Always a good time when I go for a cut. Will puts in so much work (outside just the cuts) that a lot of people don't even know about. It's amazing to see how the shop continues to grow everyday. Everyone that works at the shop seems to enjoy what they're doing which just adds to the overall experience when you go there. I've told a few of my friends that were looking for a new shop to check out Creation and they all come out looking fresh. As long as the shop is open ill definitely keep going. Y'all should definitely check out the shop when you have time, even if you don't have an appointment, just to see whats up. Cuts - A1, People - A1, possible future growth - A1000x LOL

I was very happy with my experience here! I just got my first tattoo done here today. It is a small little shop, however that did not impact their great service. I didnt have an appointment and even then they helped me right away. I showed them what I wanted and they easily did it with confidence! Overall, I would recommend to anyone, especially if you're looking for a black and gray piece.

I've never got a tattoo before and although I do plan to get a sleeve some day, I decided to rid of the nerves with a smaller piece. Marlon did a great job explaining everything I needed to know regarding it being my first tattoo. He explained how to properly take care of the tattoo and to make sure I come back to touch it up once it's healed so that it'll last longer. I came to Marlon for my second tattoo. I took advantage of the Friday special they have and for the horde logo. Marlon again was very professional, informative and easy to talk to. Made it a fun experience and he's got me good on getting inked now. Recommended him to a few people and recommend him to all of you reading this as well.

Prior to coming here, and being a female, I was having so many issues finding a good barber. I heard about creation TO from 2 friends who both go there to get their hair cut. My very first question was “do they cut women’s hair?” Because in the past I’ve had barbers say they don’t want to shave my head because I’m a female and they didn’t feel comfortable . Crazy. But my friends told me that they for sure cut women’s hair and since it came highly recommended I booked an appointment and went to check it out. I got my first cut from MG the barber for my birthday and he was great! I’ve been going to get my hair cut there for about 3 months now and I’m never going anywhere else. The owner Will is amazing and great at cutting hair too! He is super friendly and I never leave disappointed. I always go in and let him do whatever design he chooses and they always look dope and unique. I always get compliments on my hair designs when I go out! Booking online also makes it 10x easier for those who don’t have the time to call in and make an appointment. They are very clean and I’ve never had any issues with cleanliness there! All in all Creation TO is definitely a place to get your hair cut, you’ll be happy you did!

The first time I walked in to Phat Budda and spoke to Rob, I loved his personality and energy. I knew the things I wanted to incorporate into my tattoo but didn't know exactly how to put it all together. Rob some how had everything figured out in his head and knew exactly how to put everything I wanted into a beautiful looking tattoo. 3 sessions later I have a finished tattoo that honestly looks nothing short of amazing. Rob is an extremely good artist and does amazing work. If you're looking for a detailed, intricate, big tattoo, Rob is the man to see.

I am new in Canada, know few people, never been inked and also wanted Polynesian style! whom to trust? I found Phat Buddha through a google search and met Rob, he is owner and very nice person. He delivered a very impressive half sleeve arm Polynesian/The Rock style tattoo after around 12 hours of work. it came out really nice and am going to extend it very soon. Impressive thing is he draws lines by hand, his line work is very clean. He is a complete artist and his experience and knowledge speaks through his work. I highly recommend if you are looking for great tattoo.

I first met Marvin at Phat Buddha after already having 2 tattoos, that I was ever really so pleased with, also having had 2 different shops and 2 different weird experiences. So I initially went in wanting a piece in dedication to my cousin and I had a terrible tattoo that I had HOPED he could somehow camaflouge to be something but instead he told me he could cover it!! I was so happy so I showed him the flower I wanted and I thought like all my other tattoos he'd just google it and print blabla but nope he pulls out his marker and away he went sketching on my arm the exact flower that I wanted. I can't even tell you how much I love my tattoo it turned out amazing and Marvin was so respectful, reasonable and nice! He makes the nerve wracking experience of getting a tattoo a lot easier. FROM THAT TATOO I've only gone to Marvin & phat Buddah for ALL my tattoos. I really don't trust anyone else and there is no better! :) thanks Marvin and phat Buddha for always exceeding my expectations!!

I got my first two tattoos done here few days ago. Marlon was my tattoo artist. He was very accommodating, squeezed us into his crazy busy schedule. He was also very patient despite my indecisiveness with the font size. Went in as a walk in because I really wanted/needed to get something done. The owner walked us over and was very kind and sweet! Very formative regarding details and told us stories about the shop. Joe/Joseph helped us out. He was very gentle with the process and the experience was very relaxing. It was one of the most painless tat i’ve gotten. Also he was very patient regarding what I wanted, since it was last minute and had to make changes with the font. Prices are reasonable and great. When choosing a tattoo artist, you have to be able to trust them. They are putting something on you that is permanent. I have complete trust in Marvin. When getting a tattoo done, I've never come in with a picture. I don't know what my tattoo will look like. I walk in, tell Marvin my idea, and he gets it done. We have an understanding. He free hands everything. Most people would not be comfortable with that. I have complete trust in him, and I've never been disappointed. If you always wanted to get a tattoo, but didn't know what to get, go see Marvin. If you want to cover up an old tattoo that you got while you were young and stupid, or maybe drunk, go see him for that also. He can cover it up with something better. I've been to other popular places, and honestly, they don't measure up. Great service, friendly atmosphere and an amazing artist.

