I went here to get my piercings changed. She told me they 'dont use tools' to remove them, and went in with her fingers. It took her over 30 minutes to remove 2 piercings and replace them with retainers. One of them got so irritated that I had to remove it a week later. Will not be going back. Do not recommend for piercings.

We went to Wild Ink years ago as my grandson wanted an ear pierced and Wild Ink was recommended to us. So when my granddaughter wanted a second piercing in one ear for her 10th birthday we went back there to have it done. Frances took the time to put the piercing in the perfect place, making sure my granddaughter was not scared and comfortable with the procedure. Everybody left happy with the result.

I have been to this location several times for 9 different piercings now. I have to say even in such a busy environment the workers here are very welcoming and value their clients. I have never been to a shop that even compares to this one. 2 weeks ago i came here for my triple forward helix, which was $60 per individual piercing. It was a little more than I was expecting, but it was worth it because I know the environment and the people here know what they are doing(which is why you don't worry so much about prices). Ronny did it for me and I seriously have nothing to complain about. Somehow it was the least painful even with 3 consecutive piercings in one spot. They don't waste time, but they also don't do a rushed job. Earlier this week a ball fell off because my ear became badly swollen and I tried shoving it back in which made it worse. ***even though Ive never had problems with piercings I always consider possible complication throughout the process. This is always a possibility with any kind of piercing and blame cannot always be put on the piercer. When I called they told me i couldn't come in that day(understandable because this place is always busy) and informed me that i should let the swelling go down to avoid complications, but did their best to get me in as early as possible. It took Ronny like a minute to pop it back in and again it was painless. I really appreciate the hospitality. You should never complain about high prices when you are getting amazing quality work????. I can't wait to come back again for my first tattoo.

Britt was really professional and fun when I went for my piercing. She was thorough in explaining the cleaning and maintenance and used gloves and kept a clean work area. I'd definitely go back to her if I wanted another piercing in the future.

Terrible customer service. Couldn't even respond to my questions because they know they were wrong, instead they stated that "they run their business this way". It doesn't matter about the customer. They made everything as inconvenient as possible. Don't waste your time. I can easily post the emails up. I asked for your artists schedules so if there was time I liked, I would state I'll be there within the hour to book the appointment and put down a deposit. You wouldn't give me their schedules and everything else you stated was an excuse. Everyone can read this post and see how unreasonable you are. I live more than 30 minutes away from the studio and don't have all the time in the world to go out of my way for a schedule that might clash with mine. You are literally forcing my hand. Please explain so everyone can see, as to how my method was unreasonable or unfair.

Amazing experience getting piercing done with a needle for the first time. I was super nervous and the girl doing the piercing made sure I was comfortable. honestly extremely happy with the customer service I went here a week ago to do my belly button piercing. After a week and a half my belly button piercing looked like it was sinking into my skin a bit because I sleep on my stomach. I went in to talk to my piercer (Britt) who told me exactly what the problem was then she gave me 2 solutions either to flip the bar over so the top can heal properly or to get a new longer jewelry. I picked to get longer jewelry she was very professional and cleaned up the wound and changed my jewelry she was so gentle that it wasn't even painful. Then on top of that I had bought a bottle of the H2ocean spray yesterday and the nozzle wasn't working at all once I got home. Which is normal with these sprays and she exchanged it and gave me a new one that she tested out to see if it was working and it was. Here's the even better part now that I have the h2ocean spray and my jewelry is fixed and my belly button isn't irritated all the time it is Healing perfectly. I have to thank Britt for that ! If anyone is getting any piercings at this location I highly recommend Britt to do them she is very professional and experienced and she knows what she's doing she saved my belly button piercing.

Paige did a family crest for me today which has a fair bit of detail to it and is a coat of arms for my family dating back to the early 1800's, that we know of as of this review, it is also my first tattoo at 55. Needless to say this is something I wanted done properly, and is very important to me because of the family lineage, so perspective and appearance are top priorities. The more I look at this tattoo the more I appreciate the image Paige has created. I see new things each time I look, be it the shading around the leaves and banners that make the image stand off my arm, the detail around the helmet, the old Scottish lettering or just the crisp outline of the image inside the leaves, this is truly a piece of art Paige has brought to life. On top of all of this, despite 30yrs age difference, she is easy to talk to, obviously well educated, and incredibly friendly. I will not hesitate to send any of my family or friends that want any type of art work done to her, with every confidence she is the right person for the job. Thank you Paige, I really appreciate this.

