The people who I encountered were all really nice and welcoming, and while Kristy was piercing my ears she made sure I was doing ok the whole time, and made me feel very welcome. Hmm I can't remember how long ago it was but they were located in Sutherland when I got my nose and my niece got her belly bottom done. I was so nervous but they gal calmed me down and explained eveyrhing she was going to do and that helped a lot. I can't wait to get a tat from them one day .

Came in a couple weeks back to get my ear lobes stretched. As a woman, it is important that I feel comfortable; the piercer did just that. Clean, professional and very informative; it turned out that my regular piercer in this city knew very little about gauges and tissue healing. I am thankful he was able to assist me. I’ve been pierced here 4 times now, and it’s been a great experience each time. I was pierced by Cassandra and Nicole. Very quick and efficient, but it doesn’t feel rushed. They even have a bowl of candy by the door! The staff are very knowledgeable, and are very nice. The whole place is very sanitary and clean, and has been both before and during the pandemic. The piercings themselves have all gone smoothly, and any issues I’ve had are either normal or caused by my own bad habits, not by the piercers. They are also very good at helping deal with problems. You can tell they have a lot of experience, and they make the piercing as painless as possible. The prices are fairly standard. They also have saline spray available in store, along with a lot of jewelry. I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking to get a piercing. I plan to get my first tattoo here once I save up the cash, and will continue to get pierced here for the foreseeable future. :)

The staff is amazing! There were informative, explained everything well. They always try and make you laugh, which is very good to have when your getting a peircing or tattoo done, because thats lots of pain. The only thing is I've had my nose peircing for 3 weeks now and its still not healing properly. Better yet their repairs are free, for the life of your pircing which is very rare in a peircing, tattoo place! Well done! Very impressed though! Lots of my family goes here! :)

Very disappointed. Booked a consultation with Tyler. He agreed to add shading onto my existing tattoo as well as add a small piece onto another tattoo. When I arrived the day of my appointment he told me that he would be unable to add any shading to my tattoo like we had discussed at the consultation. Then with the other piece he was adding onto he sketched out what he thought I wanted and when I told him it was the wrong size he informed me that it was only the pen and it would be fixed in ink. Not only was it not fixed when the ink healed but what was supposed to be completely filled in was merely an outline. When I asked for a touchup they told me I would have to pay to have my tattoo added onto, then when finally agreeing on a touch up time they failed to schedule me in. And then when I rebooked another touch up time they scheduled me for the week prior to when I had told them I would be available. Now after their poor tattoo mistakes I have to go somewhere else to touch up what should have been done in the first place. Save your money. Go to a professional shop.

Just got my 1st tattoo. My artist is Chris Kopera. He was absolutely amazing! I was very nervous and he did everything he could to make me as comfortable as possible. He talked everything out with me before he started, which for me was important. Chris is very confident and straight forward which I appreciate. Chris is a great conversationalist. I was with him for almost an hour but due to the great conversation it felt like 15 min. I couldn't have asked for a better 1st tattoo experience and look forward to getting more by him. For it being my very first piercing to get...the 5 minutes it took Mark, was totally worth it. Other businesses would've turned down from doing my Daith do to it not being that big, but it worked out better then I thought it would. Nicole has done 4 of my 5 piercings from my eye brow bar at a size 14 and my guages starting right at the size 8 Guage and was totally worth it.

I am so happy with my experience here. I did some research to find the best option for getting my helix/upper ear pierced and I found that Tantrix was probably my best option. They accepted me as a walk in, and without much of a wait, I was shown to a very clean comfortable room. Danielle made me comfortable and the whole process was sanitary. I was super impressed. Then I was shown out and given the care information. It is a few days later and it hasn't been too tender or painful. I even got my hair done and it wasn't a problem for my piercing. Very pleased with the service and the procedure. Will for sure be coming back to get my first tattoo sometime soon!! ????

I am not a person to write reviews, however I do feel like this is a time I shall make a review. I've been to quite a few different piercers in Saskatoon and around Saskatchewan. I just recently got my dermal and my navel pierced by Cassandra. its safe to say I have now found my favourite body art parlour. Cassandra and the staff were so friendly. Cassandra was very informative and really cares about the well being of her clients. she went over the risks of my piercings before I got them just to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. she did not hesitate to make sure I was okay to go home after my piercings were complete. I 10/10 recommend coming to tantrix for any piercings or tattoos you are thinking about getting.

Lost my nose ring and was advised by my hair dresser and good friend Toni de Sa to go to Tantrix for replacement body jewellery. Not only was the lady friendly and helpful but the price was right. After I left I was unable to get the replacement nose piercing jewellery in so I went back and again experienced, friendly, professional and timely help. The lady with the bright orange colored hair was super fast and efficient with putting my new nose piercing jewellery in!!! Thanks again ladies, you really turned my day right back around! A friend and I went in to get piercings, (she got a helix and I got a rook). I found the piercer to be very unprofessional. She expressly said that she would do the piercing on the count of three. As I have had other piercings before I am accustomed to breathing out as they push the needle through. Not only did she pierce me at the count of two, she also treated me as though I were a child when I asked why she didn't do as she said she would. Also, the after care sheet states that one should not use saline to clean the piercing, but that mild shampoo will do. I'm not sure about their other customers, but I'm refusing to put shampoo of any sort into what is essentially an unhealed wound.