From someone who’s been getting haircuts all over town (including basements, professional hair studios, and from friends,) this is probably one of the only places I would highly recommend going. Location is ideal and easy to find, affordable prices, appointments are simple to make, and best of all, the barbers are friendly and highly experienced. Just had a piece done by Marvin. Everything was up to par and met my expectations. Quality of the work is fantastic, everything from outlines to shading was great. For that kind of quality tattoo the price I paid was beyond reasonable. Customer service wise, without a doubt I can say that Marvin will go above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. Why do I say this? I have a skin condition called eczema, thus leading to a bit of a messy healed tattoo. I recently went back for a touch up and not only did Marvin take his time to make sure the touch up went well, he was aware of my skin condition and was kind enough to wrap up the piece with Tatu-derm (which is a pricey breathable and water proof wrap/bandage) usually only used for hard to plastic wrap areas. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to get anything from scripts to portraits.

Had my helix and rook pierced here this week, the piercer was super nice and talked me through my nerves. He took time ensuring I was happy with the placement of my helix as I was fairly intent on having it higher than average. Piercings are priced per type of piercings ($60 for helix, $65 for rook) based upon the difficulty of the piercing. Prices are tax free if paid with cash and the piercer even allowed me to run out and get some more cash as I was slightly short (planned to pay by card). Seems that the piercer doesn't work here full time so make sure to call in and inquire whether or not he's there.

Came here based on a referral from a coworker, and was introduced to Philip yee. I didn’t really know exactly how I wanted my tattoo to look, but I had a vision of how I imagined it. So I kind of vaguely explained the design, and within half an hour he was able to draw out the design. I was super impressed with how he made my vision come to paper. The whole process was really relaxed and easy going, and I felt super comfortable during the entire tattoo session. Everything was newly opened and the shop was very clean. I’d give negative stars if possible. The Asian guy was so rude, everyone was rude, they trash talked chronic ink, and yet mine and my friends tattoos were messed up or not centered. They rushed everything and just took our money. Never again. Adding to all of that my neck tattoo is itching and burning and swelling. Which is uncommon for me seeing as I have multiple tattoos from chronic ink and adrenaline.

Justin is very accommodating and can always find a time to fit your scedhule and the atmosphere is chill with good music and a friendly environment, also its near the food court so you can cop a bubble tea or lamb skewer after. In addition to the hair cut, the work on your facial hair is also top level too. Overall if you want a great cut and great service and at a great price then I would highly recommend this place and specifically with Justin. Seriously, really great place.

Went in while it was still under renovation? Greeted nicely by the Filipino guy and treat bad from the Chinese guy. Told him I want a specific tattoo and started talking about his designs and going on about his designs rather than what I want. Asked him about a cover up of “love yourself first” but very very extremely tiny into “familia” and he said and an a “sassy I know it all” attitude “I never heard about words covering words” The Chinese guy there looked at me and gave me a look like “there’s no way you can handle that pain” after asking if I can have a tiny crown on my finger right on my cuticle. And said that he would never get one or ever do one on anyone. And kept telling me that I can’t handle it. If u want good service and people that actually listen to what you want then go to chorionic ink.

I am reviewing two artists from this shop. I'm pleased to say I went to Marvin for some of my earlier tattoos, and he knocked it out of the park with my asian traditional full sleeve, it was initially a cover up of another artists work (from a different shop) and ended up being that and an extension with his own work. My entire left arm is dedicated to the asian style of tattoos and it looks great. He has a cool and laid back attitude so he made the two back to back 8 hour sessions relaxed and bearable. Going back for my touch up soon, can't wait! From my understanding, Jamieson is one of the newer additions to the team but let me just say this guy is no amateur. His work in the American traditional/old school style of tattoos is real solid. So far i've gotten four tattoos from him (over two visits) and now we're both collaborating ideas on making another full sleeve happen over time. His overall attitude and customer service is A1, he's very humorous so he's gonna make you laugh and engage being relatable as well as being sincere with professional advice so you don't ever leave with anything regrettable. Just another reason as to why i'll continue returning to this establishment.

