me water or a snack during a larger piece I was getting, which was really nice. All the staff at Pure Pain are awesome. They are always welcoming and friendly. They have a strong family vibe which is nice to see after some of my earlier experiences in other tattoo shops. I have work done by every artist there now and I would go back to each of them!