I had a great experience with Tantrix last week. I went by on a Monday and was able to book a tattoo appointment for Friday. The shop was professional, clean, well-organized, and I liked that the work area was discretely located upstairs. Tyler patiently provided his expertise regarding a minimum size and recommended colour for my tattoo; he took the time to ensure I understood the effects of my choices. He also kept me pleasantly distracted during my tattoo, which was over before I knew it. I left with an aftercare package including lotion, instructions and a chocolate caramel. This was my best tattooing/ piercing experience by far, and I recommend Tantrix wholeheartedly.

Went in with three friends today, to get pierced by Kendall. Although two of them couldn't get their piercings my third friend and I got our Triple/Double Helix piercings and she got her Daith as well. We both had a good experience. Myself although the third hurt a bit more than the first two helix piercings went well. I felt comfortable and thought Kendall once again did a great job of explaining things for me before letting us leave. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone and consider them should I ever desire another piercing.

Today I went in for an industrial piercing, but I wasn't able to get one, because of my ear shape. I ended up getting a helix instead. Leanne was amazing, she explained everything in detail. Why I couldn't get an industrial, and even gave me some amazing ideas that I could do in the future for it. While getting the helix piercing, she explained everything she was doing before she did it. That really put me at ease, because I was nervous about getting it in the first place. I will for sure be coming back in the future to get more ideas and piercings from here. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I would like to first start off by saying I've always had positive experiences whenever I've come in for a piercing. But, unfortunately that doesn't make up for what happened with my tattoo, so I had to give 1 star. I would give zero if that were an option. I came in for a tattoo with Michael Lauen in February, the experience was great, he was very nice and everything was clean and sterile. Once I got home and really inspected the tattoo though, I noticed that there were some major flaws in the line work and being that it was supposed to be a very symmetrical tattoo, this is extremely important and if its not right it throws the whole design off. So that's pretty upsetting. However, that's not even the main issue with it. It is now September, and its still completely raised, itchy and it stings. I knew there was something wrong so I contacted Tantrix. I voiced my concern that he had caused some scarring, but they of course assured me that that wasn't the problem and that it was simply my skin having a bad reaction to the ink or I didn't properly care for it. I have many other tattoos and none of them have ever had a problem so I knew it wasn't because of me. I just made an appointment for another tattoo at a different shop and figured id get someone's unbiased opinion on it. I didn't even have to say anything about scarring and the first thing they said was "wow, he really hammered the ink in there". They confirmed my theory that its scarred and they said there's nothing I can do to make it go away except for hope that in time it will go down on its own. They also said there's a very high chance that the ink will start to spread as time goes on, so I have that to look forward to as well.

It was just general questions which he didnt even answer previously when i first asked. I reached out to the main chat first and i was advised to msg the artist directly. If the artist isnt able to answer questions or just respond maybe that option shouldnt be given. There is a fine line of simply saying i am busy or just blantly ignoring a persons messages and not even answering them properly. I didnt block him. I simply removed the conversation. So cause of my privacy setting, person removed, will not be able to reply to me on messanger I apologize if this comes off a bit rude. Have a good day!

To start off with i would like to mention how rude and unprofessional behaviour i encountered after getting my piercing from leanne. She doesnt know how to deal with a customer. 3 weeks ago i got my daith pierced and the jewellery came off after 3 days. Called and kristine booked me again and took away jewellery and said she will do it again fr me. I was called back again saying she cant find the jewellery and i will be charged again because it was my fault. One person is saying one thing and other just opposite. I arrived for the rebooking again and i was informed i am late and she didnt feel comfortable piercing me. This is very inappropriate behaviour. You guys should learn more manners and customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had 3 friends going to book appointment with you for daith after mine but i will make sure they are not wasting money like i did. Poor service, no manners, rude. Thanks to schamata who did an excellent job right after.

People warned me about coming here and I alway give people the benefit of the doubt. But besides the tattoo artist who inked me Francisco I never received any quality customer service or even a greeting. Wouldn't you smile and ask a returning customer how they're doing? I returned there about 10 times and each time just got worse and worse. My nose peicing is infected after they changed the jewelry and all they could say was "changing of the seasons" "dont sleep on your side". Its canada we are literally changing seasons every 3 months. No instructions on how to clean my piercing. I'll give Franciso a 9/10 which was my first review. But tantrix as a whole is a straight up 2/10. Not giving them another dime.

