The staff are all so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable - making the atmosphere and energy in there wonderful. I was taken care of immediately and I can't stress enough how clean it was in there. The pricing is reasonable, realistic and fair. I honestly would have paid double the price if I had gone with the first shop I went to.! Phil was my artist and he did a fantastic job!!! This is just one of many tattoos I have and it might just be my favorite. I'm in love with the way it turned out and I will definitely be going back to them in the future. I highly recommend this place.. It's literally hidden gem worth checking out.!
I had a terrible experience here. The piercer was rude and extremely rough when I asked for a piercing change. He couldn’t get the new piercing in (nose) and continued to try and yank me around. I was tearing up and he went on to blame the piercing I brought in. He also completely bent my nose ring I was wearing after telling me it didn’t look good. I had ordered this ring online and it was completely bent up after and unwearable. He tells me I have to use his jewelry but that it would be free. Then, he tells me it’s $20 for the jewelry change. This was shocking as I had called in to the store previously and was told it was $10. I told him this but he scoffed. I left in pain and having been overcharged for a jewelry change that should’ve been half the price. Not only that but I didn’t like the piercer or the atmosphere. Wish I went somewhere else.
I did a tragus piercing and I highly recommended this place. No pain at all at least for me and equipment is well sanitized. I would recommend my friends to go back. Thank you
Been here a couple times for all of my tattoos and always a stellar experience with Max. Very efficient, friendly, and great customer service. Whether it’s tattoos or piercings definitely give this place a try!
I got my first tattoo here and I will definitely come here again. It was a very pleasant, informative experience and I can’t wait to get another one!
I had a tattoo from jay. He is a amazing artist and have really fantastic skills.
I am conflicted in trying to decide a proper and fair review for this place. I came here for the first time 4 years ago to get a standard nose piercing. It was done by the owner of the shop and is one of the best piercing experiences I've had. He let me mark exactly where I wanted it to go, piercing was quick and painless, and I had no problems. I came back a year later to get both of my tragus pierced and it was a NIGHTMARE. A petit blond woman who was very new to piercing (first red flag) botched one complete ear. She did my first tragus without a problem. The second ear she pierced and put in the jewellery only to tell me the post was too short. Instead of using a taper to keep the hole open while she switched the jewellery SHE RE-PIERCED ME WITH THE SAME PIERCING NEEDLE. Just so you have a clear idea of what she did, the woman took a needle and shoved it through a hole she just made. Imagine sticking a sewing needle in a fresh open wound. I sat there crying silently for 10 minutes while she rammed the needle in and tried to fit new jewellery, all the while pouring blood down my face and neck because she also jabbed the needle into my conch in the process. I was in agony and of course it took twice as long to heal and is completely out of place. My one tragus piercing is now so close to where the tragus ends that one wrong move and I could rip the whole thing out. The woman did apologize but still charged me the full amount for both ears. I was in too much pain and covered in so much blood that I paid and left. Looking back now and after consulting other piercers the whole thing should have been free! I have not been back since for any more piercings. I would not recommend going to get pierced with this woman!
Amazing painless job
Did a navel piercing and they were very professional and kind!! Amazing place, highly recommend.
Went to get a standard lobe piercing, process was quick and clean. Earrings were sterile and they do it all by hand! $50 for both ears, $35 for one ear and no tax if you pay by cash.
Planing on getting a new tattoo from here.
I've gotten my very first tattoo here on September 28th 2017 and kept coming. Max has done all five of my tattoos, including my first one and he's great! From day one of getting my first tattoo, he's always been very patient, always held a great conversation; never a dull moment with him and he's always cracking jokes. Overall Max is a great artist! I've recommended people here and will continuing doing so!
(Translated) Brilliant service .... free god staff ???????????????? (Original) Brilliant service....vry gud staff ????????????????
I was referred by a friend and went to this place and did my first tattoo. I was kind of nervous about it in the beginning, but the experience turned out to be marvelous and amazing; and almost painless. My tattoo artist Max guided and chatted with me through the six hours process. The end result is better than perfect. Thanks for the unforgettable Journey. One more item checked off my bucket list:)
got my seconds pierced and the girl who did them was super nice and informed everyone there was rlly chill the prices are also rlly good. really clean as well
No thanks
The person helping/tattooing me was very professional and gave me the information I needed. He made sure I was good with the size and placement. The outcome turned out perfect. Will go there again.