It took me 5 years to figure out what kind of tattoo I wanted. When I walked into Phat Buddha, I was greeted and was able to speak with Marvin right away to discuss my ideas and an estimate of how much it would cost (which ended up to be a fair amount). I told Marvin what I wanted (which was a dragon going up a waterfall past mountains, towards the sky and two foo dogs) and that I was worried it would look weird. To be honest, I wasn't too sure how he was going to make it work. But seeing his artwork, I had faith. Shortly after, he was able to create a sketch that blew my mind and immediately, I knew he was going to create something I would absolutely love. During the process, I didn't know how much pain I would feel (as this was going to be my first piece) and he found ways to keep me distracted via Netflix and creating conversations. After 2 weeks the masterpiece was complete. I am happy with what Marvin created and I have no regrets. Would I recommend people to Marvin? Definitely.

I recently got a second tattoo done by Phillip and it’s my new favorite. I got a ½ sleeve and sat for 9 ½ hours, it was a very long day but Phillip was accommodating and very professional. He is a very talented artist, he included every little detail that I asked for and made it flow within my design. It was after hours and very late when we finished the mall was closed and the parking lot was dark, Phillip walked me out and made sure I got to my car safely. Got a small script tattoo on my inner bicep by Joe (Nedo) today and he did a fantastic job! It turned out exactly how I envisioned it :). He explained to me the risks of it fading faster since it was very thin script (which I already knew going in) and he made sure I was okay with that before proceeding. He also let me know that they do free touch-ups within the first 3 months. Joe was very gentle and the tattooing felt really relaxing! First time getting piercings done; got both my lobes and a cartilage. Marlon was my piercer and he was great! He throughoutly explained everything and showed me the equipment he was going to use. He kept asking me if I was okay. It's been two weeks since I got them done and I love them. They've healed pretty well so far. The cartilage still gets red and hurts whenever it touches something but it's still got plenty of healing to do; they've luckly have not swelled which I'm pretty happy about. Overall my experience was great and I would highly recommend others to this place!

I booked my tattoo with the owner. He is very nice guy but tattooing wise I’m very unsatisfied. I expect more from someone who’s charging 500$ appointment. First of all I had 2 appointments and he was late 30 min for both. He’s lines are not straight and the tattoo elements are not even close to being the same. The thickness of lines and designs do not match up. They are very uneven and some lines are not connected. You can see from the pictures I attach to this review. When I confronted him through email, he stopped replying.

It is no wonder why this place is popping during their monthly events, and hearing people casually on the train or restaurant drop the bomb that they got it from "Phat Buddha". They charge by size and detail, so they won't milk you for time. The result of what you get is definitely worth what you pay. Sometimes it will take long to book for a large tattoo because that's how busy it is, that's how good they are, and with the result you get will make all that time worth it all.

Got my first tattoo with Marvin here yesterday. I was a bit nervous since it was my first tattoo, however, Marvin was very professional and made me feel calm the whole time. The technique he has is phenomenal, the shading and just making the tattoo look real in general. I highly recommend this place as the price is extremely fair and the artwork is amazing. My tattoo looked like it would cost $600 at least, but I paid no where near that.

I went to see Rob with half an idea and came out with a masterpiece. His creativity and tattooing skill are fantastic. It was my first tattoo and it took 3 sessions to finish. The design he came up with is unique and eye-catching and even as he was working, he was coming up with ways to make it even better. It is a bio-mechanical design and the realism is incredible. Over the 3 sessions I was in, I saw other people get worked on and the care they take with everything, from the design and execution of the tattoo to cleaning everything afterwards was great. This is a super friendly place, definitely recommend.

"Discovered" Phat Buddha from a google search and after reading some reviews, decided to give this place a try. After getting tattoos from a lot of the 'big name' places in and around the GTA, I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Booked a consultation with Rob after seeing his amazing black and grey realism work. However, upon learning that I had to wait almost 3 months for his first availability, I hesitated as I really wanted to get the tattoo done ASAP!! Then Rob selflessly recommended that Phil, another PHAT BUDDHA ARTIST, would be more than able to take care of my tattoo. Next thing you know, I'm having one of the most light-hearted, yet professional consultations ever. Boht Rob and phil combined their artistic ideas and made recommendations to me that I never would have thought of. Phil was able to tattoo me a couple of weeks later and I'm so happy with the result! Comments: ROB..the owner of the place who placed customer satisfaction over his own ego by passing my tattoo off to another artist so I (the customer) can get it done earlier PHIL...laughing and joking...but when it comes to the tattoo, it's professionalism at the highest level. Doesn't cut corners and his attention to detail is insane. PRICE.....I've been around the block and I've had tattoos with half the quality and twice the price. I just went to Phat Buddha today, my artist was Jamieson, hands down the best tattoo experience i've ever had. He made sure to answer any questions i had before we got started and made sure that i was 100% comfortable before he even turned on the needle which was amazing. Honestly the best artist in Toronto, will be going back to him for sure for future tattoos!!!