Well for one, it’s very uncommon and unsafe to use Titanium metal for jewelry for the simple reasoning that you never know who may or may not be allergic to said metals, that’s why it’s most common for surgical steel to be used. And two showing up for appointments it’s an absolutely sh*t show, no one answers at phone calls or text messages like they say the would, they tell you too show up at a certain time, you do, and they don’t let you in let alone answer any earlier than 20mins later. Complete waste of time don’t go here.

Late Update: After returning for service numerous times due to lack of communication, I had made another review on another page of theirs. The owner went absolutely nuts, she made it clear she's a deluded cheat who doesn't care about customers safety or dignity, will cuss out customers, sells low quality jewelry (admits to ordering the same low grade jewelry as mall outlets) and her piercers are also likely not app certified if they are willing to sell unsafe mystery metal. If you care for your health and dignity, don't shop here. "Got my septum piercing here, but then bought a clicker for it and paid good money for it, but the gold film wore off in less than a week and they refused to give me my money back saying I had to contact the place they order their jewelry from, which seems silly since they are the ones taking my money. They work fine here, but would not recommend buying jewelry from here."

I went in with my friend while she got pierced a few weeks ago, she's too passive to post anything about her experience. she was getting her lip pierced and when the piercer marked the spot, my friend commented that she thought it should be a little bit farther out (the pen mark was maybe a finger width away from the center of her lip and looked stupid). the piercer replied "this is exactly how i do it on all of my lip piercings, it looks really good to me, but if you really want i can move it very slightly" she ended up moving the mark because my friend was uncomfortable and the piercer's demeanor changed after that, even when she went through aftercare instructions she was really snide with us for every question we asked, and didn't send home and aftercare sheet at all. once the swelling went down, my friend could see that it had been pierced crooked on an angle upwards, so the hole on the inside of the lip was pretty much flush with where her lips closed together, the worst job i had ever seen on a lip piercing. she took it out a few days later after she went to another piercer for a second opinion( I wasnt there but she ended up having him take it out) she now has a proper lip piercing that is healing really nicely, I went with her cause i was considering getting a piercing there but changed my mind and will never even recommend someone heading there. I am editing this because it won't let me reply to the owner's reply she didn't get her lip pierced right away and nowhere in my post does it say that he just took it out right away and she had it repierced later. you are insane and I will say this again you are a horrible person

I went in looking for a certain earing guage. I found the jewelry chest in the corner and looked in it for some time. No one was at the desk so I waited until someone could open the cabinet for me. Five minutes later still no one. After making a bunch of noise the receptionist finally comes out. She tells me she's not able to help me at all because she is just a receptionist, which I found odd, working at a tattoo place and all. The peircer came in after and she had just about the same knowledge as the receptionist!!!! Which was terrifying! Didn't know which guage was which, where certain jewelry was etc. I felt like I knew more about the jewelry than her. I don't want to be critical but I would figure that you should be able to know the complete ins and outs of your career. Made me kind of wonder if you don't pay attention to the details of your job such as that that than how well are you versed on putting sharp objects in my face.

My nose priercing fell out that I had for 6 months and almost if not completely heeled, I put an earring in it for the meantime and I went to get it put back in at tantric because I tried once and couldn’t myself. When they put it back in it was very painful and the nose jewelry that I bought from there to get put back in was too small for my nose but they stuffed it in a ways without acknowledging that fact. It got infected and I had to take it out and let it grow in.

Alright so clearly the owner is trying to bash me to save face. As she states, yes, I did post a review on their facebook page for unprofessional behaviour. I've never posted a google review as the only reason I have a google account is for apps on my android phone, but I figured that since she is saying I did so that I would go ahead and do so. Anyone who wants a true account of our conversation on facebook can check it out as each one of the comments between her and I are all there unless she deletes them. I have never been pierced by this piercer but had a good experience with one of their other piercers, after talking to her on the phone - I called to ask questions and was "lectured" in the nature of the piercing I was requesting - cheeks. Its not a simple piercing and I didn't want some amateur piercing my face if they didn't know what they were doing. she didn't ask me a single question aside from what I would do if I had issues with the piercing. I told her there was a piercer in my city that was perfectly capable of helping me out in emergencies but I make the drive to saskatoon frequently. she didn't like that answer, said she didn't feel comfortable and I said "understandable, ok" and we both hung up. the nature of my facebook review was to express my distaste with her unprofessional responses and that she would barely let me get a word in edgewise. she talked down to me and had a snide attitide the whole time. unprofessional. on facebook she keeps insisting no matter how many times that I tell her why I gave the 2 star review that I am only mad she said no. there are dozens of piercers in the hours worth of driving between me and saskatoon, including the city that I live in and cities within less distance than saskatoon... so why on earth would i be mad about ONE piercer saying no? I'm not. she will probably reply to this with more babble and tell you all kinds of lies like she did to me on facebook(I suggest if you would like the truth to head over there and read them all so that you can judge this unprofessional behaviour for yourselves). I only wrote THIS review because she was asking for it after posing the reply to the review below on our facebook conversation because she thinks it was me. I'm pretty sure she posted it herself to blame me and get a rise out of me.
