Carol was our artist and she was so warm and friendly and kind and it was VASTLY different compared to the extensive experiences we’ve had in tattoo shops around the world! It was incredible. I also purchased a gift certificate that they donated to the Toronto Distress Centre which is a cause near and dear to my heart after losing my dad to death by suicide in 2012. I went to Elevated Ink as my piercing I received from an entirely different place, got infected. I wasn't even sure it was infected but Amber confirmed. She was incredible. She took great care in removing the piercing by even confirming with a colleague what the best way would be (because it was going to hurt A LOT!). Amber took great care in cleaning the infected area and placing the new jewelry in. All the while making sure I was okay throughout this process. HIGHLY recommend Elevated Ink.

Where to begin. I was greeted by the store manager who made me feel at home as I waited to be called to my tattoo bed. They had great tunes playing, and the staff are very personable. Needless to say they had successfully created an atmosphere where I had an unchallenged time achieving my zone so I could focus on my thoughts, rather than feeling of the tattoo. I found my artist; Josh, to be in tune with my circumstance surrounding the washroom and food needs. This is the type of shop I will recommend to friends and family. This has been a wonderful experience with this team.

Went in on a whim with my daughter to get matching tattoos.(We both have several) A very basic tattoo, took this guy 45 min to draw it and only took a few minutes each to tattoo. When we were done and left, we noticed he did a terrible job and (my daughter) had to go back right away and get it fixed. I thought I'd wait till it dries and go back and get someone else to fix mine. I went back three weeks later and the original guy who hacked up are tattoos no longer works there. The owner who is a (good guy and good artist) touch mine up as best he could. There still a crooked line there that can't be fixed. So overall im disappointed, but I understand it's a chance you take when you get tattoos. *Edit: something happened with Google on the timeline. I posted this review over 2 years ago in 2019 before the pandemic

Experience here was wonderful! I emailed on a Saturday for an ear piercing appointment and Percy was so quick and helpful getting me booked for the next day! Katie did my two lobe piercings and was so kind, professional, funny and quick! It was nothing ! If I ever need another piercing done or even a tattoo I will turn to Elevated first!

She is very patient, VERY knowledgeable and answers all your questions in great detail. I love the little fun facts she shares about piercing and her passion for the industry, and the beaches community shines through her work and customer service skills. It’s hard to support small businesses when the person answering the phone is so rude. From that impression I can assume this is the type of tattoo parlour that will make you feel embarrassed for picking an “Instagram” tattoo or not having enough tattoos. I will take my business elsewhere.

Genuinely one of the best tattoo shops you can go in the city. incredible staff, and phenomenal customer service given from Jeremy and his wife. all of them are genuine people who are easy to talk too. the store itself has a family vibe, unlike most tattoo shops that have a distance from artist and customer. this store will work with its customers as long as their is communication between artist and client. the interior is welcoming, and so is the staff, they will gladly communicate with you as you design your tattoo. Strongly recommend to anyone, because of their customer service and their amazing skills as artists.

I've had two piercings done by Kadie and she is fantastic. She always has a great selection of jewelry available, she walks you through the different types, she explains the whole piercing and aftercare procedure thoroughly and she's just a delight to work with. I most recently had my nostril pierced and I am thrilled with the results. I definitely plan on going back in a few months to pick up some new jewelery. The shop itself as well is just beautiful; lots of plants everywhere, super clean and all the staff are sweet. Highly recommended! :)