Phil did my tattoo and was able to knock a lot of work in 4 hours. He also sprayed a numbing cream, making the tattoo pain go away. Very clean work, extremely satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend to any friends and family. Can’t wait to rebook for my other session to complete the sleeve.
CHEAP PRICE compared to most stores, excellent work done
Just got my first tattoo done here and it was absolutely amazing!! It was a really great environment and my tattoo artist (I think his name was Max) made me feel really comfortable when I was nervous. Definitely coming here again for my next tattoo, it was an awesome experience! :)
First things first, would have given them 0 stars if I could. Also writing this review like a month after it happened so it's not just an angry review based on emotions plus I also have 6 other ear piercing done at different places and never had an infection before. So I went to get my piercing done on Nov 24 (Sunday) and it was my first time at Warrior Inks. I went to get my second helix and conch pierced and I was done by the lady. Everything went fine at first. (So I followed the aftercare instruction from the APP website instead of the aftercare given since it said to clean with alcohol but on the APP website it says to not use any alcohol, and I continued this during from the time of piercing and continuing now still.) The first 2 days after were completely fine. No redness, swelling, pain, heat or pus coming from either piercing sites. But the 3rd day after my conch swelled up and was a little warm and slightly red but it didn't really hurt nor was there pus coming from it, so I though it was just delayed swelling from the piercing and didn't think much about it. On the 4th day after, my conch piercing continued to swell up, was even more red, slightly more pain and still only slightly warm, no pus, bit of blood, but the swelling was almost the size of the whole post. On the 5th day after (Friday), my ear was really not looking good. Swelling increased to the whole post, much more red, painful and heat but no blood and still no pus. So I went back to the Warrior Ink thinking they might need to change the post and possibly there's a concern for infection but when I went, during their opening hours and waited like 20-30 mins, the store was closed. So I went to another piercing shop to have it looked at and the piercer said that the post was WAY TO SHORT and that it SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN USED FOR THIS CONCH PIERCING and it HAD to come out and he would not be able to put another post in because my ear was so swollen/angry. He eventually had to SNAP IT OFF because he couldn't remove it by unscrewing it and it hurt like HELL, and I have a pretty decently high pain tolerance. I asked the piercer if I should go to the doctor to get it check out because I was worried it could be infected but he said it should have been find since the post was out the pressure should be relieved and it should be fine. Though after cleaning it that night I noticed pus starting to leak out of the site where the conch piercing was removed So the next day (Saturday) I went to the doctor the first thing in the morning and he said it was DEFINITELY infected and gave me antibiotic and antibiotic ointment. On Sunday morning my ear started to look slightly better. Swelling reduced a bit, slightly less red and less pain, about the same amount of heat, no blood but still leaking pus. Though at about evening time I noticed that my ear had swelled up a lot more and it started to really CURL to the point where the top of the ear almost met the lobe! Had to go the the ER to get it check out (which just so happened to be the day it had freezing rain so it was a long drive there). The ER doctor ended up putting me on 2 different antibiotics and 2 painkillers. After a few days of being on antibiotics and painkillers my ear finally started looking almost like how my ear normally looks but the swelling, redness, and heat continued for almost the whole 10 day course of antibiotics. Pus stopped leaking after like 3-4 days on antibiotics. Very lucky that there was no abscess that would require draining. Overall HIGH DO NOT RECOMMEND (at least from a piercing stand-point). Hopefully someone finds this review helpful and would reconsider before coming to this store.
Highly recommend this tattoo shop. The artists are extremely talented and the owner Phillip brings many years of experience and expertise. You can definitely put your trust in the quality of work that goes into your ink.
For a first timer it was a great experience Ed was patient and he is extremely artistic. Thank you so much.
Clean shop. Best price out of the other shops in the mall. Would go back for sure.
Very dirty dusty unprofessional place! While working they answer the phone with the same gloves that is inky and bloody and then they hang up the phone and keep working on the client!!! The jewelry that they use are open and not sterilized they only spray them with alcohol before using!!! Stay away all the corners chairs stations are dusty ????

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to come on here and shout out to this tattoo studio. I honestly don’t know how he’s still an apprentice he is so talented and his work is amazing. He’s done 3 tattoos on me already and I plan on coming back for more. 20/10 I highly recommend if you want to be extremely satisfied with your tattoo. Simply best at the Chronic Ink Markham location :)
Place is clean and well maintained. Male artist more experienced than female but both knowledgeable in tattoo artistry. Would recommend to others