Ronnie was very professional over email and when we showed up he remained professional, however, in addition to this he was easy to talk to, he gave his opinion and listened to what I wanted and shared his expert advice when required. I've been a customer for years and I love visiting Wild Ink every time. Whether it's for a consultation, touch up, tattoo or piercing I always enjoy myself. I've been seeing Ronny for a few years and he's done such excellent work I can't stop recommending him to every one I know. This shop is clean & sanitary, the artists are extremely talented, and they are very friendly. The first time I went in, I was afraid I'd feel out of place but it's about 3-4 years later and even if I haven't been there in a year I can walk in and feel at home immediately. I've had both Ronny and Paige work on me and I absolutely love their pieces. Love visiting their shop!

Grossly overpriced and shoddy work. I had four small (half an inch each) coloured stars put on my wrist. 3 of the 4 have crooked, messed up lines and all 4 of them have terrible colour saturation. There's white/pale marks in all of them that's been visible since about a month after I got them done and I was charged $150 for it and firmly 'encouraged' to tip. I have 13 tats now and they're by far the worst. I would NEVER go back and highly encourage other's to avoid like the plague.

Got a nipple piercing done and they used a bar that was far too small. After only a week the ball at one end was sliding into the nipple and had to get it changed ASAP. The piercer was friendly and informative so they get an extra star for that, but using a bar that’s far too small is a big problem.

I had dermal piercings done at Wild Ink Scarborough they recently have started rejecting. When I called for advice on my next steps or information I was informed those services were not being offered at this time and there was nothing they could do for me. I inquired futhered about where I would go if I needed help. I was informed by the lady on the phone that I could pull them out myself or I could try to find somewhere else to help. I was not offered any professional insight, no suggestions of what to do next, not even a "Hey come on in and let me take a look to let you know what to do next". Not even a "Can you send a picture and I will call you back." Absolutely no client care what so ever. Just a "Unfortunately there is nothing I can do for you." I decided to consult with a Doctor who told me removing it myself was not in my best interest. Makes sense right, I then called the Wild Ink Ajax location. The women I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, and planned for me to meet with a staff at the earliest possible time available. I then spoke with management at the Scarborough location who informed me that "Different people will give you different answers." Why wouldn't the staff at one location just direct me to another location knowing she could have provided the help I need and therefore completed the wrap around of client care? Safe to say I will not be returning to Wild Ink Scarborough.

Went to get my 3rd Tattoo here. (other 2 were done elsewhere). First of all, the staff was very rude. and indecisive. They are not very friendly, didnt even get a smile. My friends and I, all felt extreamly akward as soon as we walked in. Secondly, I was only getting small chinese symbols on my wrist. Which the artist was going to charge me $180 for!!!!! I got it done elsewhere for $110. Never again!!

Honestly spectacular! Paige (outstanding tattoo artist) just finished tattooing half of my arm. It is the best work i have ever seen. The Staff are super nice. The work environment and everything inbetween is super clean and fresh. My friend and I walked in to get more information on couple of tattoos she had wanted. Before we could even say she would like a consultation on the tattoos. The receptionist was like by appointment only, first of all we only came to see how the protocols work because of Covid-19 and its restrictions. Not much information was given in the email. And to make matters even worst Wild Ink Studios has different Instagrams for each location which wasn't told in the email neither on their instagram. It would've been preferrably if they had stated to check with the Wild Ink Studio located in your area to avoid all this mess. RESPONSE TO RECEPTIONIST: You're being obtuse I specifically stated if Wild Ink Studios had different instagrams for each location they should have directed us to the one located in our area and then yes we would have emailed and ask about the consultation but since we did not have that information we thought it was best to walk in to the one that was located in our area and see what your protocols were with Covid-19 and restrictions. We were there to get clear information on the consultation not for a tattoo. It would be PROFESSIONAL that the information printed on the store windows would be included in the instagram highlights.

I would not recommend this place for piercings at all. I went to get my nose piercing and it fell out in 3 days. When i asked to get it re-pierced she told me I would have to pay $10 to have her put the jewelry back in but she does not work Sunday or Monday. By Tuesday the hole closed up and she said I would have to pay the full amount again. Horrible customer service.

I went here to get my nose pierced and they did an amazing. The piercer walk through everything she was doing, showed me everything she was using was brand new and after she finished piercing my nose she showed me how to clean it properly and it never got infected. I highly recommend going here
